I'm a regular here, the staff are lovely, the managers are great especially Surya. They make some great margaritas and are very friendly and good to talk with. Jack, Lucas, Hollie and Shirley are the best staff at this joint. Nita is a great gaming girl, very sweet and kind and always smiling. Great place for a feed and a chat especially with the staff. The security guard is one of the best I've ever seen, very friendly. PS - Where's Shirley?

The bar staff does absolutely nothing including the manager, it took them 40 minutes to pick up our empty plates and glasses. The bar staff walked past the table many times and did absolutely nothing. They were just standing around chatting at very loud level, many could hear their personal conversations. Unprofessional.

Very convenient location just next to the Narwee train station.

I booked this place because all other places close to the airport was almost twice as expensive.

The train line goes directly to the airport and so it is very convenient.

I spent only one night, they attended to me very politely, I had a burger in the bistro which was tasty. The room was very clean and tidy, I would suggest just to fix the carpet. It's in front of the train station, super convenient. It has no elevator, but the rooms are in the first floor.

I had the pleasure of taking some good friends to this hotel so they could check-in for a 2 night stay while visiting from Melbourne. The hotel rooms look rather nice and comfy and well equiped. Even the carpeted hallways leading to their room smelt so nice and freshly cleaned.
The check-in process was simple and quick. We than sat down at the bistro to relax a little with a few drinks before having some lunch. The beers were nice and cold. There are numerous tv screens around for the sports lovers. Lunch was delicous and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the fish and chips with a shared fresh Greek Salad, which was so nice and tasty. My friends seemed very happy and content with their place of stay.
The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is well located with a few shops nearby and is so very close to Narwee Train Station.

This appears to be more of a local pub rather than an establishment focusing on accommodation. From what I could see there is accommodation on the upper floor, just not sure how extensive it is. I went for a meal in the bistro based on a recommendation from another local and I was quite happy I did. The food was excellent; one of the best Beef and Guinness pies I have eaten. The service was also well above what I expected. In particular the bar staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I will be going back again.

Very easy to get there by train. There is a restaurant downstairs and multiple shops around. Very good quality beds. Good amenities and include coffee, tea and water.

Loved my visit, definitely will be coming again!! Every time i've been to Narwee Hotel everyone is super polite, staff are very attentive, great prices and nice environment. Staff always do their best to cater to you and that's pretty rare for most hotels, 5/5 stars

But the restaurant become very noisy because of the quiz nights so if you want to have quite nice dinner and staying in the same hotel upstairs... Make sure not to go during those nights..

Overall all its Good..

Pros: The cleaners were very nice. You get housekeeping every morning. The hotel is in a good location with the train station opposite. There's free WiFi. If you're staying long term, you can ask the cleaners to use the laundry room.
Cons: The doors are very loud. So if you're staying in rooms: 1 - 3 you'll hear the door closing everytime and it's extremely loud.

This place still cranks but the bistro seems to be lacking a tad. Used to come here for dinner all the time.
Came down memory lane and wanted to see if the food was still poppin. Wasn't as good as I remembered. As for the vibe, it's still there and everyone is having a great time.

The hotel is across the road from Narwee railway station, about 15 minutes from the airport, half hour back to the city. The room had all the essentials, was very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. My room overlooked the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The bar and restaurant downstairs was easy going and relaxed, well prepared pub bistro food being enjoyed by lots of family groups, very reasonably priced, staff all friendly and skilled. If gaming is your thing, Narwee Hotel has a very comfortable TAB beer garden, and a well appointed gaming machine room discretely separate from the main bar.

The hotel is right across the train station which is a big plus! There was never any cigarette smell in the hotel hallways/rooms. For $96/night I didn't expect the amenities they provided in the mini bar(those free two bottles of water??) Room was nice and standard. The A/C though only provided fan(or maybe we couldn't figure out). Staff was helpful. Would love to stay here again if I'm going to spend a weekend in Sydney CBD.

Came to Narwee Hotel for dinner, ordered the Chicken Schnitzel with mash and the portions were plenty! Staff are very friendly and food came relatively quick for a busy Friday night. Definitely recommend a visit if you are look for some great pub food.

One of my favourite spots to have a nice dinner with my family. The place used to be pretty average, but it's recent kitchen and dining area revamp has really brought it to life. The food it affordable and delicious and the staff could not be nicer, the bartenders, waiter and chefs are all extremely nice and provide great service. Couldn't ask for a better place to have a solid steak and a couple of beers.

I stayed for 2 nights. I arrived early and was able to make myself comfortable downstairs while waiting for my room to be ready. My room had everything I needed during my stay. The room was quiet, clean and warm with a very comfortable bed. The food available from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The train station and bus stop were just across the road with a 7Eleven and bakery closeby which I made good use of while here. This is a bargain price accommodation of which I would highly recommend a stopover here. Thank you.

Went on a Monday night for dinner with friends. Plenty of space, well lit, friendly and efficient service and very nice pub style good with great variety on the menu. Good selection of drinks as well.

I Ordered food and alcoholic drinks for myself, others ordered after we had... despite this many were provided their dishes first and I am adamant that they switched dishes with another customer who ordered similar dishes. This meant that my wife ended up with someone's dish (lucky I watched the dish being served elsewhere first as it was not touched). I finally received my dish after my wife concluded her meal

Despite a huge mess, the staff did give me 2 free drinks without me having to ask, but this didn't really cut it in my book, restaurants should serve all dishes, per course at the same time. Hotels, bars, cafe's and other food places have managed this standard in the past.

Despite this, it was not noisy and if you have sensory issues you would feel fairly comfortable here, the lighting is dim but not so much as to strain your eyes. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. The bistro seams to be the only area in need of improvement. The food itself was good and the serves were a very reasonable size.

I will update if my next experience is an improvement.

I honestly had little expectations walking in here because of the exterior but it was pretty impressive inside. Nice large area for groups, many tv screens to watch the game, food had large servings too and a good selection of drinks. Staff is friendly and attentive.Pool table was just a bit smaller than the standard but its all good.

Great staff . Food was good. We started to sit down at one table and there were 11 of us and they politely and respectfully asked us to sit separately due to covid restrictions. Very impressed with the service.
