Best thing going here is the staff and that lovely lady Dianne works hard, is alway friendly, remembers everyone names. She is a legend, happy cheerful and gracious, count your blessing and realise what a treasure she is for this business. Trendy young girls don't cut the class this lovely woman has.... Oh the food is good as well.

We had a late lunch at the Toormina Hotel today. The menu was great and the food was delicious. The great thing for me was the large gluten free menu. I usually find only one or two rather uninspiring gf meals to choose from, and have even had a couple of outings where there has been nothing for me to eat at all, so to find so many varied dishes really made my day. My meal was beautiful and I thank you for considering all your customers' needs.

We tried a pub meal at Toormina Hotel. It's not too bad. Chips nice and crisp. Battered flathead fish was enjoyable. Chicken schnitzel was great. Extra charge on my beer, as I was not a pub member. This is wrong and deterred me from purchasing a second beverage with my meal. The atmosphere was pleasant.

I am in love with the place. I really enjoyed the cuisine; the service is exceptional, and the ambience is truly delightful.

Cannot thank these guys enough for the surplus of amazing service from everyone, the food was done so well and the staff are the nicest considering how busy it is!
Even got my boyfriend to order something other than a parmi!

So great! Chilled out atmosphere, easy menu (not overwhelmed with choices), food was great, clean and a children's PLAYGROUND!
My husband and I got to sit and eat a meal out with our kiddies for the first time in nearly 3 years thanks to the playground. 3 kiddies makes eating out a little difficult so I'm so thankful they thought of families. Very happy!

Rear alfresco area with bench tables and cabanas.
Prices are not special.
Weird table reserving currently means empty tables. We were asked to move from an empty area because the tables were reserved. Sat elsewhere for an hour while tables sat empty.

Lovely helpful staff. No issue making gluten free and coeliac safe meals for my kids. Chef Jake was very reassuring and confident in his ingredients and methods. Food is nice. Playground is excellent.

3.6 out of 5. Nice pub and certainly very lively and friendly on a Friday night. It's cavernous out back but with a nice Bistrot area with a nice potted plants theme going on. It was very noisy and busy early on but not in a problematic way. The young staff were lovely and all did their jobs superbly. Clever wine list here, good prices and good choices. The food is good. Not outstanding but good. Our respective dishes of fish and chips, the palms burger and the vegan laksa were very respectable and we enjoyed them. We'd happily have this as our local and return regularly.

Wonderful meal , chicken Snittzel could have been a bit hotter , but they were very busy and run off there feet , so no complaints really .

Recommended by a local, looked at the reviews & almost didn't go. We decided to go & so glad we did. Service was lovely, food came out fast & generous size. My husband always has a burger which he enjoyed with a good helping of chips, he wanted extra aioli & the waiter was happy to bring it to the table. I love barramundi, served with an amazing fresh salad with different flavours. The hotel has different dining areas with a children's playground or inside with the ambiance of fire place. Yo this place bussin, an entire plate of meat for like $30? Yes please, meat me up baby. I loved it, I'll drive 6 hours everyday to get a plate of delicious, succulent meat if it wasn't for my pesky job. Loved it, I love meat and therefore I loved it.

Had a great experience at Toormina Hotel. Initially I was worried as it was a very busy day and they let us know our food would take an hour, but they brought out the kids food first (thank goodness) and I don't think the food took the full hour to arrive. The portions were massive, everything we ordered was delicious and well made. The meat platter could easily feed 2. Will be back.

The Staff were friendly atmosphere was good the food delivered quickly.
The steak was tender and juicy but the Beef Nachos Entree not so,I was very disappointed there was not much in the way of toppings (very little beef beans sour cream and avocado) and corn chips were way over in abundance as well as mostly broken not worth the $16.
Sorry, didn't complain last evening as I didn't want to upset my friend as she frequents your establishment regularly.

Love Toormy Hotel. Eat there weekly with the whole family. Great pub food and always something a bit fancy on the specials board.
Staff are absolutely terrific and wine selection is also pretty good.
My only criticism is that the second hand smokers smell from the gaming area sometimes wafts through the main pub but otherwise a great place to have a drink and enjoy a meal.

Most friendly staff. Manager Lou was most accommodating with special requirements.

Absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, our meals came out on time. Loved the tap,order and pay option from our table. And the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back here.

Well presented pub. Friendly staff. Had to sit outside due to the inside area being quite smelly. It was very busy and noisy in the beer garden, but plenty of space between tables. Kids were so able to play in the play equipment. For was great!

Ate there a couple of months ago, very busy, and not that flash.Mentioned that to staff and they were kind enough to give us a $25 voucher.Returned last week, and absolutely beautiful. Couldn't fault it, food, service, exceptional.Thanks guys

To be honest, probably the best burger I have ever had.Toormina hotel is huge, plenty of different spaces to sit down and eat. Wide selection of beers and drinks. Great vibes and setting. The chef was very welcoming and provided us with some beautiful food. Not overpriced either.
