Great place to catch up with family and friends. The place is always busy and offers good variety of food.

If there is one thing we have noticed is the fiddler is very consistent with their food.

Overall the quality of our meals was very good and it all came out reasonably quickly even though it was busy.

Pizza was actually very good in comparison to what is available locally. Quality of the toppings was excellent and very tasty.

Kids meals were ok. Better than some places in the area we have been.

Overall the total cost for us was $130 less drinks for a family of 6 that was excellent value.

There is a covered area if it's raining, cold or you just want to be indoors but it does fill up quickly.

The Bar has a good selection of wines and beer available which I've always found to be very cold and clean.

Parking is plenty on site.

Books at the time were not necessary but during busy times I would call to be sure.

Been here multiple times and they've upgraded their menu recently, which is good. Staffs are helpful and welcoming, Eden is particularly nice, atmosphere has always been lively, bustling with activities. On 22/1 Monday we had our dinner here again. We didn't order any drinks, so no comment. The experience this time was excellent, the place is packed with people. Atmosphere was great, noisy inside, so we were happy to sit outdoor there. We ordered pork ribs and 200g eye fillet, and they are just absolutely fantastic and delicious. Food came in in reasonable wait time, and we thank the management for their ongoing works on this catering venues.

Great cozy place. Been going there for a little over 2 years. The food and drinks are amazing. The service is great as always. Shoutout to Silvia. Great work ethic.

The only downside is some of the bouncers can get a little pushy, and not so pleasant. But this has only been the case recently. Previously they all were great to have a chat and laugh with.

Visit the Irish pub section. Lots of quirky little rooms. Typical Irish style. The guiness aren't too bad either. Great hearty size meals. At a price

Massive pub split in two levels with multiple bars and seating. Apparently this has been here for donkeys years. The open area used for functions and a make shift dance floor on weekends. Friendly staff, good food and decent drinks. Could do better offering more choice in cocktails than run of mill

Absolutely amazing experience... the food is soo yummy... the stuffs are super friendly... the place is soo beautiful... we loved every second that we spent there... I am definitely coming here again... please visit them and you will have a great time... highly recommended!!!

The Fiddler has a lot of outdoor seating and an enclosed play area for the kids. The inside is decorated like an old English pub. The place is popular with young families. We sat outside on the verandah and it's pleasant.
The ribs are cooked nicely.
The shared plate has a bit too much fried food for my liking.
Other offerings include pizza and pasta, steak and more.
Must book on the weekends

Mini Universal Studio ! The place is massive with amazing decorations in all bars and rooms. This could be a huge movie set. The foods were great with speedy serving and attentive services which was a pleasant surprise. This will be my favorite place in the West !

One of the best in the west. Every corner has a different vibe to it. Inside has got a lot of character and outside is funky and happening. Good menu range, drinks and coffee. Great spot for meals and to catch up with mates. Lots of parking available.

Lovely place, mix of both old world and new world specially the old pub that can transport you back in time.
Pork knuckle could've been crispier. Other than that, it's lovely place to hang out with friends and family here out north west.

I remember coming to this place when I just turned 18 and been coming back intermittently.

Must admit, the renovations throughout the years have really uplifted the place.

They have a nice sports Bar and outdoor smoking area if that's your vice.

I had heard a lot about the place so went for dinner. Definitely the ambiance is amazing. But the service was poor. Pizza and fish was expensive but tasteless. Did not dry any drinks this time. Will give one more try to this restaurant for it's ambience. Hopefully next time the experience with food will be good(I am foodie and I do not like any restaurant if food is not yummy ?)

Big Pub and restaurants split into different sections and styles each with a very different ambiance. One section is a bit like a museum built in 1829. My family also enjoyed exploring each part of this establishment, we took our time and stayed for many hrs.

It also has a decent playground for the kids.

Had a bite in the Glasshouse restaurant to finish up. A delicious Guinness pie and mash.

This place also has a few beautiful venues for parties/gatherings.

Fiddler's is back in Business with Outstanding Food and Service to match. Noticed the changes when we attended a Function a couple of weeks ago after quite some time. Decided to visit on Friday for the Happy Hour (3.30-5.30pm) Beer, House wine and Cocktails and $10 Wood Fired Pizza's. The atmosphere is very inviting in all of the venues, we enjoyed our drinks and pizza in the Courtyard outdoor Dining Venue as it was a beautiful day. The Pizzas were to die for any choice from the menu and only $10.....WOW !! We will be back with Family and Friends soon. Well Done Guys, our New Go-to Place.

Had our daughter's birthday here @ The Glasshouse and the event went off really well!
When we got there, everything was as we expected (the area that we had reserved was allocated to us). The place was extremely clean and looked amazing!
We ordered food for our guests and set-up a bar tab for drinks that were to be included as a part of our function.
We were also close to the play-area, so the kids were occupied and this meant the adults could also have some time on their own. The food options are exceptional and well priced too.
The staff were always attentive to our needs and sorting out the tab and monies was a really seamless process.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to do an event here! All in all a really memorable event! Well done team Fiddler!

Fiddler is definitely our go to. The menu is super diverse and food is tasty. The drink options very good too. Right from mock tails to cocktails, it's pretty good. The ambiance is nice and cozy. Staffs are good. They serve food after ordering pretty fast. High chair facilities are open. If you can't finish your food, don't forget to ask for boxes. And for water, walk to the bar counter. Absolutely would recommend this beautiful place???'-

I love that this place has parking spots for customers. It's a really big place. The food was amazing. Physical Contacts is minimized by ordering from your table. All you need to do is scan the QR code on the table to order your food and drinks and it will he delivered to your table. You also pay immediately you order.

The Fiddler is spacious, every corner is unique, vibe and food are good.

I had chips and Chunky Beef & Guinness Pie Served w creamy mashed potatoes, green beans & gravy.

I wouldn't say it's the best Guinness pie I had, but it was comforting. The potato chips were crunchy and the dipping sauce was nice.

It's a great place to catch up with your family and mates.

For these reasons I give this place 3 bears.

First time here and loved everything about it. Great ambiance and something we've not been able to find in Melbourne yet. Pity my burger was a bit dry but otherwise everything was great and a playground for the kids which is a super bonus. We'd definitely go back.

A worthy experience especially if one can visit on a weekend. The drinks and food are scrumptious to put in one word.
Wait staff is friendly and the order is delivered in a reasonable amount of time despite a large crowd of people at the same time.
The music floor is really keeps the vibe alive for the place, the indoor live viewing experience has its own charm.

Great atmosphere and kids play area to play in. Went here yesterday for my wife's birthday. It was just nice that our child could play while we could sit back, relax and have something nice to eat for lunch and a glass of wine. I have also been here for Christening functions.

A relaxed atmosphere, perfect to catch up with friends. We ordered through the online menu. The app glitched and we had an extra two beers arrive at our table. A refund wasn't an option so it was swapped out for another cocktail. Next time we will go to bar and order instead to avoid this.

We got a few cocktails and the platter to share between 4. Its beautiful and green, nice bush vibe. Food was yummy, a little over priced but decent food.

The lady at the front of the entrance can be rude. She had asked us to go and get masks then as our friends came through she didn't ask them. It felt like a power trip.

Great spot for a session. Wide selection of pub grub and beverages. Outdoor play area for the kids. The Irish pub makes me feel like I'm back at temple bar. The pork ribs are huge. Well worth it. Will put you in a meat coma after a full rack

Very cool complex with multiple outdoor and indoor areas for pub food or drinks. One area is the historic pub which is a bit of a maze, but extremely interesting, worth checking out. Service was friendly. Prices of drinks were slightly steep but food prices were ok. Overall well worth the visit

The general area is okay. I like that it's now very family friendly. I can't say I'm a fan of the food. It's quite overpriced for what you get. I must say, however, my experience at the Glasshouse venue was wonderful. The food was so much better, the steak tasted amazing, lamb entree and desserts were incredible and having a bar there is a great idea for events.

I am amazed how this place can be so consistent with their food for the last few years. Always great flavours, little wait time with lots of amazing places to sit. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean and safe venue with lots of friendly staff always at hand. This is a well run business.

We had my best friends 30th here and it was 10/10. Shelley and the team were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She helped us so much on the day and everything ran smoothly. The food was also amazing. Thank you to the chefs!
I had people telling me all night how good it was. Everybody had a great time and there was more than enough food. Would love to book another event here soon. Highly recommended.

Queued 10 minutes to get inside. Queued 15 minutes to order food.
Took 35 minutes for the food to come.
All of the above are acceptable because the place was pretty busy.

However what was most disappointing was:
Out of 3 orders (two adults and one kids meal) , only two came in. Now we have a toddler who is anxious because he sees two plates on the table for his parents but his food is nowhere to be seen.
Out of the first two foods that came after 35 minutes, the steak was the coldest I have ever had. Chips on steak and Schnitzel was also too cold to be served.
To top it up, we had to stop couple of waitresses to ask them when the 3rd meal was coming where the responses were "they will come soon".
But after another 15 minutes, one waiter finally comes to ask what the 3rd order was - once we showed the receipt, it took about 10 minutes more for the food to arrive. The waiter was going to tables asking if that was their meal so I went to him and asked if he was looking for table 211.
Worst experience we had in this joint. I would take my money somewhere else where the quality and service is better and would suggest the same to my friends and family as well.

The Fiddler is already a great place, it's buzzing nearly all the time. It's changed a lot over the years, in a good way. The staff are great, the food is great-although maybe a little expensive, atmosphere is great. Now that they have music back every second Saturday is fantastic. I would recommend anyone, families, to go there.

After many visits, we have always had a great experience, delicious food and the best place in The Hills for a drink with friends. The vibe is always perfect.

Staff are excellent and venue is very good.
Have been on several occasions as local and still waiting to have a meal that makes me go how good was that.
Now you may say if it's not great why keep going back , seniors 2 for 1 deal is excellent.
It's pub bistro food ,.don't expect more.
My wife absolute loves the cutlets and the salad it comes with , she has it every time.

Called to reserve a table and was told to just walk-in. I asked if there would be tables and was told there would be many. At the reception, I was told it was full. I could still walk-in but no guarantee I could find a table. You also have to provide the $25 Dine in voucher before entry to take advantage of $25 = $50 offer. Food wise, they were fine bit no surprise. DO NOT GO unless you booked a table.

Nice place and ambience. Food was mostly good. I got the pork belly burger, however the sauce used was a bit overpowering. A bit too tangy. The chicken parmy was awesome! The chips served for both were amazing too, perfect and crispy.However, my experience was tainted. The staff at the end welcoming and saying bye said it to every person, except for my partner and I (maybe because we were the only people who weren't white). Was a small touch that put a sour taste to a overall good experience. It made me feel less than and not valued as a customer.

What a top place the Fiddler is! Whenever we feel like going out for a DECENT sized steak, Fiddler is the place. Security is excellent and ample parking. Beer is cold food is served hot.Not a bad place for casual business meetings as well.

Visited the Glasshouse for a Christmas party. The food was quite tasty for a function room, with the waiters and bar staff are friendly. The room was very nice with a sandstone fireplace and outdoor area for dancing which was allowed with the current restrictions. We all needed to check in for covid safe too. The only downside was it took about 15 minutes for a cocktail to be made and had to go back to the bar to get it...

Good pub with restaurant style setting. Staff were efficient and polite. Food served was good quality western meals. Lots of parking available outside. Ambience is good but somewhat noisy inside.

We had my daughter's 21st here Saturday 11/7/2020. The staff were professional and always politely reminded us of the current restrictions. A big shout out to the Reservations Manager, Melanie Barton and her team who ensured we were taken care of and were so professional in our dealings - nothing was too much trouble!The food was great too!Thanks for making it a special occasion, under what is undoubtedly extraordinary times!!
