Courtesy Bus from the ferry straight here, wonderful ice cold beer, food was fantastic both flavour & serving size & the staff were very courteous amazingly with only 3 people serving both bar & kitchen. Definitely would recommend & can't wait to see once they finish the new pub currently under construction.

Considering the pub is undergoing massive renovations, they've done a great job of creating a decent venue. However, you'd think they'd have an amazing array of fresh seafood on the menu as they're located beside the Clarence River Fisherman's Co-op. Guess not. Disappointing.

The temporary setup during construction is done really well. Grilled barra was sooooo good. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Stopped at Iluka for one night whilst heading north. Courtesy bus scooped us up and dropped us back how good!

Staff were friendly and polite, food was delicious and quick.

Stay tuned for when the new pub has finished being built it'll be unreal!

A old pub is gone, and a temp bar and bistro is set up next to the old pub. Still got local fish and seafood, had the surf and turf the sauce is made on sites 5 star

Outstanding seafood lunch in a very authentic setting. Got the ferry across from Yamba and pub courtesy bus picked us up at the Iluka Wharf. A must do mid coast experience.

Lovely old run down pub
That will be demolished next year and re built.
But our parmigiana and fish and chips were very nice indeed ?

This place is a contradiction wearing an enigma snuggie. From the outside it looks like an abandoned building, and stepping through the door you should check to make sure you are wearing closed toe shoes and have had a recent tetanus shot, but then the food comes.put and it's spectacular, delicious and at reasonable prices.

The pub could do with a lick of paint, but it had a great old school pub feel. The food was punching well above its weight. Seafood was fresh and piled high in great pub tradition

Best Crumbed Whiting & salad, pub meal I've ever eaten ??'? & loved they had vinegar for my chips.
Fast food service.
Good MTV music.
Plenty of indoor / outdoor seating.
Only negative was cash only at the bar. Not sure if this was a one off or the norm ?

Friendly staff, simple decor and most importantly, the food is delicious 😃

We ordered the slow cooked pork ribs, rump steak with prawns in garlic sauce (surf n turf), 3 x kids fish n chips, 2 x spicy cajun barramundi - everyone enjoyed their meals ðŸ'ðŸ½

Wait times do increase as more people arrive but it's worth it!

Great 5 star location and outlook over the Clarence River and marina area. Beer was cold and typical pub food. Allowed dogs in one of the outdoor areas.

It's not bad. Food was good and decent sized.
Nice view from the terrace. The only One drawback - if you come here after 2 pm you can not get any food until 5.30. My salt and pepper calamari were good, I felt like usually they take the thin film from it, but in general it was quite good. Cesar salad was great.
