The brewery used to be a family favourite for many years. The food had always been of a certain standard. After Covid and a few years later, we decided to go here for dinner for a family celebration. More than 10 dishes were ordered, and every single one was absolutely disappointing.

The food tasted bland and flavourless. Definitely not worth the price at all.

Besides one staff member, the rest didn't seem to want to even assist customers with anything. The drinks were fine.

It's truly disappointing to see a place that had been a family favourite, drop to such sub-standard. Definitely will not be coming back in a long time.

Awesome new Spring cocktails - especially the Bee Knees (photo)! Great spacious venue with its own Brewery and the friendliest staff. Kudos to the chefs for the best Greek salad!

What a place, probably the best venue I have been too thus far. Warm ambience, with a rustic touch due to it being set up as a beer refinery. Tye and Staff were amazing with Chef and team making the nicest chicken curry, rice and pappadums. There was a bright kids play area called Hops Playground, with all the safety features. Plenty of eating area around the bistro, with an extended bar wrapping around the venue. Big screens and a couple of projector screens for the oldies. It had a beautiful Sports Area with pool tables and darts connecting it to a Garden Area for the guest that smoke. You can continue to smoke in the Gaming Area and it also comes with a bar just to side. Plenty of parking for everyone. Definitely coming back with the family. Well done team, love it.

Unfortunately it Didn't even fulfil my 8 and 10 year old kids for dinner and. We had to get them takeaway on the way home.

Beautiful ambience and yummy food. Not many vegetarian options but enough to choose from. Per person min spend could be around $25-$30. Did not try alcohol but I am sure alcohol here would be a must to try. They have a big screen for sports fan.

On site brewing is a good attracting during the day as you'll see staff doing their thing in the brewery.

Good selection of beers but if youre unfamiliar it is recommended to ask the bartender on the flavour profiles before ordering.

Nice facility but absolute failure food service ! We have ordered a few dishes which were to take about 30mins as they told us at the time of order. However it end up taking 1hour 40 mins after 3 checking & push. Many groups had similar problems and were complaining bitterly. Also some waitresses were delivering foods to wrong tables. These probably were caused by amateur management. Anyway, we will NEVER go back there again.

Visited on a Sunday Lunch we have booked as we knew it would be busy. We booked for 7 and told no we booked for 2 so we're seated right next to the live music. So not a great start from entering. The music was just way to loud and when we asked to turn it down the staff member just said the musician won't. Ordered meals with high expectations from reviews but were disappointed. Food was just warm and very bland. The venue looks amazing and the kids playground is amazing . The only reason I have giving 3 stars is for the playground. But I think a bit of work needs to be done on the menu, staffing knowledge and approach to customers. Will I return maybe so my nephews can play in the kids playground again.

Our favourite for a good pub feed! Generous servings and the food is really good. It gets busy here but the food never takes long to come out. We love the chicken schnitzel, obviously. They also have their beers on tap and you can get cases of it too.

Greeted by very friendly staff member. Promptly seated for booking. Honest pub food. Understanding staff with food pref issue.... Solved quickly. Very nice beer selection. Good family friendly environment. Would recommend the drive.

Large venue, plenty of parking and seating. They've got a function room upstairs as well. Trivia is on Wednesday. The food is average, the schnitzels, burgers and pizzas are nice. Service is average as well. The platter for two was extremely bland.

Huge place! Very busy when we dropped in for dinner on a Saturday night. We managed to get a table straight away though.

Even though the line was long to order food, it moved quite quickly and it didn't take too long for our buzzer to go off to collect our food. Service was super friendly too!

We grabbed schnitzel and fish and chips and a few drinks (which you've got to order separately to the food at the bar).

My schnitzel was pretty decent. A good size - not massive but not too small. I could have had a few more chippies.

The fish was a little dry (possibly over cooked), but otherwise not too bad.

I'm told the wine list wasn't "great", but was ok. The beer selection was fantastic though!

This pub is becoming a landmark for Rouse Hill. I love going to this place for their tasty home brewed beers and the ambiance the place has to offer. High roof wood finish construction adds value to it's appearance. Most food items are tasty except a few which did not satisfy my expectation. Overall, it's place where I would visit frequently

Apart from no smiling staff nor warm welcome at front desk when entering, the food and the venue are both outstanding. Had the staff not appeared as though we were interrupting them upon entry, it cpuld have been a 5 start rating. 3rd time here and only bar staff seem to be welcoming and happy to be here.

The menu seems like it has a lot on it but there really isn't a lot to choose from. There isn't a standard el-cheapo steak on the menu which I believe is a pub staple. Great playground area for the kids. Plenty of TVs so you can watch the game in the corner of your eye while pretending to talk to the wife. All in all a great place to hang out at.

Now, this is a nice hotel... well was a nice hotel. We have been long time customers of the brewery for at least 5 years. It had a great vibe. Great food. Still has great customer service and excellent staff.

Tonight, was very disappointing. We ordered steaks x3, barramundi and a pizza. All were sub standard. The chef needs to pick up their game. It's no excuse to be dishing out food like that. I think next time, we will spend our money somewhere else and just come for drinks.

We went for dinner wasn't too bad! The Cheeseburger was surprisingly decent! The schnitzel was also pretty good.

I had the Hazy IPA. It was good! If it isn't a regular brew then it should be!!

The staff were great and it is well presented and set out.

My only complaint is the food is a little pricey $20 for a cheeseburger and chips is a little steep.

Had a wonderful lunch with friends. The kids got to enjoy the holiday program and do plaster painting.
Really yummy Easter dessert which was a Hot Cross Bun Pudding.
Great lunch deals also...$15 for adults and $10 for kids which includes a meal, drink and ice cream

Kids play area is nice the beer is good, the food really does let this place down Im afraid, Im a well seasoned pub food eater and the food is over priced and well below average quality. Its a shame, I really hope one day they may improve, the food really just needs some tlc

Great meals and very polite and helpful staff. Soft drink prices are way to expensive! Has a good atmosphere and is kept clean at all times! Well worth a visit!

We're only just starting to venture out to public eateries again. I have to commend this hotel for their high standards and how well they are managing COVID restrictions. We felt very comfortable. They are clearly losing a lot of money but putting safety first. Fabulous staff. Good food. Great beer!

Great place with a nice laid back atmosphere. Never too busy and lots of different places to hang around.Their chicken schnitzel is always a favourite topped with the creamy mushroom sauce. Top it off with their locally made beers or a cold glass of white.Absolutely love this place
