We literally had to swim out of the king studio ensuite bathroom after every shower.
The cleaner didn't clean our room for the four nights we spent at the hotel.
The staff were lovely though, nice ambience, but the management need to improve generally.

Hotel was generally OK, the rooms did not have a bathroom, and all of our sheets had blood stains? The shower in the men's was specifically badly designed the drain was elevated where the shower was and the water dripped down to the floor where there was no drainage, I didn't realise this at first so I had slipped and fell. I was okay but some things to keep in mind when staying here

Accommodation - Terrible, rooms smell weird, the shared toilets were a biohazard, which weren't cleaned often at all. Quite expensive too, over $150 per day for a room with 2 beds for 3 people, which did not have a toilet.

We have a medium-size truck and vans and trailers. Sometimes we can always find parking close by. There is parking at the facility. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. We choose to stay here whenever we're in Sydney and will continue to do so.

The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable, this hotel delivers exactly what they advertise, and it was great experience. The staff from housekeeping to management were super friendly, helpful and overall just a great group of people to be around. There are some good shops and cafe's just down the road and it is close to the bus stops. WIFI was good enough to get some work done during my down time. I will be booking here again next time I come to NSW.

Should be advertised as a hostel not a hotel. I paid $109 for a queen room (shared bathroom) and I feel ripped off. I was staying with my toddler who found rusty nails inside the cupboard, there was no light fitting and what appeared to be blood on the light switch, coffee making facility but no milk just some barista oat milk that had clearly been left opened by a previous guest. Shower door didn't lock in shared bathroom. If you a solo traveller looking for a hostel great but it's not worth the money they are charging.

It was a nice 1 week stay while I was looking for a home after coming from another state. My room was very spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. The quality of sleep was great. I just didn't like the fact they didn't provide breakfast or any other meal. If they do that in the future, I'd give them 5 stars. All in all, it's a very good place.

Great place to lay your head, beds are comfortable and clean and dust free. Stayed for a few days and loved how my room was serviced on a daily basis. I would leave to go out for the day come back to the hotel room and it would have clean fresh towels and bed made coffee and tea stocked back up. Bathrooms are always clean and maintained on a daily basis. Loved there chicken wings spicy but irresistible. Staff where amazing and made sure we had everything we needed would �'� stay here again with no hesitation. Would recommend to family and friends. Close to shops and transport. They even uber eats for you and bring it to your door when it arrives. Thanks so much for your service and look forward to the next visit �-☺️

Stayed on the 7-07-2022 we where down visiting family and friends for the week. Had a lucky break getting a room at villawood hotel as they had a cancellation. They have great customer service made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond with all our needs. We loved the place and the locals where a classic very welcoming with open hearts. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends when they come to Sydney. Transport is close and convenient. Had two negative things to say about the hotel. #1 no bistro but they made sure they went out of there way to help us with choosing a good restaurant in the area thanks guys. #2 t There was a disturbance with a room next to us with a couple arguing. But the hotel staff where on the ball they where already dealing with the disturbance and I say they handled it pretty calm and quietly considering the circumstances. Like I said great staff and service is on point. You don't even get the same service at some 5 star hotels. Thank you to the staff of vilawood hotel see you guys on the next visit to Sydney.

My stay extended for about 3 weeks while working and searching for a rental property in the area. The Villawood Hotel was a godsend with affordable rates, decent standards and totally amazing staff who would be on-par with many 4 or 5-star resorts. (I know, because I've worked in many!)
The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and well-serviced by the fantastic housekeeping team.
I will definitely be back, even if just for a beer and to see the lovely staff again!

The staff were amazing during my extended stay. Hotel is basic sportsbar and pokies. No food but close to shops like ALDI. Rooms were clean and more than fair for the price. Super friendly people.

I find this venue nothing more than a dive. Bereft of any hemisphere, it is negleteted and uninspiring. Don't be there during a storm, expect to get wet. The roof can't handle any reasonable downpour. The security is abhorrent , barring anybody that he feel is a threat to his domain. No food availabe, except for some air fried chicken and the odd party pie. If you area casual drinker, don't expect anything. There is an expensive venmachine. That's it. Why do I continue to go their?It's within walking distance. That's it, if a curtousy bus to went anywhere else, that's ok where I'd be.Basically, it sux's. It's o wned by nd Woolworths, leased from Laundy's.

I have stayed here before and can't recommend the place highly enough, I stayed here for business, the staff are very friendly and can't help you enough, as usual the rooms are spotlessly clean and the cleaner/cleaners do a fantastic job and deserve a pat on the back and are very friendly, I arrived and the cleaner had my room ready and even had the heater going so the room was nice and warm, last time I stayed I had a slightly smaller room that was very comfortable and only around $69 per night this time I've gone for a larger room it has a massive king size bed and the bathroom is huge, this room is only $89 per night and looks fantastic mini bar , tea, coffee large tv and all, I highly recommend anyone looking for affordable accommodation in the area to give this place a go, 10 out of 10.
