Mum's 92nd Birthday, and every dish we ordered was great and good size serving's.

Food was great and the staff were very friendly, great atmosphere and kid friendly as well

My son was threatened by the bartender named Andy today , he has a uk accent and would refuse to give him water . He was threatened that he would get a hit across the head because the bartender refused to serve him water and he was complaining about his minimum wage to my teenage son. My son was upset scared and frightened . From what I hear he is the manager something needs to change , he is a threat to customers , I heavily encourage to stay away

The staff were cheerful and very helpful, and the food at the bistro was to die for. Unfortunately, 5 stars is the max... these guys deserve more

I ordered three t bone medium rare but not a single one is medium rare and went to ask chef that we ordered medium rare but all the stake are cooked to medium well to well done. He replied stakes are too thin cannot cook medium rare . Thought next time i should bring for them thick one for them to cook right . What a wastage of money spent bloody $ 126 .

Had a fantastic night, nice ambience and the staff was so nice and very efficient. The rooms were good and very clean and comfy beds. Definitely would return there.

It's time there is actual cooks in the kitchen here. Gave it benefit of the doubt the second time and it's either raw chicken or burnt steak.

I normally don't write reviews but I ordered a rump medium and it was burnt on the outside and bleeding in the middle. They offered to cook it more but the outside was burnt enough. Also we couldn't play pool as one family had the adults on one table and their kids on the other lol
At least gurney the playground lol the spiders scared my daughter away.

We had such an amazing lunch here today. Everyone was raving about their meals. The salmon is the best I've ever eaten and the crunchy chicken bites were amazing!!

Terrible service, staff walk around with angry faces, not nice or helpful when you speak to any of them, they answer like you are bothering them. Outside area is so dirty, looks like it hasnt has a gurney or anything other than surface clean in years, it's freezing in gaming area and staff not nice at all. It's been like this for years but I think time to say something.

The person taking the food order had no idea what to do. The order was completely different as to what was requested. Won't go back...

Attended a casual function for about 80 people. Great room, great bar staff & drinks, food was fresh & hot. Easy parking at the front.

The family all enjoyed their meals, with good value for money. All agreed to be going back again for another dining out experience

The specials are low quality food, never had a steak so dry and dull! barley edible they need to improve quality of the special menu because it's still food!

Food here has always been on & off. Been plenty of times and sometimes a certain dish will be nice but the last meal has put me off. Very dry schnitzel, I get it's a special though doesn't mean quality has to be down. I've also always been put off by the service being quite rude, like they feel annoyed while you're putting an order in. Place has potential though it's lacking.

Friday night staff you are amazing!! Felt like home in the karaoke side, pokies aren't to bad but geeze they aren't that great either lol, food is a bit pricey but it's a little bit better then pub meals so you get what ya pay for

Can someone explain to me why this 'pub baron' has his own brewery and beer label and yet only one of his beers is on tap in the Twin Willows? Also..... bistro food has gone downhill dramatically. Not sure who's designing the menu but some variety would be nice - and let's be honest, it's no Michelin star restaurant so how about dropping some of those exorbitant prices?
The staff are great and clearly doing the best they can amidst some questionable decisions further up the ladder. Seriously.... how about spending some money in areas other than the pokies room. A little upgrade to the kids play area would be nice..... there's only so many splinters a kid can take!
It really is a pity how this place has gone downhill and we won't be giving it many more chances.

Love this hotel staff are the nicest you will find in any establishment the food is always great and more than reasonable prices. Twin willows hotel is superior in all aspects to other hotels that I've been to lunch highly recommend having lunch here

We had a burger lunch here. Wagyu and chicken burgers were nicely done however the best were the chips. I'm not one to give good reviews as I'm extra picky when it comes to chips but these were really good. I finished all my chips with ease. If you like your chips crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside then this is the place for you!

My napkin was thicker and juicier than the $38 steak you served me that came with 9 chips. You used to have the best steaks with generous portions, not anymore.I have been eating here for years, but haven't been for a few months. Never again. Raised prices and reduced portions, food is junk now.

Love this pub, great service, great food and great prices !! I highly recommend the rump steak ! Perfectly cook and the quality of the meat is way better than anyone in the area. Has a great spot for kids in the alfresco area, with a little playground area. The ladies servicing the bar are soooo polite. Nice variety within menu as well !!
