Food is not good I got a Thai salad and the meat was like rock , told the lady on the floor and she said next time it will be better 🤪. Not good enough.

Disappointed with the restaurant. Booked a table for my birthday dinner for 16 people for 6.30pm . Arrived on time and waitress didn't know of the booking, so she needed to set up a table. My meal didn't show up, so my seniors meal was upgraded which I had to wait for . Also a chicken burger meal was ordered minus the cheese, as person couldn't eat dairy . It arrived with cheese. He was advised by waitress to order a different meal. He ordered a steak. By 8 o'clock his meal still hadn't arrived. His meal finally arrived and he requested a takeaway as everyone was ready to home. He did get a $20 refund. Definitely think twice about going back for a meal.

Terrible facilities..similar to the ugly blonde working in the poker machine area. It should learn to be nice or shut it's weird male sounding self up. She has ruined so many other people's good times I can only assume her father or another relative had something to do with her ever getting a position there.

I'm very disappointed. Ordered dinner and this is what we received. An overcooked steak and fish and chips were dry and super oily. As you can see, there must be a shortage on potatoes.
As being in the hospitality industry myself, I know I wouldn't be anywhere near satisfied in sending this out.

The hotel has been welcoming to our ukulele group who meet Wednesdays. Staff are friendly and lunches most enjoyable.

We were there for Christmas lunch. Staff, food, atmosphere was beyond exceptional. Thank you to all the staff for giving us a very enjoyable Christmas day.

We had dinner at the Royal Mail. Steak was perfect, as was my husbands schnitzel. The service was attentive and friendly. A real diamond in the rough. Happily recommended dining at the Royal Mail anytime.

Great location, awesome live bands, and amazing staff. My mates and I come down every Friday for the band but for the last three months the pool table hasn't been operating and we are absolutely devastated. Every week we hope it has been fixed but it's still not working :((( Please fix to make our Friday nights magical again, not mad just disappointed

Popped in for a knock off drink last Friday. The bar tenders here are so friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there even when it's gone midnight! Their live band was great, had everyone up dancing and it was generally a lovely atmosphere where all kinds of people felt comfortable, safe and free to be themselves. Drinks were also good, pints a reasonable price.

Very good food for a reasonable price. The staff were all friendly and helpful and service was very quick.

I went on a Friday noon for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The restaurant was not busy and it could easily accomodate children or big groups without feeling crowded or too noisy.

The place itself looked dated and in need for a renovation or an update for the furniture.

There is an online menu available, but food is not available to order online and must be ordered at the counter.

A bit of a secret this place, considering it's proximity to Noosaville. Very good food and great service. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Forgot our entrees, forgot our drinks order, kids burgers were blood rare in centre, when these issues were raised we were advised the kids burgers come medium rare? Then we were offered desert in place of our entrees which then took 20+ min to come out on a quiet night. Overall terrible food and service.

Grabbed the $14 lunch special rump steak and was blown away by the quality cut and perfect char cooking! Added the calamari topper, which was super fresh and tasty too. Cold beer and other fantastic menu options. Fully rate and recommend this pub! Cheers.

Great food - this was a last resort due to places being booked out but I was surprisingly impressed

The service was awesome very helpful and great atmosphere. Their new at table ordering system works a treat. The food was amazing and big serves! We have 5 different Mains between us and all of them were hits!

Very slow service, didn't have basic meals such as Steak for a steak sandwich, or Pizza. Took 20 minutes for them to realise this after we had ordered. Short staffed.. Final meals arrived 40 minutes after first ordered. Nothing flash.

Food was awesome! I got an Aussie Parma. Portion was huge, taste was delicious. Chips were perfectly cooked and gravy was spot on. Will be back asap!

Went in for my partners birthday. Half price menu if ordered on the app before 1830. Might be difficult for older people to understand i had to assist some of our table. I didn't get the waitresses name but over the top in a good way. Looked stressed so maybe need an extra staff member but very attentive to our table. Will go back for a steak.
