My partner and I went away for the weekend for his birthday not realising that everywhere would be booked out but we came to the peninsula club and they gave us places to try and if not the lovely lady said she would try squeeze us in for 7, we called every but booked went back and she said come back at 7, we went for drive came back to be greeted with a beautiful big smile and lovely lady who sat us down within a minute and then food we had was amazing couldn't fault anything here! Thank you Jacqui for making mine and my partners experience wonderful and for getting us in, you have incredible hospitality service and the owners should be really proud we will definitely be back😊

5 of us ordered the roast beef and it was on the tough side and we took most of the meat home for the dogs to eat.
Bistro waitress was very nice and friendly but the female bar staff was not so pleasant and she was disgruntled that I wanted to buy drinks from her bar as there was no one serving at the bistro bar.
Thinking we should find another eatery/bar.

12 for lunch, and ordering was easy, cheesy garlic bread divine and everyone's meals came out pretty much at the same time. Pleasant and enjoyable meals and atmosphere, prices weren't overly expensive. Would definitely recommend it ??'?

Ordered home delivery tonight and was very disappointed when the food arrived. Burnt cheesy bread that you couldn't even eat. Chicken Parma stacked with cheese, obviously being deep friend and overcooked. Chicken was very dry and chips soggy.

All food was stone cold and a waste of $50!
Very disappointed as the food is always good when you dine in.

The steak meal, despite being quite expensive, was very ordinary. The steak was full of gristle and very tough. The 'fresh' salad was laden with aoli and the onion rings were soggy with oil. Not worth the money at all. Watch the prices that you are charged. We were charged quite a bit more than the adverstised price on the special menu. Not happy diners.

Had a lovely lunch at the Peninsula Club, we where served by the lovely amazing Jacqui! She served us with a friendly, professional demeanour and made us feel right at home! Excellent!

Big improvement in the menu and quality of the meals. Most staff were wonderful, a couple of bar staff were a bit too worried that my 2yo was going to run into the pokies! I was holding her hand and very careful she was not in anyone's way while I waited at the bar but for some reason they felt the need to tell me to be more careful. Put a door on the pokies if the staff feel the need to give parents unnecessary warnings. Unfortunately it made the moment a little awkward when we were not doing anything wrong.

Took forever to get our food, had issues with their gluten free options, 3 staff member gave us 3 different versions on how the gf calamari is cooked. No seperate fryer for gf. Chips etc. Staff were friendly. My cocktail was the star of the night. Fairyfloss martini.

Staff were apologetic when we approached them after the hour wait for 5 basic meals.
Also didn't appreciate hearing that the meals were half price (their promotion) and the kitchen was small when asking why the food was taking an hour for multiple tables, the club was not busy so i couldn't justify the wait especially after working in hospitality

I am shocked. We took our family out for a birthday dinner (12 people). We ordered a steak, and another family member ordered the beef noodles. The beef noodles were overcooked and tough, but we didn't say anything. We requested that the steak is cooked medium, but it came out well-done and a dark grey colour in the centre. When we nicely brought this to their attention, the manager said "This is actually medium rare, we base our steaks of of temperature, not colour". Yet the steak was fully dark grey in the centre, and tough to chew. We asked to scrap the meal from the order, she obliged. Yet, after dessert when we asked for the refund for the steak, she argued with us, refused to refund the dish that was not even eaten, and laughed in our faces when we communicated that this is not how you do business. I would not want this woman managing my business.
Do not take your family here, and do not order the steak.

Disappointed! The meal took over an hour and half to come! kitchen didn't get the orders but no-one noticed, even though it was pretty quiet, after over an hour the orders were out through to the kitchen again. A complimentary drink was offered as compensation but we had a bottle of wine for three of us do that did not compensate us. If offering compensation it should suit the customer, sometimes a complimentary drink (which is the easy thing to do) does not always fit the situation. Food was OK.

Worst experience. The only reason it gets a star is because of the lovely new waitress there.

The food came 1.5 hours after we ordered and they got one of our mains wrong. The glasses had lipstick stains on them and the water was luke warm. The parmas are also tiny for the price that they are. Very disappointing.

The food is nice. On the 2 occasions that I eaten there, 1 of the meals from our group arrived 50mins after everyone elses. So our group had finished their meals, their deserts, and the table was cleared, and then the final meal arrived. Once is ok, but when it happens twice, then that's a bit rough.

Have been to other pubs in the area and haven't been impressed. Peninsula Club Dromana is an exception though! Went for dinner on Saturday night and made a booking as it gets busy.

The menu isn't huge and there is a large seniors menu if that's for you. The Poterhouse steak was delicious and also the chicken schnitzel. Friendly service and reasonable prices for food and drinks.

If you're up for a pub meal I'd be going here and not the larger alternative on the main road! Will be going here again.

I attended the Peninsula Club's Chistmas in July and the food and atmosphere were very good. I will come again next time.

It's an RSL - dining experience is exactly what you'd expect. Very mediocre.

I ordered the steak, which was cooked fine but the pepper sauce was not good - was essentially just peppercorns in water.

Staff were inexperienced, which is fine, but also weren't very friendly or warm and our group felt unwelcome.

Obviously making far more money in the pokies and don't care too much about providing a good dining experience. 2/5

I ordered the Mushroom Gnocchi for takeaway.
I got a container not even halfway filled.
It was $25

I can normally order a lamb gnocchi from elsewhere for $29 and not be able to finish because of the helping.

The flavour was nice, but the gnocchi was hard not soft and fluffy.

Overall I'm saddened and disappointed.

I had the Surf'n' Turf (with a beautiful seafood sauce with secret ingredients!) and Bombe Alaska........it was a super delicious meal. My husband had the Mexican Parma and said his was delicious too.

Very relaxed, the staff were awesome and the chicken schnitzel with Mexican topping was so beautiful I'll be sure to order that again. Thanks heaps peninsula club.. Cheers Dave and my wife Bron ??'???'???'???'???'???'?

Their staff are super friendly and the food is nice pub-style food and prices. Comfy seating and very casual atmosphere.

The fish is always amazing, The service is great and RSL prices. The food has the lical pub beat, hands down.
