If the adult is intoxicated or has a disability that prevents them from 'controlling' the children, fair enough. Please educate staff so as to engage in discourse or it could easily be misconstrued as discrimination.

I was here for a business meeting. Very professional place to take Clients. Great food and very welcoming staff. Good family environment too.

Great meal I have been a regular on and off over the yrs found atmosphere good service good I was asked by some lady workers were I would like to have a catch up as my wife passed away they were impressed with the place we will be back I am sure

Came for dinner ordered steak and ribs but when it seemed like the wait was too long checked. Food had been ready and waiting for a while. Buzzer was broken. $100 for cold steak and ribs. No one checked or offered to prepare again. Poor customer service. Shame because the want to like this pub. It's my local

Great variety of food. Average prices, quantity & quality. Our kids love the play area and it's nice to be able to dine in open plan alfresco. Most of us had the schnitzel the past two visits here but what looked the best was our friends steak sandwich!
I was disappointed that the fries could not be changed to mash with a meal unlike every other pub I've ever been. Should you want mash with your meal it's an extra $5.
Not sure if it's mentioned anywhere but there is a surcharge for card payments.

Came for dinner with the family, I found the menu quiet costly and the dishes disappointing. Chose the grilled fish which was over cooked and dry, entree I could not fault (image) but $$$. I was told that lunch menu here is much better. Aside from the food we had live music going (Friday evening) would recommend making a table reservation as it is busy here.

its a pub and the kids running in and out are having fun and letting the parents enjoy their meal. i dont see how its the staffs responsibility to keep them quiet. Meals are great, have never had any problem and huge variety

Food is constantly good and reasonably priced. Would rate 5 stars but the main children's playground is out of commission and it looks like they are doing nothing about it. The current one is too small. Kids always let me know

We had a birthday dinner for a friend last night and we hadn't been to the Hotel for years. We had a wonderful night, there was a guy playing guitar and singing and he had everyone singing and having a great time. Our meal at the bistro was beautiful and an extra bonus, it was a Sunday and kids eat free. The kids had fun in the enclosed outside play area with seating, the younger one's playing on the equipment and the older kids at the seating area chatting and meeting new friends. They let us take our own birthday cake and they even provided plates, knife and spoons to eat it from.
Would recommend to try Raby Tavern for your next outing.

I love it.
I'm a simple eater so a well done steak and chips sees me through.
The chicken parmigiana is nice too.
Great feed and family environment plenty of open seating.
They also have free wifi for patrons and disabled parking too.
Waitress was nice and friendly and atmosphere was awesome.
The 3 of us (2 adults 1 child)ate for $25 as we used our nsw voucher.

A good pub to go and have dinner at fillipos bistro (nice food) and a few drinks from the bar.

However, it's a pub. Making it family friendly is good to an extent, but half the area of the pub is a children's play area that could've been used as a live music deck or something. Kids don't belong in pubs.

Great food and friendly staff. Well priced meals and plenty of parking. Definetly will be back.

My wife and I thought we'd give the pub's new look and food a try 2 weeks ago and was not disappointed. We each ordered the pizza which was huge, well made with lots of topping. The pub has been spruced up nicely. We will return tonight to celebrate out 15th wedding anniversary. I would have no hesitation to recommend this establishment if you want a family night out,

I had the surf and turf which I have had on a previous visit but this time the prawns were lacking in flavour and ssuce was bland, the mesculan leaves in the salad should have been washed properly. It had left a chemical like taste in my mouth. Washing all vegetables is very important as it makes a great difference to our tastebuds and a lot of food places are guilty of this. Still will go back as my friends loved what the ate and the place has a great atmosphere.

Ruby Rose at Raby, staff were friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was nice although a bit noisy and the food was very nice. Overall enjoyed the evening.

We haven't been here since before the renovation and wow does it look different now. Certainly brought into the 21st century. Friendly service from front door to the restaurant counter. Scanned our dine and discover voucher with no question. Food was nice and daily specials very good value. Very crowded for a week night and place had a nice atmosphere. We were surprised and very impressed. Will definitely return another time.

Probably great inside but I live very near and their new sign outside is ridiculously bright. I feel like I'm living in the Seinfeld episode where Kramer's apartment is filled with red light because of the takeaway across the road so he swaps apartments with Seinfeld. I feel for people driving down Spitfire Dr with astigmatism. Oh wait, that's me.
Fix the sign. Please.

It's a great place to gather and chill but beware of the lady who sits at the bistro to order your food she is so unpleasant and not welcoming... Like your a burden for ordering food

What a little Gem. This place is a great for families with little kiddies. The kids play area is a huge hit for the kiddies and you are close enough to still supervise when dining on the deck. I thought the food was fantastic for a Bistro. It was a bonus that the pizza's were woodfire. Very reasonably priced. This was our first visit and we will definitely come back.

It looks to be owned by the same group that owns Macarthur Tavern as it's the same food (just a more condensed version) and same feel.
The outdoor kids play area/deck is great, they just need to sort out their licensing in order for alcohol to be taken out there.
The food is great, maybe just slightly under in quality than what we've had from Macarthur Tavern, but still delicious.

The ladies were very polite and awesome..very friendly staff..west leagues wouldn't let us play the Australian heavyweight boxing and these great ladies went out of their way here at raby to play us the fight..even the kiwi security was a gentleman..will definitely come back here again.
