Not informing the customer about sold out item in the menu and trying to replace it with something completely different after half an hour wait leaves me with no other option than 1star as the problem solving from the manager was one of the worst I've experienced while been in the hospitality business for 10+ years. "Sorry" and a refund after a long wait without any communication just doesn't do it for me.
I'm sure in general this place if fine, but today it disappointed me. All the best!

Lisa and her team were rushed off their feet during the semi finals and the finals of the Women's World Cup but found the time to help a UK broadcaster remain on air and sustain hours of live broadcasting.
Great food, great service, great people. Well worth a visit!

Amazing Food, great Energy and very spacious outdoor seating area for both Saturday Night FIFA World Cup Soccer and Live DJ from Resident DJ AnthonyK,Music entertainment. The service was lovely and the atmosphere nice. But the food! I wouldn't recommend it at all. Our order was simple fish and chips and fried cauliflower because the usual menu wasn't available, it was awful! Rubbery fish if any at all inside the batter! Bland and very basic. Trying to be diplomatic but I honestly wouldn't have fed it to my dog! Such a shame! Great to watch the game and have a beer but stay away from the food!

The locker room bar & bistro is located in the heart of Olympic park, a place very suitable for a drink & snack before a show or concert or simply just for drinks over a footy game on the big screen.

Personally I would go elsewhere for food because the quality, portion and price is all very disappointing. We went to the locker room hoping to order a pizza, only to be disappointed as it wasn't offered on the menu. We ended up ordering a poke bowl $23 and a classic cheese burger $20, two of the worse dishes I've ever tasted. The poke bowl for the price was small like an entree size and the ingredients did not go well together. The cheese burger was a decent size but the quality of the burger wasn't nice and for that price I would have preferred maccas.

While the food is terrible, the service is acceptable and the atmosphere is very good.

Almost five stars, but they forgot my colleague's meal. It is a great venue for a drink and a feed. The menu looks good. Despite the glitch we had, it is a great venue, and I'd recommend it. Parking is an issue with limited time parking restrictions nearby unless you use one of the paid parking stations, have your own parking arrangements of catch public transport.

Great location, rooftop bar is awesome too. The food has gotten slowly worse since they opened. Pizza is decent though. Daily specials are a good deal.

Bistro really lets this place down though. Paid around $30 for a duck pizza, with one little piece of duck on each slice of pizza and very little topping (zoom in on my pic) they charge $3 for each additional dab of sauce etc ...

Shanks in the photo where about $40, and wings about $15... not sure how much the chicken burger was? $25 I think

I have visited this lovely venue as a Professional Face Painter working here in the past.
As a local living in the Olympic Park area, I was most happy enjoying the vibe and ambience of this pub/restaurant.
Food is Amazing and the venue is beautiful and very open with lovely scenery at the top!
Would definitely recommend this venue to have your function or event.
Fantastic for families as well.

Held our engagement party on the rooftop as my fiancé and I felt the venue was perfect for what we were after.
We met with Adam during our initial enquiry, the process from booking to planning and delivering the day of our event was so accomodating!!
The bar staff, Josh and Laura were fantastic to have host the evening.

Attended a school spectacular on a Monday night at Ken Roswell Arena. Great steak & beer, wine or soft drink deal on Monday's for $20.00. Food good.

If I could give the venue more stars I would, and I would give Ash a million stars if I could because she's a SUPERSTAR~? Stars too for Will and the chef and staff that fixed my wedding cake!

I had my wedding reception at The Locker Room and the process from start to finish was so easy and stress free, I loved every minute of it! My husband and I were running around all day searching for a last minute venue for our wedding reception in less than a week. Because we only had less than 3 weeks to plan our small intimate wedding, we went to a few different places and if you know Sydney, nothing is cheap >.

Nice relaxed vibes at this pub, and although it was a Friday afternoon and most of the people seemed like they had just come from work, the pub still managed to feel family friendly. The meals were definitely Insta worthy to look at - and they weren't bad, but they just weren't that good either for a number of reasons (eg diane sauce and coleslaw lacked flavour, bun didn't feel the freshest). We might give them another go in 6 months to see if their meals improve because we really liked the atmosphere.

Such a wonderful hidden gem! We booked it for our wedding reception and it was the best decision. No booking fee, very reasonable prices. Staff is amazing, super helpful (Adam, Toby, Bella and all girls are very kind and very easygoing) They made our event very easy to organise and very accommodating with changes throughout the process. Food was delicious too. Great selections. It's very spacious venue for +100 people. We asked other places but they were all a rip off compared to this venue. Will highly recommend this venue and staff for any event or gathering.

A bit pricey but the food quality is five stars. Drink also. Espresso martini is not very sweet but really dreamy. chicken burger is totally gourmet. Five times tastier than mcdornalds. I had a weekly special rump steak medium rare but the taste is unbelievably great. Grill cooked steak edge has real nice bbq taste, the centre is thoroughly medium. Very juicy and sweet flesh.

Very close to the stadiums of Sydney Olympic Park. On event days you'll need to get in early for a table as there can be big line ups for food and beverages, but the staff are well trained and the lines move quickly. There is a pokie area 'out the back' if that's your thing.

The pub has great outdoor drinking areas and given the pub options are very limited in Olympic Park, it's actually quite reasonable in its pricing and selection of beers and food.

This Venue is the best place to bring friends and enjoy a vibe. From the food to the service everything is a plus. Specifically the new manager Ash, she made my night. Such a gem, anyone would be lucky to have her work for them. Will definitely be back thanks to her ????

Nice venue with a rooftop seating as well. Food was nice, quite pricey though I thought! The chips here are really good though, got some nice spices on them plus sauces ??'?

It was our first time going there last Sunday and we had a pram. The glass door were the lift is had barriers so we thought its closed. So as we check for the entrance there was a fence opened and so we thought we can enter from there. So as we are about to check-in. Not sure if the guy was the manager, but he told us that the fence is there for a reason and next time we shouldn't enter from there. What a nice greeting! It was a bit off telling us this since the fence was open before we arrived. Not even asking first if we opened it or not, straight concluded that we opened it. The rest of the staff were nice. And yes, we are not going back to that place again.

My friends and I came in for dinner and there was an issue with our booking as we were so early The manager on duty, Claire was so wonderful. She moved things around for us, put a table together and made us feel so welcome. She even carried our food over to the table when it was busy. Definitely deserves a pay rise! Would absolutely recommend this place - great, friendly staff.

We had dinner at the Bistro and ordered Spicy Chicken Wings, 450g Sirloin steak and 250 Rump steak. The meal was good. Steak came out perfectly on how we ordered it.

I only wish that they did not pour the sauce all over the Sirloin Steak.

We reserved a spot at the locker room for 20-30 friends for a birthday and it was coordinated amazingly! The manager Adam was very efficient and helpful, and he was able to assist with all questions and enquiries even prior to making the booking. He really deserves more than the 5 stars!

Absolute worst experience ever.

There's this rude lady who needs an attitude readjustment. I made a booking for 10 people. Got there and it turned out that someone took our table.

That unhelpful staff person then told me to wait while she fixed the problem
10 min still waiting.

I asked for an update and she rudely went on the defensive and gave me attitude. She was just so rude.

I chatted with the manager on duty Adam, he was very nice but he couldn't solve my problem. In the end we left.

Never going back there again.

I visited for a drink since this is a nice and very spacious place. They are open till midnight I understand. Rossie was the person in the pub and she kindly took her time to explain all about the Locker Room, their Bistro menu and their roof top venue. Later, Claire also spoke tome with warm & welcoming tone. Hence, I decided to join their Lifestyle Membership Program. I wish to visit The Locker Room in the future due to their outstanding hospitality.

Really enjoyed this place. The rooftop especially is great and not cramped. The staff are really friendly as well and make your stay really enjoyable. We had Clare looking after us the whole night and she was the best, so freindly and catering to us. Would highly recommend.

Some friends and i had made a booking for the rooftop (a week prior), when we arrived we sadly found out there was a function being held up there, and we were unable to sit there as planned and booked, the person taking the booking had gotten it wrong. We were going to leave but then we were approached by a very bubbly and happy lady called Clare, she was very apologetic and professional, she made my friends and i feel so welcomed and we decided to stay. Thank you Clare for your amazing customer service, and for turning a negative in a positive for my friends and i. We will definitely be coming back thanks to this lady, and we really appreciate her hospitality!

Nice place for drinks and food. Specially after a good walk. However the man who was at the front door was not welcoming,in fact he was a bit aggressive. My husband unfortunately was not writing his mobile correctly but didn't justify his unfriendly manner. No respect to elders.Luckily we do not let people to put us down. I am sure we will be back. The Olympic Park is one of our favorites places.

I ordered burger for $20..I would rather to get McDonald cheese burger....lol
