Play Pokies at Noosa Sports Club in Tewantin

Visited the club restaurant with a friend on recommendation this evening. Ordered streamed dim sims as an entree and two main meals. After a while a serve of steamed dim sims was delivered to the table next to us. Customer advised the waitress that she had ordered fried not streamed. I called out to say they could be ours but was ignored. Soon after our main meals arrived. Explained to waitress that we were still waiting for our entree and asked her to take the mains away and bring the entree we had ordered. At least 20 minutes passed and no entree. Got up and went to service counter and informed the waitress we were still waiting for our entree. Approximately 10 minutes later. Entree arrived and after eating went to the service counter and enquired after our main courses. Another 5 minutes and the original mains were brought after being under the warmer for over 35 minutes. Suggested to the waitress that they should have provided fresh mains as these were \"tired\" and only just warm. Got no response from her and she just walked off. Got to the stage that I didn\'t have the time to take the matter further, ate only half of the meal and left. It was the worst dining out experience that I can remember and the customer service was non existent. Cannot recommend this place based on tonight\'s experience. Won\'t be going back. Peter Dixon

Nice club and good food.

Great chinese food, friendly staff. We had an early dinner on a Tuesday night (Quiz night). It was very busy so bookings are essential.

Came here just to play some afternoon bowls however was given attitude from the manager and workers. The same bar worker charged us two different prices for the same drinks despite double checking. When taken up with the manager she stated we were on more then alchohol which we weren't and stated we weren't going to be served anymore. As well as this the worker behind the bar continued to lie about the prices despite constantly double checking as we kept getting charged different prices for the same items. Was honestly just disappointing. Came here for a good afternoon and treated like we were worth nothing

Holidaying to Noosa from Brisbane & we decided to play lawn bowls (my first time), also funnily enough we had discussed getting chinese dinner for after to find that is what was sold at the restaurant at the bowls club so was meant to be. Staff were wonderful, prices of drinks were very pleasing, bowls was super fun and definitely want to do it again. The chinese food was definitely up there with some of the best chinese I have had and they had plenty of Gluten free options too! Thanks again Noosa Lawns club & Chinese Restaurant!
