Had no idea the poker machines were open so late

When you walk in, it's clear this place is a gambling den, not a hotel. The bar "food" is a joke. A blight on the community.

Really rude bartenders who don't give you time to decide what drink you want to get. Always so so hurrying. No drinks menu. Standard drinks prices but horrible and rude staff. Cannot negatively rate them but I'd have to say that that bar is the worst in Footscray

Nice good to relax and enjoy a punt

Generally a bit of a dive. Don't recommend it as it's full of sketchy characters. Was threatened by the bouncer for no real reason. Very customer unfriendly. Not a family safe place.

No bistro very disappointed just a short snack menu hardly nothing to choose from would not recommend this place to anyone.

1 star is for the beer and beer only everything else is terrible ordered food and it was the worst, south Melbourne dim sims were cooked in a little oven came out half frozen same as the chip, very disappointing once a good place now the worst rated staff have no idea what's going on very unorganised

Me and my friend was watching the AFL match between Bulldog and Fremantle and manager of the store On that night was Matt, he changed the soccer match for only one guy, it was very bad experience for us. We never gona come back to this store. He was very rude to us as well.

Terrible night staff...i have been coming to this venue for a week or so now ..night lady staff doesn't even know what role is ..she is mostly stuck with a customer even leaving the counter empty most of the time and other patron just wondering where to get the drinks or cash out..noticed the other day she get tips from her and she even reserved the big jackpot machine for that lady..she would not allow other patron touch those machine for all night eventhough her favourite madam is not playing at all.. ppl come and spend decent money on the venue and as a pub basically ppl like to have small chitchat but she is completely rude to those who are having even a bit of noise around..thts not pub are made for..ppl spent their money and they can have small talks for sure..total hypocrisy here..

Pokies open til 6am. Staff a bit slack, but who wouldn't be at that time in the morning? Day/afternoon staff are on the ball. Had a couple of good wins here, early hours of the morning.

My favourite pokie venue,as a local and a regular customer staff tend to get to know who you are and are very friendly and non judgemental

If you don't like pokies forget it, no atmosphere, aggressive security staff who dictate to management

Was a good pub in Foots but they sold out to the pokies

Hello everyone. I visited the Powell Hotel just recently. I called in to have a few beers. Covid 19 has been around since 2020. It looked like that the Pub was getting a new look. I'd like to see if they are thinking about Meals and entertainment.

The disapointment of discovering the pub near your new home is a pokie venue.

Nice place to stop for a drink, like most places at present there isn't anywhere to sit and talk, but I believe new management is on the way.

Went on a Melbourne Cup carnival race day and had a meal, a few beers and a few bets. The venue is a little depressing due to the number and sounds coming from the slot machines and the number of depressed looking pensioners pumping their cash into the machines.

Recently taken over by #burger love and I gotta say these burgers and the venue for it is beyond awesome! Spatious to fit a large amount of customers and then off to the pokies next door! Perfect!
