Very well planned space, everyone gets to enjoy a space (if your a smoker or have kids or don't want either). The Service was the best of I've had travelling around this great country and the food backed it. Great experience, worth a rave.

We attended the Christmas lunch today. The food was amazing and so much of it. I take my hat off to the staff. They were amazing and made us all feel at home. Highly recommend it

After a quick day on the road we weren't expecting such a great food at the Westower Tavern, Ballina. Staff were great, and the choice was perfect. And we only got the Seniors specials - great value for $16 each.

We absolutely love this place! The food is great, drinks are even better, and staff are great! Managers are always super friendly and walking around talking to their customers! It seems like a lot of locals come back regularly, which is a testament to management! Great job to the managers and whole staff for always making our visits great! Delicious food that came out super fast! Stoked with our meal that came out. I recommend adding the salt and pepper squid to your steak, it was that good. Thanks Rina for your happy service, always makes an experience better.

We ordered 5 meals and all of them were great.
All arrived at the same time, meal sizes were awesome and everything was cooked to perfection.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
A great place and I will definitely be going back.

The only criticism I'd give is that sometimes the cigarette smoke from the smoking area, drifts into the family area and gets unpleasant.

Fantastic night. Rang through at 5pm for a Booking of 7 for 6pm. Not a problem and Service was brilliant. They were very busy so to take my booking with only 1 hour notice was great. Meals were excellent and hot. Well Done Team.

Highly recommend the new Menu. We had the Brisket and the Barramundi and it was EXCELLENT. We normally share each others meals, but there was nothing left on the plate to share. Large size meals that were truly satisfying. Congratulations to Team Westower. Cheers, Scott

We recently had our sons 21st birthday at the Ballina Westower Tavern.
From the moment we first contacted them the staff were fantastic to deal with.
We had 60 people and the chef kept the food flowing.
Lots of our guests complemented the quality of the food.

First visit, have heard good things. Beer battered flathead, chips and sald. Yum !! Friendly staff, will be back . Son had Southern chicken burger. Yum also he said.

In this day and age, I'd assume Chefs know how to cook and cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements. However, whoever decided on the menu, needs to pick up their game. Other than a salad, there's ONLY ONE vegetarian option.

Really? This is very poor form. I came for my birthday to celebrate with a few friends and family and saddened that my vegetarian guest had nothing to eat. Salad is an every day side dish in their home, so they didn't fancy a salad. Pizza was not something they felt like. So they sat at the table eating a piece of garlic bread.

Please I request of you to be more thoughtful of your vegetarian folk.

Aside from that, the others enjoyed their meal. The customer service was nice and the atmosphere was inviting.

The food was very good. The pork crackling was without doubt the best I have ever experienced.
My companions also rated their food as excellent. The service was efficient and friendly. We were there on a public holiday, so every table was booked but there were no hiccups. It's a pub.

Meals are a very generous size and delicious, fantastic staff and lovely indoor or outdoor dining area with children's play equipment. Perfect for family or friends get togethers, parties, couples or even on your own. You won't be disappointed

I had the twice cooked pork belly. It was phenomenal. Meaty (rare for pork belly) and the skin was perfect - not teeth breaking, but crumbly and supple. The chef deserves accolades. Many thanks....

A small group of us had dinner here recently and we enjoyed it. Out visit was to the Graziers Steakhouse dining area. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available, and we were able to reserve an outdoor table. The food was enjoyable (between us we had a variety of meals and all were happy with their meal). The staff are all happy and helpful.
The kitchen is open (I like to be able to to see the kitchen) and they have an interesting viewing window into the pizza oven. There is a playground for children too.

I have now been to the Westower Tavern three times now with a different group of people each time. At these times we have all been very happy with our value for money meals. Great menu to choose from, very clean surroundings, exceptionally great staff, so friendly and obliging. We will be back for sure. Thank u for making this a great experience.

Decor - modern pub/tavern, comfy hard chairs and tables.
Waitstaff - friendly, efficient, helpful.
Acoustics - good, able to hold a comfortable conversation even with a full dining room.
Menu - reasonable range of standard pub food, steak, burgers, fish, etc.
Prices - moderate, good value for money.
Food - really good. Prawns with garlic cream sauce and rice was beautifully cooked and satisfying. Schnitzel was juicy, veges were well cooked, mashed potato was creamy. Steak was cooked exactly as requested, sauces were delicious.
Highly recommended.

Ended up in Ballina due to a mistake, Aaron (the bar tender on at the time) was excellent. The venue was very tidy and clean. Highly recommend. The customer service was great.

I ordered the T-bone steak special and was very disappointed. In fact, I was very surprised and disappointed as it wasn't very much at all considering that the restaurant cause itself a Steakhouse. Small and overcooked.

Our Travelling Group were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff of the Bristro which was run by Aaron. He was really helpful and friendly with consistent check backs of everyone that was in the Bristro that day.He had great knowledge of the area, the taverns offers, products and what they could offer us. He had great banter and really knew how to interact with each person that crossed his path.This kind of service is what you return for, not to mention that all staff were practicing all Clean Down, Reset and Requirements of Covid 19 practices.If your looking for great pub grub and value for money with excellent service check this great local out.

Had lunch there today and it was excellent food and service. Gemini was warm, friendly and inviting. The whole experience was great in these trying times. Definitely will eat there again.
