I come here frequently for years now as it is close to work. It has its moments with the food, at the moment the food has been quite good. Prices are quite high. $30 for a pie and mash.
They run specials during the week for 'counter meals'.
$50 for a steak.
Nice shaded outdoor seating area.
Daily specials change often and can be good.
I got a half chicken and hash brown it was $33

Friendly pub, dog welcomed. Good range of pub food. Delicious. Have a outdoor area. We had a great time.

I am yet to try the food but the beer is great.
Cool atmosphere and nice staff and clients.
Cant believe i haven't been sooner.

Food is above standard pub quality.
We shared the pan fried barra and the fish with mashy peas.
Kids eat free Saturday and the pub is dog friendly.staff very friendly.
The fire place is an awesome touch for the winter chill !

This pub has a nice ambiance, and service was great.
Food was good, but felt slightly disappointed with size of portions.
Piece of salmon was smallest I ever seen. Roast beef had two small slices.
I would probably go back, but if so, to try something else.

Just had lunch here and it was amazing. I got the Chicken Schnitzel and it was seriously the best one I've ever eaten. It didn't taste like �just" a pub meal, it had a nice fresh touch to it and I loved the French influence.
Will definitely come back with my partner or for a group lunch!

Service was as good as the food ... Average at best.

I wouldn't say food or drinks are value for money.

Burgers were cold and dry.
The gnocchi was ok but the serving size was less than a child's dish.

Staff seem like they prefer to be elsewhere.

I'm pretty sure I won't be going back.

One of the tastiest Sunday Roast Dinners in Sydney. A must if you're craving one. Atmosphere was great too with Live Music in the garden.

Nice pub with decent food. We had a great burger, a very good pumpkin soup, sandwich, sausages and cauliflower cheese (which turned out to be just cauliflower WITH cheese ;-) The later was so so.

Good vibes and a great pub! Although the Sunday roast has gone downhill. This used to be my go to place on a Sunday. Disappointing for a place that was doing so well when it came to a roast. Small portions of over cooked meat for $30. It's definitely not what it used to be.

I really like sitting in the upstairs section of this venue. It's quite cozy. They have old school paintings, armchairs and sofas which I quite like. They have standard delicious pub food and a great selection of drinks. It's a great local spot.

Great local hangout... really has the feel of a classic old English Pub. Even had real fires burning for a cold winters night! Good eclectic bunch of patrons too.
The restaurant had a cosy heritage/ industrial vibe and the food's spot on! But be sure to book ahead. And look out for the daily special deals too!😉�'�

This is a great little pub! We stopped by for a pub meal and the food is delicious! The Snapper pie was tasty with good, quality seafood and a flaky pastry top - with a Paris mash - so flavoursome. I had the schnitzel which was crispy and light with a simple light red cabbage salad and the mushroom sauce was well balanced with a great depth of flavour. And then we found the fine dining and sunny courtyard out the back. If the bar food is this good then how good will the restaurant be?! Definitely coming back here. The staff also are friendly - you can tell they enjoy working here. A gem! Recommend!

It looks like just another Pub from the front and if you did not press on further through a narrow corridor at the back you would think that was it. But keep going and you enter quite decent size dining room with small bar for sit-down dining plus a separate alfresco area for drinks and/or casual dining.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Menu covers a fair range of options including some for Vegans and Vegetarians. Prices are average but food was above average pub fare and so represented value for money. I particularly enjoyed their Marrickville IPA!

Excellent pub with some fine dining.
Some craft beers and a small beer garden too.
Interesting art upstairs ;-)
