Nice big open areas, clean and well presented bar and the sports are always on

The kitchen has changed hands & the wait to receive your food was well over an hour. Then no one person at our table liked their meal. Very over priced & disgusting food. Disappointed big time.

Great work crew with a huge influx of people before the Michael bubble concert . Food and staff on point, and arrived promptly ??'???'???'?

As soon as you walk in, your hit in the face with the stench of cigarette smoke- and you can't escape it anywhere. The Food was prepared in advance as there's a concert going on nearby.

Found our reserved table and went to sit down and the chairs were absolutely disgusting, like people had taken a dump on them and left it to dry.

I changed the chairs to the wooden ones and they weren't much better.
The food came out within 10 minutes - it tasted like it had been reheated. It was edible but I'm concerned we'll be sick later.

The photos on their website make it look like a palace but in reality, it's dump.

Next time we'll go get Maccas

Really disappointing experience. Ordered a medium steak with salad only, but get a piece of well-done extremely chewy beef and vegetable with no dressing at all and heaps of chips. They can't even meet my basic requirements.

Upon arrival you are greeted by a wonderful duty manager full of Cheers and eager to help you.

The rooms are clean and comfortable the shared bathroom facilities was clean the shower and water pressure are excellent.
Beds are comfortable, kitchen facilities are also available for your convenience.

Down stairs is a fully licensed restaurant and bar and pokies. The quality food is outstanding, service of exceptional calibre. All in all I'd go back and stay again

My local pub, convent spot to have a quick beer and nice meal. They have some really good specials and always impress with the portions.

There is a really good games zone for the kids out the back with free arcade machines and all sorts of other bits and pieces to keep then amused.

I work in Broadmeadow and the Premier Hotel Pub is right behind where I work. I frequently visit the pub to have their cheeseburger lunch special with fries. Absolute BANGER, the fries are spiced so freakin well and they are PERFECTLY crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There is not enough emphasis in the WORLD to really put across how out of this world this meal is.

HIGHLY, I mean HIGHLY recommend this joint. ??'??

Customer service by older floor staff in the bistro was A+ as we were asked several times if we needed anything during our meal.

Four star review today with a suggestion for improvement being :
the older friendly staff should train the younger bar staff customer service as we almost left within minutes of walking in due to no engagement or friendly greeting upon entry and ordering drinks.

Good pub feed with a good variety. Good atmosphere and would be a great place to catch up with family and friends.

Great accommodation great price very clean and modern everything you need for an overnight visit or even a longer stay. Bathroom may be shared but it is clean and modern your room comes with towels and toiletries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the meals in the pub are great and at a good price. Also as a woman travelling alone I felt safe here. Oh and if your coming in by train very close to the station.

Friendliest service in town - after trying 3 rude places, the staff here are SO friendly and helpful! Reasonably priced room, nothing was an issue, would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I'm a local and come here twice a week on most weeks for a feed at the new kitchen - always a good feed and great staff

Paid $138 for a king size room with ensuite, it did not look like the room we had in the pictures, the singles room was same size, the doona was stained a horrible yellow colour, the drain in the bathroom smelt really bad like it had never been cleaned. For the price we paid we are not happy. Will definitely not be staying here again.
Apart from that... The pub itself is a great venue that my hubby and I are calling our new local... Great relaxing atmosphere and great bar staff

We go here occasionally for a quick $13 steak for lunch as it is close. Last time we went they had sold out of steak so this time we rang ahead and they said they had ample - turn up and no steak. Went to Harbourview instead - cost us more - better quality steak with a view and way worth it. Hate poor communication and the place is depressing anyways. ????

Came out of my gorgeous pain management specialist across the road straight into this pub.
Located in an EXCELLENT location... lovely staff...got tanked... lucky I had a driver to take me back to Tamworth the same day... 9 Ways Broadmeadow people...

Steak was done to perfection and very reasonably priced.

I was really looking forward to having a lovely roast dinner.....and was disappointed. Who has a roast dinner without roast potatoes?
Mashed potato is NOT a roast dinner.
The pork was nice, the gravy was tasty, the pumpkin has a weird taste, but I was hungry so I ate it.
Will think twice about getting that again.

Nice small Aussie Pub do a more intimate atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. Jenny in the kitchen is lovely and the meals are delicious and good value. Love the potato chips.

Nice hotel to catch up with friends and to have a meal.

It was quiet. Meal was tasty. Charged a different price for drinks, than was on the menu. Should have asked why but didn't. Also, there was a surcharge for any credit card transaction. Disappointing as contactless purchasing is being encouraged but this was not encouraging. So, take your cash for a tasty meal.

- no wardrobe or fridge, there is a public kitchen space.
- there's a open car park intended for hotel patrons however anyone can park there as they don't check. There has always been a spot so no issues.
- very basic room service only: they emptied the bins and provided new towels only. Had to go and ask for more shampoo/wash however the staff is very friendly.
- wasnt a issue for me but note that there is no elevator

Good food, lovely quiet room without music blaring, able to enjoy conversation

Very friendly staff. The Monday steak was exceptional! Room was clean although aged. Thought it would be noisy as the smoking area was directly below, but gratefully it wasn't. Toilet seat was broken, but shared shower was fine. Would stay again.
