Absolutely love this place. Very low-key and relaxed but welcoming. Myself and our household comes at least once a week over the past 4 months for the delicious food. The staff are beyond excellent and are so accommodating. Honestly could not recommend this place more.

Very decent country pub. We had burgers and steak yesterday for lunch while doing the train thing. We all loved it and planning on coming back

Excellent food and service. Delicious grilled barramundi, chips and salad. Very pleasant and efficient bar staff.

Great little pub with good food. Friday and Saturday nights they have good acoustic acts playing.

Worst pub and management, embarrassment to the wollondilly shire and to Thirlmere. Nothing welcoming about it.

Great authentic pub feel, so a brilliant atmosphere.

Food, while not a massive selection, was excellent in both quality and portion size. So definitely a recommended stop if your tonguing for a good feed.

Nice friendly hotel, however the drinks pricing is a little too high.

Great food, good price. Not super family friendly but we were passing through town and stopped for lunch so was OK for us.

Pretty chill place, solid brisket burger meal.

Great pub, good food, only con is the new staff. They're rude, condescending for their age, and don't mind closing early/kicking people out so the two staff young ones can have a play.
Further to this, staff have also been caught out for trying to put patron again patron.
Huge disappointment for the community.
Can't even sit in the gaming room without hearing complaints about the staff.
Thirlmere deserves better.
Maybe called the zoo, but doesn't mean you need to employ animals.

Just had lunch, it was really very good. Best Caesar Salad's and the grilled chicken is delicious. If you haven't eaten here your missing out.

Nice semi county style hotel. Premises clean, tidy and we'll set out. All staff great and happy to assist with any inquires.
Nice cold beer and good selection of bistro food. Well presented and cooked with ample portions.

Great experience all round, food was fantastic, service was friendly and the prices were fair for both food and drinks, definitely will be back here alot more

Great value, atmosphere and flavour

Well cared for dining area featuring typical country pub grub. The meals that we had were well-priced, generous and tasty.

Used to be my local pub,I have visited this place for over the last twenty years. Now it's very quiet, yet it's loosing the atmosphere it once had.

Bistro special chicken schnits with chips and salad and your choice of gravy

Came here for lunch after visiting the rail museum. Food is good with reasonable price. Place is comfortable to sit. Child friendly. They have good choice of chicken parmi. Looking forward to try that next time.

Great pub. Good food at a reasonable price. We visited for the first time recently and were very impressed with the live entertainment of Vanessa Heinitz who is obviously very talented, Vanessa is easy to watch and a delight to listen to.

A warm and inviting little pub that has a bistro and a bar. There's plenty of TVs dotted around the place to keep you up to date with the latest sports, and on Friday nights you might have some live music for companionship and you eat your meal.
Speaking of food, the chicken parmagiana was hearty and delicious. The buffalo wings are not too spicy for a lightweight like myself, although i going myself reaching for the beer to wash down the mild burning sensation after having several at once!
The staff are easy going and the atmosphere is laid back as you'd expect in a nice town like this. Would happily make this my local if I lived in the area.

Really well priced schooners of Northern and amazing Schnitzel. I chose the Mexican topper and could not fault it. Only passing through as I was staying with friends but no doubt I'll be visiting again when I'm down next.

Couldnt get a table. Booked solid at 5.30 pm but not a single person in the bistro. All the bookings could not be for 6 o'clock. Only 1 sitting a night it seems. Wont try again.

Friendly staff members, nice 'country' relaxing atmosphere. Worthwhile stopping off in the afternoon to have a quiet beer/drink on the way back to Sydney.
