What spectacular accommodation and steaks!
We stayed in a majestic king suite.
Artfully stayed, room was quiet and comfortable.
Only possible improvement would be to pop a low pillow in the cupboard as pillows quite high.
We had dinner in private room - steak and service second to none.
A true five star gem in country Australia.

Travelled from 2 hours away for lunch and it didn't disappoint. The service from the very start was personal and outstanding. The atmosphere is polished, country and complete. The menu was attractive, even if it was not extensive and the meals were quality. This was our second visit and we will certainly visit again.

Attended a wedding on a nearby property, so opted to stay here, as I had had prior association with The Late Charles Hanna and was aware of his project to refurbish The Willow Tree Inn and establish Graze Restaurant, providing prime beef from his Colley Creek property, some 14 years ago. Very impressed with our experience staying here. Our dining at Graze was wonderful and enjoyed staying in a King Lodge for 2 nights.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night for his birthday. We stayed in the King Lodge which was stunning. Dinner at Graze was just beautiful with wonderful service from the staff. To top it off a fresh cooked breakfast is included. Definitely be back

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, polite, and friendly staff. The only thing I felt was the portion size of the pork meal was a bit small for the price, but it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her pot pie, and the daughter had the chicken .The son in law had the steak. It was cooked as was asked, and the serving sizes were good. The complimentary potato and leek soup was also amazing.

Friendly service by the girls on the phone. Room was absolutely gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. You would not think you are in Willow tree. You think you're in the big smoke in a 5 star motel.

Heard about the place for years and finally pulled in. Went for the big rib eye with jus.
Was a little disappointed to be honest. Look at the photo to see how much fat 140 bucks gets you. The meat itself was nice though

Dropped in for dinner, didn't know what to expect was hungry. Just looks like a ny other bistro from our front but once you get inside and out the back to the restaurant, you're met by professional and attentive staff and the venue is upmarket and cosy with a MASSIVE open fireplace. The food was elegantly served and super delicious. (100% recommend the the jalapeno mash potatoes)

Will definitely make my way back for a feed again!!!

Second visit to Graze and it never disappoints.
All enjoyed meals of varying steaks, entrees, sides and desserts. Ambience is as you would expect, stylish casual country. We will keep coming back.

Great pub, beautiful outdoor eating area. Overall the food is good! But the price of the steaks is a bit steep for what it is. The scotch fillet was a good size and was definitely very filling and the chimichurri sauce was amazing, but for $60 I don't expect it to be chewy at all. We would still go back as the service was fantastic.

Absolutely top shelf Restaurant in an old beautifully restored Hotel Inn at Willow Tree on edge of Liverpool Plains. The meals, service, ambience made for a wonderful night out which was not cheap yet very worthwhile and reasonable for the experience there. Great selection of well thought out wines to pair with

Absolutely Sensational. Great Steaks. Service was outstanding and Professional you'd almost swear you were in a 5 ?? City Restaurant. Not outback Country side The Accommodation is also wonderful. Great Beds. We stayed in the Cottage rooms 11. King Size Single Beds. Not over priced Accommodation. Will be back for a weekend Stay.
The Pub is an absolute cracker. Very tastefully decorated. Great Beer. Someone actually takes pride in having Clean Glasses and Clean Beer Lines. Pity some of Sydney's better Hoteliers couldn't take a leaf out of there books.
On the Restaurant, Obviously Steak takes pride of place The Steaks are fantastic and Cooked to perfection. The Wine list although not Huge is very Budget Friendly. With most Wines between $50-80 which is an absolute Bonus. Considering what your asked to pay in most places.
I cannot find one thing to fault apart from Willow Tree is a long way from Sydney.
But I've worked out you can take the Train from Central to Willow Tree leaving at just after 9am arriving just after 2 pm. Short walk to the Hotel. Book in Few bevies in the Bar. Book in for Dinner. Sleep in the next morning have brekkie at the Hotel. Only on weekends mind you part of the Accommodation Package
Train leaves at 11am back in Sydney by 5pm. What a great weekend.

Rooms are really nice, some of the common areas were a bit dusty but overall accomadation was very nice, the staff were friendly, The pub itself is interesting to look around and has been refurbished with style, the meals were pricey but very nice, there were a couple of things we ordered as entrees we were disappointed with but I'd definitely eat there again, beautiful beer garden out the back with a Zen type feel that is worth a look, ???'?, a good stop over point only negative being apart from the Pub there isn't much to do in Willow tree!

Didn't stay but had a gorgeous weekday steak lunch in the garden. The staff were welcoming of us and our dog. The service & food were excellent, in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Popped over the road to their butcher for steak to take home - even though we're not big meat eaters - this is clearly superb quality & from happy well-cared for cattle.

Travelling south and stumbled upon this fantastic pub. Staff were extremely friendly helping us with a table in the lovely back garden as we had our Retriever with us.
The food is exceptional and suitably priced for the high quality.
The charcuterie board was brilliant, the parfait being the highlight.
For mains, the steak and lamb cooked just right.
Wine menu has some fabulous Australian wines. Whilst, the beer selection has the standard stuff, I would have hoped there would have been some of the local craft beers. I think there was only one available.
Highly recommend you stop and experience wonderful food and service.

The Willow Tree Inn is set in a lovely location, the establishment is well appointed and the food was brilliant.
We went with a party of 8 and the only down side was the attentiveness of the wait staff.
We got an array of different things with most going some variety of steak. My partner and I shared the beef ribs and a New York cut steak with mash and creamy mushroom sauce. The steak was over cooked although was still really tender. The beef ribs where out of this world, sooooo tender, really good glaze / sauce and the jacket potato and sour cream was lovely.
Others had burgers and they were good also. Had to wait or go to the counter to prompt service that was rather annoying.
Would return again in the future.

Had a beautiful meal here a few weeks ago. Food was fantastic - tender steak and amazing corned beef (I hadn't eaten corned beef for many years and this was outstanding). We had a lovely table by the fire and the staff and service were good. Would highly recommend.

Finally got to be a part of this after Covid lockdowns whilst traveling up to Tamworth.
Called in without a booking, staff were very accommodating and seated us in a great location near the open fireplace.
The Quality and freshness of the food was amazing.
Eye fillets cooked to perfection Med -rare.
Also the complainmentry bread & Soup was excellent.
Staff very friendly & knowledgeable of menu and wines.
Will be back

We stopped in for lunch on Sunday. I had a rump steak which was a little undercooked for a 'medium', though the mushroom sauce and chopped salad were really nice. My partner ordered the beef rib. He found about 8 small shards of bone amidst his meal. The first he bit down on which was very unpleasant, the rest of the meal he ate with caution. He brought the issue to the manager's attention. The manager inspected the meal then showed the kitchen, though did not offer any apology or thanks for the insight. We passed him as we left, though we were not acknowledged. Quite disappointed in the customer service. Will be a while before we call in again.

We stumbled across this magnificent gem about 6 months ago, first impressions do last. Amazing restaurant and delicious food.
Last week we decided to stay a night at the Inn and were not disappointed. Beautifully set room feeling just like home. Arriving late we put the chef and kitchen staff to the ultimate test and boy did they deliver. Medium scotch fillet, Olive oil and Garlic roast Eggplant, Graze chopped salad, and steakhouse chips as a last order on hold until arrival (30mins late) Perfection!
Our host, Simon, made us feel welcome and at home. Wait staff were warm and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Thank you to all staff members we interacted with throughout the evening.

We spent the night at the cottage and had dinner in graze. All together fabulous. Our room was small but cosy and comfortable with a wonderful bathtub. Warm with luxurious pillows and beautifully decorated. Dinner was excellent and service warm and friendly. Will definitely return.

Stopped here for a quick drink yesterday while passing through, a lovely establishment with loads of character. The young female staff member who was behind the bar was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be stopping again and to try their delicious menu next time.

Well, after a number of good meals over the years, today's was a disappointment....notably the fillet steak which had far too much "GREY" to be anywhere near med rare. And because it took quite some time to get our mains, when the waitress asked, we were 3/4 finished. And that's for a $43 steak served with a dollop of mash. No other vegetables come with the meals.
What they are charging, for the food they served (or served us), it is expensive. Otherwise, service was very good. And to her credit the waitress DID ask whether we would like another steak...but just too late be taken up.
