POOR MANAGEMENT & POOR FOOD QUALITY. Mandy the manager in particular. Glasshouse Steakhouse.
Had an issue with the food, steak in particular.
Steak was a pool of blood & well done - requested medium done
Hair in the sauce.
One staff member advised we are to recieve a refund for our meal and a new one in replacement. Which should be standard customer service when this happens.
20 minutes later, Mandy the manager comes to ask what the issue was from the beginning, she was completely aware mind you as she discussed with the supervisor & staff member prior to approaching us.
She wanted to evaluate and approve a refund if needed, to benefit her side rather than satisfying a local valued customer, especially from a health and safety stand point.
This places management needs to be evaluated as they're not doing right by their customers.
Only person switched on was is the tall red haired lady in the bar. 10/10 service.
Had them remake the food just for the dog.
Will never recommend this RSL to anyone.
Bad impression from a local with a powerful word of mouth.
