Talked to a patron or two and both felt ripped off that jugs weren't 15$ when a women's NRL GAME was on. If young henry's or whoever is in charge of the deal can speak on this issue happy to remove this comment as long as they post a reason or remove the exclusivity against a women's NRL game.

Bar & kitchen staff were awesome.

Went for the Sunday roast here and it was awesome. Great value for money. The chef gave us a complimentary garlic and herb bread which was to die for!

Love a local pub but the food is very inconsistent & not always what the menu says you are getting unfortunately. So much potential but needs to deliver what you are told to expect. The staff behind the bar are fantastic though.

Fave meal is the gnocchi. Pretty good value for money, not too expensive, great place to catch up for lunch with work mates. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent customer service.

We had dinner here. Worst chicken snitty ever. Pepper sauce was runny with no peppercorns. Salad was a small slop of grated cabbage and carrot with some mayo. Fries were terrible. My partner had octopus salad. Not great.

Didn't do anything there besides buy some Killers tickets out the front from a bloke selling them on Gumtree. Seemed like a nice venue from the outside looking in, so 5 stars!

I did a wedding function on a saturday. The place have the ideal size, we could fit all our guests, everyone were confortable.
The food is good and the prices are super fair.
Also we could connect our music, bring our cake/sweets and do our decoration. The function place is super nice and we didn't spend a huge money to leave the place in the way that we imagine!

The staff are super friendly and I have zero complains about them.
A special thanks for Natalie and Marvin who looked after us in there!

Good area out back for families/ to watch sport on big screen. Dog friendly also. Tap beer selection is poor however. No Balter, nor anything else that is of much interest except Newtowners. Shame they don't have anything from the local brewery One Drop. You'd think that would be a given.

Went to watch the footy and have a meal last night and Accidentally left my wallet behind. Honest person handed my wallet in and picked up the next day.. Had a large some of cash in my wallet and not one dollar was missing. Thank you to the honest person who handled it in and the bar staff for holding onto my wallet until I was able to pick it up.

Great vibe! Went for a Sunday lunch with my friend & it did not dissapoint. Food is well priced for the portion, quality & taste. Staff at the bar are friendly & serve you promptly. Loved seeing dogs & children amongst the patrons. Lovely place, will be back to enjoy a long lazy Sunday. Note, best to book a table. Noticed it got busy quickly & most tables were reserved.

What a great pub! Hidden away in Mascot, but find it soon. Great little break away areas, and formula that is simple. GREAT staff, warm and friendly, cold beer and great food. Well done Nick and Michelle.

Second time we went here today. First time the food wasn't great. Today we had ordered chicken wings, chips and flatbread. The chips were undercooked. The chicken wings and the flatbread must have been some of the most horrible food I've ever had at any pub. Disgusting. Will never come back.

Great smaller pub popular with locals and visitors alike. The service was excellent and there is a 'pokie area out the back' if that's your thing. The food and service were excellent with large portioned meals. Will definitely return.

Just a bl***y good pub. Staff were super friendly and so welcoming. Despite the COVID situation, we felt comfortable and safe in the well appointed beer garden with lovely breeze. The service is great, the bistro has all the pub favourites, the beer is icy cold and they are very dog friendly, so for us that is major points and will absolutely be back.

Great pub with good family atmosphere, love having this pub as my local. Food is good and love coming here with a few mates for a couple of drinks or a feed.

This pub has a lot of potential to be a good local but is sadly let down by the clientele. The crowd is a bit rough and with this comes foul vulgar language. Not a pleasant place to visit which is sad as we live near by. The Parkview Hotel Alexandria & The Kurrajong Hotel Erskineville is the standard of a local pub to be aiming for. The area and demographic is changing. Could be time for a clean up?

Decently priced food and drinks, neat and tidy venue, staff are friendly, the atmosphere on a Friday night is buzzing, it gets quite busy as to where you may not get a seat. But overall a great place to visit.

Food was nice but for the price of the chicken schnitzel was not worth it way to small.

Take away the vegetables in this photo and this is what I got for $17 think it cost me. Or just over $17 just the black plate

What a gem this pub is! I was there for a Melbourne Cup lunch. I can't fault a thing! The meal was delicious, the service excellent, the prizes fabulous and the staff very friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for except perhaps a winner!!! I'll be definitely going there again!

Went in there for a casual pub feed. The Chicken Caesar salad was unreal. The chicken was moist and the dressing with a hint of parsley had me thinking about this dish the next day.

Great local pub with good food. Fantastic beer garden too! Great for a quiet drink or a function they will definitely accomodate you. Amazing friendly staff and the manager Mike is a legend!
