Noise, Services, Customer Service, Autism, Food.
I Ordered food and alcoholic drinks for myself, others ordered after we had... despite this many were provided their dishes first and I am adamant that they switched dishes with another customer who ordered similar dishes. This meant that my wife ended up with someone's dish (lucky I watched the dish being served elsewhere first as it was not touched). I finally received my dish after my wife concluded her meal
Despite a huge mess, the staff did give me 2 free drinks without me having to ask, but this didn't really cut it in my book, restaurants should serve all dishes, per course at the same time. Hotels, bars, cafe's and other food places have managed this standard in the past.
Despite this, it was not noisy and if you have sensory issues you would feel fairly comfortable here, the lighting is dim but not so much as to strain your eyes. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. The bistro seams to be the only area in need of improvement. The food itself was good and the serves were a very reasonable size.
I will update if my next experience is an improvement.
