Great value luch special vegetables always fresh typical Chinese and love it. I get lunch here or dinner at least twice a week

One of the worst meals I've had, don't like Chinese food much so went for a schnitzel. It was so greasy that as you cut it it leeched greasy fat out. YUK
The chips were soggy.
Poor show chef !

We have the Chinese here regularly now, nice meals at a reasonable cost. Bar prices very good as well. Sunday nights are very quiet

Lunch today was small, despite the combination of meat types on offer, and the fried rice didn't taste fresh.
Also, why has the name "Tewantin" been dropped from the club name? Is Tewantin that bad that you're embarrassed by having it in your club name? What do the citizens of Tewantin think?

Great Chinese meals. Great prices and great fresh food. Mind you, you should book a table because it gets busy. Also people come in and remove the reserved signs or completely ignore them so your booking isn't guaranteed.

Beware Noosa locals, they don't care about rules or anyone else.

We loved our Chinese food, very anglosized but was nice. The service from Jennifer only 17 was fantastic.

Best value meals $13 dollars specials on many chinese dishes. What's not to love! Great Reno's. Lots of events and entertainment and raffles. Good easy vibes.

My friends and I (trivia name - the three little pork omelettes) have attended trivia twice now. We came 19th the first time and 8th the second time - only being bested by every other team in attendance. The questions appeared to be favouring those born in the late 1800s. Unfortunately we were the youngest in the room by three decades and stugggled. Gerry the host felt so bad for us he would often just tell us the answer.

Cute little club in a very central location. The Chinese restaurant is the best so far in the noosa region. Just ask for a slight gap between entrees and mains.

Entre and main served simultaneously despite stating clearly that I wanted a few minutes between Courses.Chicken undercooked. More Batter than chicken.
Garlic butter prawns could have been nice if the chef had added some garlic.
Will not be back.

visted this club for dinner the last 2 wednesdays, 1st week the chinese meal was awsome, so we thought we would go back again , we were disappointed, it was a busy night due to the club badge draw, we had ordered our meal around 6.45 waited over an hour for our entree, then nothing....after an hour i went to inquire, the chinese chef was going crazy...i felt sorry for the young ladies working there. after standing there for over 15 mins they gave me our ordered main dish less fried rice, i was told they would bring it too us...it did not happen so i went back...the chef ordered a young girl to put a takeaway container of fried rice into a microwave, he then emptied it on to a plate mashed it up with a fork and thrust it towards me. i took it to our table told my wife who was disgusted...to say we were disappointed even by the chefs arrogant attitude...we will not eat there again. the 1 star is for our experience on the 2nd week.

A good old fashioned Bowling Club with a damn good and being a bowling club, cheap Chinese restaurant. The manager of the day, Mr Andrew Hewett is the finest in the business.

Really enjoyed our lunch yesterday . Servings were fresh and generous . Apparently the school prawn omelette was the best they have had and he is fussy . So we will definitely be back . Thank you

Friendly service and great value meals as you'd expect from a bowling club who does things right.

Food was great, serving size was huge. Great value dinner.
Beers are good value, they had $7.50 pints when we visited.

Have been patronising the Nest Chinese restaurant for a while now and the food has always been excellent....until today ( Nov 2022). Serving sizes were plentiful as usual, BUT. Both the pork and beef were tough and gristley. Not happy. It seems they've had a change in ownership recently. I am voting with my feet!

We are visiting from NSW and haven't had good Chinese for over 12 months. So glad we found Tewantin Noosa Bowling club, we had the mixed entree, Honey Prawns, Satay Chicken and fried rice. I wish I could have eaten more we couldn't fault it..We will definitely be back next time we visit.

I don't play bowls but this little club is spot on for a cold beer , cheapest in Noosa.
The Chinese restaurant kitchen does fantastic meals. Great spot for a cheap night out.
Raffles Friday night are a lot of fun.

2 x staff members - 1 male, 1 female were up themselves, check your attitude at the door if you want to work in hospitality.

Best Chinese - so tasty - great value for money - will definitely be back - highly recommended if you are visiting Noosa.

Choose your day wisely. As a local have been here several times but tonight (Friday) has been the worst experience ever. Fair enough we had small group but our order took forever, rice etc was cold before the overpriced main meals came. Others that ordered well after us were receiving meals but had to wait over an hour for Chinese, never again. I'll drive to Cooroy for decent Chinese and still be home before this crew could deliver their overpriced msg. Bingo ladies were rude and everything just seems a retro 80's cluster fook.

Step back in time to this bowls club. Old style decor. Very friendly members run club. The Chinese restaurant The Nest is a large popular family dining area but if you are looking for table cloths or fancy it's not the place for you. If your looking for tasty good valve it is fabulous. We were there for yum cha Sunday and enjoyed the variety of food and beers

Meal was very good. Staff were very polite even though they were under staffed. Would recommend this club to anyone looking for a good night out.

We decided to go to the bowls club based on the reviews. It was one of the worst Chinese meals we have ever had. It was over priced, bland and we are pretty sure the pork was off. The kids meal was an absolute joke for the price not to mention they ran out of chips at 6pm... It's such a shame as I remember the last time we were up here on holiday, the bowls club had one of the best roast meals I had ever had. I would not recommend this Chinese restaurant to anyone.

Xmas party barefoot bowls with kids. My recommendation is dont take kids unless theyre a bit older and perfectly behaved. Mostly ok ppl supervising but a few ultra grumps having a meltdown about various things. One yelling at a couple of 5 year olds for running barefoot on an empty lawn. Then again bc they climbed over a low boundary wall to get a hat - apparently the neighbouring ditch easement is super important and mustnt be stepped on. Couldnt let it go, had to wah on at length about it. Not the place for family barefoot bowls, look elsewhere for that.

Very disappointing. After our 4th attempt at being return customers in the hope they improve, we won't be back after our last experience.As a Bowls Club bistro catering to families, it is not acceptable to make kids wait well over an hour for their meals to arrive. It was 1.5 hours wait time for the Chinese meals. The food isn't worth the wait either. Please improve your service standards to retain customers, or at the very least, communicate when you're followed up.

Went to the Jazz afternoon here today. Absolutey brilliant. Staff were warm and friendly and the Chinese meals were good. Need a bit more seasoming and spice for my taste but the food was fresh and well prepared. I had butter prawns and the prawns were tender and succulent, the fried rice was great. I'll come back for sure if the meals are always like that.Thank for the great Jazz too. It was Dixiland style (which is my favourite) and took me straight back to New Orleans, outstanding. Dancing would have been fun.

1980 called and want their food back. If you want pre-packaged sauces and average menu items that were common decades ago, this is the place. For goodness sake, can't the people who run this place go for a meal at other establishments and see how far out of touch you are? You are in a high economic area not back of Burke. Never again....

$9 meal tonight for dinner! Are you kidding me! Why was this place not packed out! Huge meal! Everything was delicious and cooked so well. The salad bar was fresh and delicious also! Omg ♡ yum! Everyone needs to come here and check out their amazing deals for lunch and/or dinner!
