After a long anticipated booking to dine at Totti's, the unexpected downpour ruined our dinner plans UNTIL the manager of the Royal Hotel, Zander saved the night. Customer experience is evidently a priority in Zander's work ethic, and this young man went above and beyond to give my family and brother, who has special needs, an even better than expected dining experience.
