Best pub in Lismore. Will miss it dearly! ?

They have the best coffee and pecan pie. Whichever person created the recipe for the pecan pie you did an incredible job!!

Once you step through the somewhat predictable front of the house, a very nice and convivial terrace invites you to stay

The richmond hotel was very good we had meal the serve was good but had to wait a while but there was quite a few people there would go again

Great service and good tapas menu for sitting back and having some drinks after work. Very nice ambience inside and out front street seating.

Cold beer, Great food and awesomely friendly staff. Tell em Steve sent you. They do function bookings as well. The new head chef Leigh has a great menu range in all three service area's to compliment the great, fast and friendly service. I made this my restaurant of choice for dinner on my own or with friends and family visiting from out of town. Ill definitely be back to try the chefs cuisine. Hands down the best place in town.

We love this hotel. More high end than a regular pub with a great mix of ages coming through. You can always count on catching some live music here and the food is amazing. Friendly staff.. great atmosphere!! You must visit the Richmond!!

I love this place. They got beautiful food!

Saturday night dinner turned out to be disappointing. Ordered the seafood soup for $30+. Tasteless and had uncooked prawn in it.Staff was hopeless and arrogant. No apology and only 10$ refund for that dish. I was not able to talk to the manager as advised by staff. That was the last time I was there...

Good food, amicable staff, cold beer, plenty of parking most of the time, air-con. Recommended

Terrible! Do not go here! Went here with a group of 10 people. Waited over an hour an a half for our food and when it finally came out the food was tasteless, overcooked, and very underwhelming. Service was terrible and the staff had no clue what they were doing. One lady took our drinks order and then 10 minutes later we were told they do not do table service and we had to go to the bar to order drinks. Two of my mates ordered the specials only to be told after 30minutes that they had sold out of the specials. Another mate was served a completely different dish to what he ordered.

Went here for a birthday lunch, most attentive service in Lismore if that's what you like! Food came quite quick and at a reasonable price. I ordered the chicken schnitzel which was quite large, great serving of chips and salad to match. My company ordered two steaks and the fish, I believe it was salmon. The steaks were nice but slightly overcooked from what was asked, nice salad and chip portions. No complaints toward the fish, was enjoyed.

We popped into this lovely hotel yesterday just for a coffee. The classy decor was really gorgeous & the interior, stunning. The two young ladies who served us were so friendly & informative & we really hope we get to go back again soon when we travel this way in the future. Really clean & comfortable sofa's & chairs.

Had dinner in The Terrace bar. Staff were friendly. Garlic cob was delicious. I had the pear and fig salad with chicken tenders. The salad itself was nice but I couldn't eat the chicken because it seemed like it had been sitting out for too long, based on its temperature. I was expecting to be questioned if my meal was ok when the plate was collected, but wasn't, so I didn't say anything. I'm not one to complain about food, especially in pubs. My partner enjoyed his meal. It may have been a one off.
