Today ( 2025 June 10 )in between 11 30 and 11 50 AM a terrible incident happened with me at this venue...I was losing money in one of the new machines and as soon as I ran out of credit , I decided to switch the machine next to me..It was empty.. I placed a reserve sign and went for cash out..when I took out the money and was walking through the common area, an African guy straight away shouted at me , " Don't play the middle machine ..It's mine".. I had already placed a green reserve sign on it..You can even review your CCTV footage around that time. I will add a receipt of my cashout time so that you can see for urself..
I told him that It's reserved under my name and I put 50 dollars in it..He came straight at me and threatened me to leave the machine..I swear to god I was scared for my life.. if I had resisted, he could have beaten me or who knows what he could have done. I asked the manager to review the CCTV footage which she did and told me I was right and he was wrong...I am never ever going back here..Not because the staffs are rude or anything...They are very welcoming n supportive but the community isn't safe anymore...I literally felt like crying ...Never been this bullied before...
