We have been coming here for a few years now, just a couple of times a year. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On our last visit here this week this was still the same but we were a bit disappointed with some of the food. I ordered the Japanese Salad with extra squid. The salad was really great, very authentic tasting just like salads I've had a Japanese establishments. But to get only 3 small pieces of deep fried squid for $7 extra was very disappointing. We've since eaten elsewhere and the meal was more generous in it's protein and we paid a similar price. The rest of the food was ok.

The lighting was very dim also in the backyard on our night and was only an ok experience this time around. I love this Club though and it's great that there's a jumping castle for the kids and the putt putt available, plus all the different options for dining. This time just did not hit the mark for us as it has in the past.

Got to 10th to find 8 guys teeing off. They promised they were playing in two groups. Watching them on 11 and 12 we rang the golf shop. They sent a guy out to talk to them. This photo is 13th green with 8 golfers. Fat lot of good the discussion did. This is a Sunday at Parkwood. Lol.

Wow!! What a place! Parking was simple for a start. Walking in to the Club, you are met with a clean , easy to navigate layout.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
The bar set up was good, turn your head, and there was another area , one with a virtual sports arena, a dining area, a gaming room and a large social space.
The meals were a good size and very tasty, enjoyed by the whole table.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time there , noticing a whole upstairs area which I didn't get to explore. Highly recommend.

I had my son's 6th birthday party hosted here just recently and I really could not fault the service here. This was my first time to the venue and I wasn't disappointed. Booking the party was made so easy due to such prompt communication. Once we got there, the set up was absolutely beautiful. I had all the parents comment on how good the environment and vibes were there. Our hosts were amazing! They were so helpful, great with the children and looked after us so well. My son had the best birthday and it was all thanks to the amazing team here!

Went to the swing suite, very nice. 6x players in our group playing teams. We'll catered, easy to understand. Check website for pricing. Can recommend it as an office team building or just some lads having a laugh. There are different games you can choose from, golf being a favourite. The whole venue us geared around family involvement. We will be returning. The suites have their own sticks and balls. You welcome to bring your own. To add, we had a kids birthday party outside. Had a good time.

Recently hosted my 50th birthday in the Eden room at the club and was very very happy! Staff were fabulous - very organised, food (platters) was really good quality, plenty of platter choices available. A really great place to host a significant birthday or wedding. Thankyou Mel and the team.

Woodfire Pizzas were nice.
But the special Mie Goreng was average.
Loved the atmosphere though.

One of my friend had a small issue in Bistro but the Manager on Duty was super professional and helpful.

Great for any occasion. Whether you are there for golf, putt putt or dining, it has it all. Beautifully designed and gives a comfortable place to visit. Dining areas are lovely and well spaced out.
Went for a group putt putt experience and had 8 ladies join me. We had a blast. Being a hot day it was great that there were so many shade areas throughout the course. You will need about 2 hours to get around the 18 holes. By far the best putt putt on the coast.

A suggestion though would be good if staff could blow (with a blower) over the course each day to remove any debris from surrounding plants.

Service was good and the food was also very good with generous portions.
We will be going back.

A perfect place to go if you are a experienced golfer and want to work on your swing. I personally wouldn't come back the next group arrived 45 minutes early so felt rushed also the suites aren't private so people can grab a beer and watch you. Also there a few things broken around the venue. The only positive is the staff are very friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond for their customers.

First time here. Got the tour from a friend and can see this place is well laid out to cater for many. They have a simulation room for sports you can hire which looks well kept.
Took and punt also and made a small win.

Great family experience, one of the best I have seen at Gold Coast. Excellent location for kids or adults' birthday parties. Beautiful ambience, wooden pizza is so fresh, yummy and important thing not expensive. Become a MEMBER of THE CLUB and get discounts on your drinks and food. It's a combo of Gold Coast night life for adults and family place.

All the food on the table was cold, like out the fridge cold! We had no knives and forks, one member asked for aioli to be told it's $2 you need to go and pay for it first, another asked for sauce he was told go to the kitchen. We were sat in darkness by the virtual golf we had to use our torches on our phones to read the menu. We were all squished on a wooden table with not enough room to use our cutlery. It was raining outside and dropping through the roof on to us and our food, couldn't get my knife through my Yorkshire pudding probably could have knocked someone out with it.... Wouldn't return.

Beautiful renovation but low cleaning maintenance.

It was multiple orders made at a table.
It would be beneficial if the waitress could tell the name when bringing the order out to avoid confusion. As the same or similar meals were ordered, we didn't know who's order arrived, which was annoying.
After my meal, an additional meal arrived but there was no cutlery. I had to run to the kitchen to ask for it.
There was no salt on the table. I had to run to the kitchen again.
Once we got a grinder, I noticed there was no salt inside, and I had to run to the kitchen another time.

In my calamari and chips, the calamari wasn't cooked properly, and the tomatoes in my salad wasn't fresh.

There are definitely areas to improve. Until then, I'll go somewhere else.

p.s. At least my husband's chicken parmi was good.

We had a Saturday lunch at Club at Parkwood village. Car parking is easy. Nice space with different seating options available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasty. My wife is happy with her Barramundi. My son won the plushie from the children playroom. Overall happy with the visit.

Worst chicken parmigiana ever. It was dry and hardly had any sauce. Salad had no flavour, just chopped veggies.
Not coming back for parmigiana for sure. I give 2 star cause of nice staff. Friendly and nice.

Nice club. Golf green is nice. Week day much better. Weekend too many people join Play golf. Parking space available Restraunt and bar is nice too. Pizza is nice. Wine is good promotion price.

Huge place lots of different areas to enjoy. There was also places inside to play virtual golf or several other games. Called in with the family for a meal and we weren't disappointed. I had the Caveman Pork Ribs and it was a very generous serve and mouthwatering. The only thing was the Salt and Pepper Calamari my wife had was a little lacking for the price. I feel maybe a few more pieces of Calamari wouldn't go astray. All in all the meal was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will be returning for another outing.

Enjoy coming here, very relaxed and the new look is great. A wide range, Bistro style menu is good value and quality with indoor or open air seating. Great range of beers and mini golf for the kids. Service is pretty good and there's plenty of free parking. Christmas decorations for our visit in December added a great festive atmosphere.

Love coming here for a quiet coffee on a weekday morning and watching the golfers tee off. I have played a round or two of mini golf here which is a good bit of fun and the meals are quite nice (I love the parmaggedon). I tried to get a membership one day and they had some issues getting the card printed but everyone involved was helpful and friendly and it was something that wasn't their fault. If I'm not mistaken, I think Zoe (apologies if I have mistaken the name) was the initial person to help me. She looked like she might have been in the middle of something but she had no hesitation in stopping that and assisting me (apologies for interrupting what you were doing, I was in no rush, I wouldn't have minded waiting for you to finish what you were doing but appreciated the instant service). Another gentleman whose name I do not know also helped out in this situation. Which leads me to the membership itself. A free game of mini golf and money for a birthday feed? Gotta be stoked with that. All in all, all the staff that I have talked to have been pleasant and friendly people and I have no hesitation in recommending this place to people.

I recently had my 21st birthday party in the estate room of The Club Parkwood, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. The team really looked after us, and Mel helped us organise the perfect night. All the staff were extremely friendly and courteous and the atmosphere and the room was amazing. Everything ran smoothly and all of the guests had a ball. I highly recommend booking your next event here!

I love this place. So unique and no matter what your in the mood for mood you'll definitely be happy in one of the many dinning areas to choose from. There's something for everyone. And the atmosphere, vibe and staff are all awesome

Went to the Mothers Day high tea. Walked in to be greeted by glass of champagne and some Scones still warm out of the oven.The sweets & savouries were delicious and beautifully presented on a 3 tier stand. The music playing in the background by the young gentleman was fantastic. Made for a great afternoon. Definitely was the place to be on Mother's Day!

The food is amazing however it's an odd layout for a restraunt. I had vegan burger and chips, some chips were hot and fresh and some were cold so was a weird mix. However the Vegan burger was so good so that's why they deserve 4 stars and also least they offer vegan meals as other golf clubs do not.

We just had our staff XMAS Party on Saturday night.What a great venue. The staff were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great too. What a fun night!

This place was awesome!! Came with 8 friends to play mini group using a Groupon voucher & we were all pleasantly surprised! Excellent service as everyone was super friendly & helpful!! It was quite busy but I attribute that to their awesome service making people want to come back. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

Great club!!I hadn't been there in years and was away with their renovations.Amazing Christmas decorated garden, so pretty with the trees lit up! lots of adults and kids looking around and admiring it. Staff lovely and I'd definitely go back!

Great food and very good for families, Mini golf and Bouncy castle, Games room, time to enjoy a quiet drink whilst the kids go off and enjoy themselves
