Christmas day lunch. Most of the food was inedible including processed turkey which I couldn't eat, dry ham, unappealing vegetables. I had some salad and watermelon. The presentation was unattractive. I am happy with simple food if well cooked and well prepared but honestly, this food was horrible, extra disappointing for a Christmas meal.

Went to celebrate my Mums bday. The pub was very quiet but it meant that we got really well looked after! They had even decorated the tables for our little celebration .
I had a classic chicken schnitzel with salad and chips and it was delicious. The size was huge!
Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and the staff were friendly and accomodating.
Also has the added bonus of a free kids meal with each adult meal purchased on weekends! Thanks so much team.

Massive thanks and big shout out to The Tolland Hotel! Went there for the Melbourne Cup got a 3 course meal all for $35 each. The food was amazing it was such an incredible day out! Your staff's customer service was outstanding as always! You guys really went above and beyond. Will definitely be back more often!

The food is pretty decent. The location is nice. Playroom inside. Clean tables. Large menu. Qr codes on the tables. Friendly staff. Massive food portions. Pasta was very oily though.

Family friendly, sports fan friendly and accommodating if you're not watching a screen with your sport on it, they'll find it all you have to do is ask. Food ???'? Personally my experience is faultless, service they're customer service orientated and that's hard to find. It's what a pub is meant to be in my opinion.

Came here Saturday, ordered a cheeseburger & steak sandwich. Faultless! Came back Wednesday with friends who ordered the steak sandwich at our recommendation. Amazing how much a meal can change in 4 days!
Fried egg, carimalised onion and lettuce all missing. No chips, just overcooked wedges. Told the girl at the counter... and she said "ok". Later told us they had a new chef working and "he didnt know what was on it". No apology, acknowledgement, nothing. I suggest you get your chefs a menu.

Wasnt very busy but food was delicious and courtesy bus very handy. Great service from driver cheral who was awesome to chat to and had a lot of knowledge of the area and happy to share advice on places we could visit ? Thank you

Enter into Bistro area and very pleasant looking. Plenty of room around tables. Staff at the time were very friendly. Menu is typical pub style and the prices are average. Ordering was easy at the register and can also be done at table via the QR Code thing stuck in middle of table. Service was quick and food nice. If I had to say a negative, it would be the crumbed order was a little too done and dry but hey, it was nice just the same. I also noticed another crumb order come out and also looked too dry. As Arnie would say "I'll be back".

Great for carnivores, not so great for vegan or vegetarians. My bean nachos was like half a can of mixed beans poured over corn chips with a dollop of guacamole ? Worst nachos I've ever had.

5 stars, couldn't fault the service at the bar or the cleanliness of the establishment. The manager who served us was absolutely top notch. Wil made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in and it felt like I had known him for ages. Highly recommend!

Conclusion: 4.5 As my only true gripe is the pool table having a price to use it.

I had the chicken schnitzel and the crumb was crunchy with juicy chicken inside ?
Served right after the rush had ended and our food still arrived in a timely manner.
We were served by Zac all night and his service was cordial, joyful and polite!

We will be coming back more often for sure.

I eat at the Tolland Hotel regularly and have found Sammy to always be accommodating and help out any way she can. She is always kind, courteous and lovely to speak to. She gets my 5 stars and if there were more she'd get more.

Pretty bloody ordinary. Food barely edible. Now I remember why it was over 15 years since I was there. It'll be another 15 years at least before I go back.

I went to dinner with family and I had the Crispy Pork Belly Stir fry. I have not tasted anything that delicious in a long time. It was all cooked to perfection even down to the coconut rice. My daughter also enjoyed her Dino nuggets and chips. Would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who wants amazing food. Also a big thanks to the bar staff his name is Tommy. Nothing was a hassle. Even made me laugh with a joke. Thanks again to this establishment for an amazing dining out experience.

Had a family gathering after the passing of our family member. Platters were hot and fresh. Needed so.e more tables pushed together difficult during restrictions

Nice roof, most establishments don't put effort into the roof and leave wires hanging from the top but it has a pleasant texture and the glass ceiling is to die for

A huge shout out to Sammy as every time I visit she is always friendly, professional and so very helpful. You always have a smile on your face even when stretched as you run between the Bar, Gambling room and the Bistro. You are a true asset to this business and I look forward to saying hi when I'm next in town.

The tolly currently has a 250g rump and a half rack of pork ribs for $28. It was very good. The steak was almost perfect and the ribs were excellent. They did leave the membrane on the ribs, normally I wouldn't like like ribs like this but they were very tender without being overpowered by bbq sauce. The $5 schooners didn't hurt either.

The meal was absolutely beautiful, tasty and served at the right temperature.We didn't have to wait long either.We had salmon and prawn linguine and pork belly with hokein noodles.

Food was delicious. The only thing I could complain about was the time it took. 45 mins for chicken ceasar salad. Their were probably 6 other patrons.
