We had the rump steak with garlic sauce it was the best steak I have ever had the chips were so good sauce was amazing prawns were lovely and great price $28 each

Tables fill up quickly with "reserved" signs, so if you want a sit down meal, you have to ring ahead on a Friday night. Other than that, friendly staff, cold beers, and love music.
Staff could pay more attention to patrons instead of yakking to each other or hitting on cute patrons at the main bar.
Be interested to see if you hire security to talk to bar staff about their weekends or be security.

Just went for lunch, had the roast special. Friendly service, by the time I had 2 sips out of my beer the meal was there.
Tasted great, very healthy proportions and even came with gravy and mint jelly.
Definitely get your moneys worth here.

Surely u can let people in the venue who look well over 40 years of age without photo id (I no longer carry a wallet and VIC roads is a bit slow on the uptake on digital drivers licences etc) I understand the security and safety of everyone is of upmost priority to a venue, however if someone who is responsible and just looking for a casual drink or even just after after a meal, you should seriously consider some compromise. Will definitely be back to Wagga and will recommend people to NOT visit your venue. Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. So many great venues in Wagga just give this one a massive miss!!

We met our grandson and his friends there. Not wanting a formal atmosphere so they felt comfortable.
The menu was extensive.
Our meals arrived in due time.
The only comment was the SMALL roast pork was huge, but absolutely lovely.
Our guests enjoyed their meals also.

Stopped in here today for lunch and a bit of a punt on the horses. Lunch was good but the TAB sevice was shocking. There were three staff on duty but the only two who knew how to operate the TAB and Keno machines kept disappearing out the back to chat with restaurant staff leaving one poor girl to run and find them any time we needed anything. And when he did turn up the male was very rude. Not happy and wouldn't go back!

First time here but not last. Plenty of tables. Service good. Good menu and average prices with great value for money Sunday roasts. A few steps around so be careful. Big car park at rear with entrance to dining area.

Lunch on Friday of June long weekend. Glad we came earlier and managed to get a table. It appears the place is very popular with locals at lunch time and most tables were reserved. Good quality pub food as expected. Service was very fast and efficient. Great pub in the heart of Wagga.

Loved our meal here after a long drive. Fresh, tasty meals and a well needed serve of veges. The chicken schnitzel was crunchy with good flavour and the potato bake was to die for. Pity we aren't staying longer!

Only came for a meal which was lovely. Disappointed that they tried to charge public holiday rates on Easter Saturday. Told them about it so they reversed it but others would have paid it. Would have preferred or tip the staff who were great. Service great. Meal great too

Great atmosphere, massive venue, large menu. The only downside is that they only have one Vegan main in their menu (it is amazing, don't get me wrong), but I would recommend including more vegan friendly options, or offer some of their current dishes in a Vegan alternative.

Was a great pub, the food was excellent, although there was a mix up with one of the meals and they put chorizo on top of the vegetarian salad. The staff was very apologetic and fixed it up straight away. The bar where you order drinks was staffed by really friendly people. One of the wines on the list wasn't there and they needed to go to the front bar to get a bottle and they too were really apologetic about that too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again if we are ever passing through and staying in Wagga for the night.

I went last night with my friend to this pub , is very beautiful and has a good vibes , BUT when we went to the bar a lady ( with pink hair ,glasses and a piercing in her nose) was SOOOO RUDE with me , I'm not Australian so my accent could be a bit different but I was asking for a drink and she started screaming at me until I said to my friend if she could order for me. I couldn't believe it , It was my first drink of the night so I wasn't drunk or anything similar. Very disappointed behaviour if she is working serving people !

Highly recommended, I have been darkening the doors of the bistro and pub for dinner a few times during my stay. Best pub food in town, steaks are great and salad is fresh. Good selection of craft beers; staff efficient and friendly.

Good pub food with a friendly crew. Great convenient location, but most of all, some fantastic deals on price that can simply not be beaten. We had 2 schnitzels, one with mash and veggies, the other a parmigiana with chips, gravy and some aioli on the side and paid $33 all up. Crazy cheap and good value for money, the food was excellent.

Joining their rewards club for a 5% discount was a challenge and took several people and some time to organise, but getting an extra 5% on already amazing deals is a real bonus.

Must try the vic Schmitt and the scotch fillet with mushroom sauce. Both are so damn delicious and the mushroom sauce is actually with mushroom chunks. Definitely rate this place as one of the best meals we have had.

No matter how many times I come here to the Vic I am blown away by the quality of the food, as well as the portioning. Come here if you want a good pub feed that will leave you weighing down your car on the ride home. Only a fool could give less that 5 stars.

Huge tasty meals at reasonable prices and great service. Atmosphere very pub/club like if you enjoy that kind of thing then this place is for you.

Had a couple of car loads of people coming to wagga(from Canberra) to see SATIN CALI on Friday night and would have loved to check out this venue but 24 hours before the gig the venue pulls the pin to get a cover band in to make a quick buck!
So disappointing for all and won't ever come to a venue that does this to a band.

Awesome selection of parmas and tap beer followed by a great night playing pool in a friendly and relaxed environment. I left some personal belongings behind and the staff were very helpful the next morning locating my things.

We waited 45 minutes to get our meal and they were all over cooked. Pork ribs was like jerky, chips just soggy. Roast pork mixed up with lamb smell.

Nice place for a beer and schnitzel, I recommend the Vic special schnitzel. Service is good by friendly staff, prices are reasonable, beer on tap is nice and cold. Good to meet friends, family or take your partner for a nice meal. Recommended.

Great food first and foremost. Well cooked steak and sides were ample and tasty. Venue itself is modern, clean and had a huge variety of tap beer.

I was there on a Monday night, it was packed, & for good reason. The food was great! Nice place altogether, though the beers were poured a bit too smoothly felt gassy for the rest of the night.

Always good value and great food with a surprising selection, we hadn't been to the upstairs bar. It has a fabulous vibe and an awesome retro playlist. The place was almost booked out on a Friday night, which is a great indicator of how good the locals think it is.

Security guards on a power trip, instead of communicating instructions to patrons, would prefer to hip and shoulder people out of the way, then kick them out when they question why. Another staff member eavesdropped on a conversation with a fellow patron when the concern was raised in a private conversation, then proceeded to eject the member in question.

Ordered porterhouse steak medium rare with a friend having the same. Come back well done otherwise meal was good. Good service too.

If you are looking for the best parmi in Wagga Wagga . You cannot miss the Victoria Hotel . The meat lover topping schnitzel is like a pizza in your mouth . The selection of sides are extensive and enough to make you full . The staff were very friendly and prompting , there is on street timed parking but it is worth it . Will be back here again .
