Not informing the customer about sold out item in the menu and trying to replace it with something completely different after half an hour wait leaves me with no other option than 1star as the problem solving from the manager was one of the worst I've experienced while been in the hospitality business for 10+ years. "Sorry" and a refund after a long wait without any communication just doesn't do it for me.
I'm sure in general this place if fine, but today it disappointed me. All the best!
