18 of us went to celebrate a birthday party having tea in the bistro.
we all were amazed how wonderful and amazing the food was.
We all highly recommend going there for a meal, pricing is also affordable. You will not be disappointed.

We ate dinner here. When we initially walked into the pub with our daughter we were abruptly told to leave the bar by the locals sitting around the bar due to apparent pub rules, even though the bar staff weren't around. The meal we had at the back of the hotel, a safe distance from the bar was good and the waiter was very friendly and excellent with our daughter!

The bistro staff of this pub make the place! The meals are a close second.. the Royal has become our go to pub for a good feed in Wentworth.. the all you can eat self serve salad bar and hot sides you get with main meals makes it a great value for dollar dining out experience for the family

I stopped off for lunch on the Kings Birthday LW, (glad they were open) service was fast, the meal wash superb. Great prices, for drinks & meal. Complements to all especially the Chef 5 ??????????

Awesome food at a great price - homestyle cooked meals for lunch at very reasonable price. Free pool table, sparkling clean facilities, fire place and very friendly staff & locals. What more could a traveller ask for on a beautiful winters day. Thanks for the hospitality!

When we are in Wentworth we usually have lunch here because the food is always great. For a small hotel in a small town it's a lovely surprise. The pork spare ribs really is enough for 2 people, the chips are hand cut and beautiful. Highly recommend.

We dined here, the food was amazing, the service was 5 star, the young chef Paddy came to our table to check everything and I can't speak highly enough about his manner, he was so gracious, thanks Paddy, the food was what I would expect in a 5 star ? restaurant. I truly consider the prices were not enough for the food we received and the entire experience was definitely worth 10 stars ?. We WILL be back! Thank you.

Great welcoming service as we arrived and a fantastic lunch and lunchtime service was nearing the end. But no problems. Thinking of you as the river water rises.

Another excellent fish n chips n salad in the back beer garden, watching the darling flow by.. massive meal and only $12.50 each.

Old country pub. Beautiful artwork on walls. Reasonable and cheap meals for lunch.

Really lovely country hospitality. We had a carsick child and had dinner here and the lovely lady at the bistro was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and cared for. Every single person I interacted with was just lovely. The food was also a notch above your average pub food. After road tripping a few days I was dying for some veggies and they had a generous serving of salad and veggies with mains. Husband got lamb shank which was lovely. Would highly recommend!

Can't fault. Friendly service, great value for money. Compliments to the chefs. If we're ever down this way again, will definitely be eating here again.

Friendly staff great food good location

If you only do one thing in Wentworth, dine here! Probably the best food, (especially when price factored in) of our two week outback tour. Three of us had dinner here three times and every time it was outstanding. The price was excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful .
