Where do I start!!!! I travel most of the year for work, and this has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at.
Check-In - upon checking, staff were friendly. I was surprised to actually find out the cost of the room, for what I received, however will come to that shortly. I was then charged a $100 "Incidental Fee". Upon receiving my room key, I went upstairs to find that my room hadn't even been made and I spoke to the cleaner and he told me it would be 45 minutes before the room was ready.
The Room - the bed was not properly made (as pictured) and had a big dirty hair on the bed. The toilet was unclean, the sink drains are mouldy, the shower sealant is mouldy. Went to have a shower this morning, and the water just dribbles and isn't even hot. I couldn't even have a proper shower. The rooms and main walkways up to the rooms are falling apart and the entire place is in need of urgent attention.
Check Out - I left early and there is a sign in the room advising to leave the key in the key box upon check out, I spent about 15 minutes trying to find the "Check out key box" and couldn't find it. I ended up putting the keys through the front door. I then went to the carpark to retrieve my car, and the gate was locked. I then had to walk around the block just to get into a back entrance.
