We had our Engagement Party booked with the Springwood Hotel for the 03/07/2021 (post lock-down) All of our guests complimented on how well the room was presented and loved the balloons and the candle holders in the middle, All guests raved about the food, it was just right, and All guest loved the service from Sharon and Bianca, they found them very lovely and kind and served with a smile; especially after the week they must have had. and all the hard work and efforts of the BOH staff as well does not go a miss and thank you for their work. A special thanks goes to Ara, the Functions Manager for all of his professional input, assistance and reassurance in the lead up to the event. Thank you Springwood Hotel

Always have a good time atmosphere is uplifting great lighting staff are always there smiling ready to help how ever possible. Just a great place to spend time with friends or family or even strangers who become friends.

Great food selection and decent price. Always hot and fresh. It would be nice to change it up a bit, as everytime we go, it's the same options. But otherwise a great place.

Table do need a sand down and a varnish, they are old and stinky.

I had an amazing dining experience at Feast Springwood! The food was delicious, with a great variety of option. The ambiance was welcoming. But what really made my visit stand out was the friendly and attentive customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of. Highly recommend Feast Springwood for a great meal and a wonderful overall experience!

The hotel dining is an amazing experience.
Food was great, good variety and plenty of it.
Leticia was fantastic right from her fantastic welcoming, her pleasant nature showed through.
This young lady is an asset to the hotel.

Amazing staff and very accomodating towards making us comfortable. Special shout out to Monique for amazing work and dedication. Highly recommend this place to dine in they cater for small or big groups, food was amazing.

Had an amazing night and to top it off, Sammy the bar manager was even more amazing, her bubbly personality was really charming and her sandwiches were tasty and toasty, it definitely made my night. Be sure to drop by, as this place has a vibrant winning atmosphere 🙌😎

We have been to the Feast restaurant a few times now and the staff and service is exemplary, the manager Sam is absolutely amazing. The food is out of this world and there is always something for everyone. The price is very affordable. Our grandchildren aged 5,2 and 1 years love the play area and actually enjoy choosing their food it's great for them to try new foods in this amazing setting. We will absolutely be going back.
Thank you to all the amazing staff you all do exceptionally well with the service you provide.

I had a buffet lunch with a client and a friend today. The price and the food were both quite good but what makes this place so good is the exceptional staff. They are also so wonderfully accommodating and pleasant.

The rooms are so comfortable and beds so soft, The shower head is the best and the service even better, location couldn't be any better as you're in walking distance of almost anything you'll need from groceries, fast food, pub, gym and everything thing else in between. My family go to the feast restaurant often and haven't found a better buffet yet! The staff are always polite and accomodating. If I could give more stars I would!

I took my family to the sports bar for lunch, we were greeted by tee who welcomed us with a big smile and gave us good old fashioned service, the meals were great and on time.

We went to Feast for dinner, Unfortunately we had a few things go wrong but the staff were absolutely amazing, went out of their way to ensure we were helped etc. Would go back here in a heartbeat. Loved the food, the atmosphere and the amazing staff. Highly recommend!!

The best part of the Springwood hotel was Feast. An all you can eat buffet of foods from around the world, including seafood. My family loved the experience, and we definitely will return.

Had lunch with our extended family on New Year's Eve. Group of 21. It's been a few years since we've been,and I can say there has been an improvement on the food, so much better. Great that they have upgraded the play area and it has air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and welcoming.We had a time limit of 2hours.
We were told we had 30minutes remaining. So naturally time was ticking. We finished up to leave. Realising we'd left 20minutes earlier than our time. 11.30-1.30. The coffee machine was also out of order. Those 2 were the only negatives, otherwise would've given 5 stars.

All you can eat 😊 at a reasonable price at Feast 😊 yes. My family went there for lunch and we enjoyed, lots of variety from salads to main and desserts. I love French fries and they had it. The coffee to finish off with I wouldn't get out of Feast without having a little coffee. Thanks Feast♥️

Stayed the weekend for a convention. The rooms were good, beds comfortable, air conditioning was bliss after some long hot days. Ate at Feast and the sports bar, food was good, customer service was good and such a great place to relax for a game of pool and a few beers.
Ill definitely be returning for next years convention

We went to the feast restaurant. The food was nice but average, somethings had little to no flavour. So i definitely didn't have my $35s worth.

We went to Feast for my Father's Day. This is a truly great venue because there are fussy eaters in my family. Yet, everyone found foods that they liked and enjoyed. We all had a great time and the price did not break the bank. We will have more family celebrations at Feast Springwood.

What a nice place. Rang today asking about the restaurant and the lady on the phone Cheryl was so friendly and helpful. Came in for our reservation and was blown away by the variety of food. James in the gaming room was super nice as well. Good job to all

Last night we celebrated our son's birthday and found the service to be awesome, great helpful staff that made us feel right at home. Julie-Anne was our host and really made the experience excellent. Found the food to be great and would highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and dinner with friends at Feast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed comfy. The food was excellent, there was a nice friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, and the staff (with a special shout out to Barry) were very efficient and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Only went to have a slap. Like most "VIP" rooms, catered to men yet I have the money... ??'?🏻 and now I have no money... and it seemed... very unlucky. Looks alright but.

Awesome night out, great to have the buffet back in action. Food was fantastic and love how it's all set out now. Much more easier to move around, would only recommend was that flow of traffic around the food was one way but everyone there tonight was really respectable of everyone and gave space

Springwood RSL Sub Branch held their Xmas function at the venue on 13/12/20. Antoinette was very easy to liaise with and the function was a great success. The meal was excellent and the staff were brilliant. Very good service and it was a great move to use the Hotel as our base. Well done to EVERYONE!

If you only want to bet and play the pokies this is the place for you. Otherwise it is dead with nothing to do and nowhere to enjoy a meal. Head to The Lions instead, much better atmosphere and options.

Bed sheets were clean. The bed mattress was suitable and I had a good sleep. The bathroom was OK. Mopped floor was sticky. Toilet roll holder broken off wall. The room felt tired. Tea and coffee was good. Milk supplied. Pleasant staff. Good value.
