Prebooked for Fathers Day. A 1.5 round trip for all family members. (Heavily) reduced menu, which wasn't noted upon booking. Got told 20 minutes into the booking that the table is for 2 hours, also not noted upon booking so rushed to eat and leave. No menus on table - my father whom has no smartphone could not order as the only option is via the QR code (which I happily use), but is the Ux for those that don't actively use tech, is poor. Kids eat free on the main meals, on the app. No free kids meals came out, I gave kids my food and I snacked on leftovers. Was not communicated to us by kitchen. Took one initiative to speak to I believe may have been duty manager and no 'sorry there is a glitch' just a 'you won't get it'. Staff eagle eyeing from afar for the 30 minutes at the end of the booking - maybe to see when we're leaving... booking was to finish at 1pm and they had next table booked for 1pm sharp, therefore had staff waiting close by with cleaning products the next table waiting watching us. Not a good experience for first visit and even with a voucher, I'm not sure if I'll ever be back if this isn't acknowledged....
