We had a two week stay due to work commitments with our 4 year old. Lyn and Arthur were absolutely amazing! Very clean and tidy, and room had all the amenities we needed. With just a short walk to the shopping center, pub, park and beach as well as having the pool available made our stay extremely enjoyable! Lyn and Cooper-Jackson were greeted daily by our very chatty 4 year old and she was always extremely kind and friendly to him even when she was very busy. The house keeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here for either short or long periods as it had everything we needed!! Thank you again for your hospitality and look forward to staying again.

Our pick of the bunch to overnight when passing through Coffs Harbour.Nice & close to the beach for a walk & several places to eat. Very clean motel, nice people & good value overall.. Bonus points for the sink in the kitchenette. It's a pet peeve of mine when I'm expected to wash cups etc in the bathroom sink at other motels.

Stopped one night on the way to Queensland, was a very busy weekend in Coffs, but found us a room. Friendly staff, especially hosts Lyn and Arthur. Clean rooms, reasonable rates, great location. Will definitely stay again on the way back.

So incredibly welcoming! We had a last minute stop in Coffs and couldn't have been looked after any better. The room was spotless and everything had been thought about. Can't wait to stay again!

Location is better suited for light sleepers as its several blocks away from the busy highway and doesn't have as much traffic noise.
Comfortable rooms and you are greeted by a hard working chatty host at reception.
Would say here again.

Me and 4 friends stayed here for one night. Our experience was incredible, I never normally leave reviews but for this I had to. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and the apartment was beautiful and clean. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

What a surprise, awesome value for money.
The rooms are very modern clean and exceptional well maintained.
The staff are super helpful and friendly.
We arrived in motorcycles, no problems at all.
We will definitely be back!

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Lyn and Arthur were some of the most accomodating people you could hope for! Made checking in and travelling with a 4 month old Bub so much easier. Cooper-Jackson and his personality was so refreshing! Will stay here again when travelling through!

Hosts Arthur and Lyn are extremely warm hospitable hosts. The house keepers also lovely and helpful. The rooms are a good size and are perfectly clean and tidy. Beds and pillows very comfy too. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants and the beach is a 3 minute walk. 10/10 I'll be back.

We had a one night stay on our way to QLD... Absolutely lovely hosts (Arthur & Lyn) welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable (even so helpful and lovely from when I first booked over the phone). We even had a room upgrade to ensure that the kids had their own beds. The beds and pillows were so comfy. We had a kitchen and dining area to fit us all. They even have a small undercover smoking area down the back (hubby was happy) especially because it was raining. Thank you Arthur & Lyn.. what a lovely start to our holiday!

Great hotel. Arthur and Lynn were very welcoming. And gave us a lift to the train station. Close to beach, pub shops and cafes. Good facilities for kids too.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The owners and staff are very polite and friendly. They go out of there way to help you. I like staying here and its a short walk to get food which is also a bonus.

We stayed here over the State Cup Oz Tag period and we couldn't be happier. The rooms have everything you need and we were very impressed with the cleanliness.
Beds are comfortable, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, good size TV with Netflix, made it the perfect way to relax after a long day at playing fields. There is also a well maintained pool, however we didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. The owners are such lovely people, really welcoming, which is what you on any trip away.
Definitely hope we can stay here next carnival.

Great place to stay. The owners are very friendly and they have a cool mascot there called Cooper - say hello to him. Central location too, down the road from the beach, places to eat nearby etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great value for money. Very clean. Handy kitchenette. Comfortable bed (KS).
And charged our EV for free. Make a request from Sue when you book and she'll keep the space available for you.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were still greeted with a warm welcome and offered a snack and some milk for tea and coffee. The rate was very reasonable. The gentleman owner raced over to our room to put on the air conditioner and supply us with fresh towels and some Bryon Bay cookies. The owner's dog Cooper Jackson was an absolute delight and so friendly. Thank you for your hospitality and having us to stay, we will return.

This motel is a hidden gem for couples and families. The custodians Arthur and Lyn are fabulous and gentle. The rooms are super clean. There is a pool for kids but we did not use. We will be back for a holiday. It is close to beach and all amenities. Thanks to Arthur and Lyn for a wonderful 2 night stay.

5 stars for service!! Arthur and Lyn are so kind, lovely and help you with anything you need. They have all the info if you have any questions on anything Coffs Harbour related. The motel is what you would expect for a motel, everything is super clean and I had no issues at all. I liked the two locks on the doors as well - felt very safe. Will stay again thanks Arthur and Lyn!

Awesome service, lovely accommodating staff, spotlessly clean, good old fashioned country hotel. Easy to access. Quiet. Lovely hot shower. Perfect for a stop over. Perfect family room configuration with kids having seperate room. Absolutely recommend.

Stayed for a one night stop over with our two year old son to break up a long trip home. Service was exceptional from Lyn and Arthur. Very accommodating and friendly people that take pride in their facilities and care about their customers. Room was clean, spacious and the good sized smart tv was a lifesaver allowing our son to watch his favourite cartoons to get to sleep. Would highly recommend this place for anyone passing through that wants to be close to everything coffs has to offer.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to nearby bowling club had great food. Perfect stopover location for us, wouldn't hesitate to go back or stay longer next time.

This is a cute little motel, but it goes beyond that. It's immaculate, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. It's not fancy, but it's so welcoming and comfortable. I can highly recommend it.

My partner and I stayed here for 12 days recently, I highly recommend staying here. Arthur and Lyn are great hosts and go out of their way to make sure your stay is relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable.
The other staff are lovely. Great rooms, clean and tidy. Great location with the beach and shops and fair rates. Would highly recommend.

This was much more than I expected. We had done an overnight stay on the way home after staying at what was a much more expensive hotel. This place beat that hotel hands down. A great welcome from Arthur who was attentive, helpful and polite. The room was spotless. The bed very comfortable. The towels fluffier and newer than most hotels. The location near the beach and I did a lovely walk, thanks to Arthurs suggestion. A quiet nights sleep ready for the onward journey.

I felt like part of the family before I even arrived! Wonderful owners, very accommodating and helpful. Conveniently located, clean inside and out, plenty of extra bedding in the room, well equipped kitchenette and thoughtful toiletries. I would absolutely stay again!
