The room was well equipped and clean. The restaurant was busy and the food was alright.
Will stop in again on our travels next time we come down this way. We're from Queensland.

The beds were clean and suitably warm for a winter night. Air conditioning worked well too.

One of the lights didn't work and there was a smell that suggested water ingress at some point. For the price asked, entirely forgivable.

Been for dinner a couple times, great town pub vibes with inside and outside seating options, just watch out for the bugs in summer! Food is good quality and exceptional value for money, will be back.

Great business. We didn't have to wait too long for lunch considering they were fully booked and the food was fantastic. I'd recommend booking ahead as we had to sit in the front bar due to them being completely booked.

I've had dinner here multiple times. They make a very good parmigiana as in parmi (never parma... if you say parma you are a heathen). The beer is also to a good standard for indulging in and they have a variety of selections.

Every table in the restaurant and outside was reserved, so book before you go. But we sat in the tab section, warm and comfortable. The meals were fresh, tasty and enough. I'll be back.

Lucky this place has the amazing play equipment or I'm not sure many families would bother as it doesn't have much else going for it sadly. In my opinion this place takes advantage of the fact that it's the only real family orientated pub/restaurant in Wagga.

Nice place to stay, clean but a bit dated. Check-in was quick and easy.
No sound proofing so can hear all that is happening outside. Bear in mind the rooms are at the back of a big beer garden/outside area, so there is music and people until late on a weekend night.
A good place and a good price, but I will not book here again as I prefer a quieter venue.

The food was average. Got given a over cooked egg, and when we asked to have it cooked properly was told "there is nothing wrong with it" The steaks were dry and they had minimal staff available to take food orders and drinks orders. The line up took 30mins+
We wouldn't visit it again nore would be we recommend it to others.

The Palm & Pawn has been exceptional in all regards from accommodation, meals, hospitality, staff friendliness, cost effectiveness and an all round great experience!

Marty provided excellent service and was more than happy to accommodate our service dog and anything else we requested or needed, the service we received was 5 stars and we will definitely be recommending and visiting again in the future!

The atmosphere and resort feel was relaxing and like we were at a high class coastal resort, a pleasant change from the rural motel feel!

Excellent! They have a good big playground for the kids! With lots of outdoor seating and lots of indoor space. Colouring books for the kids as well.

The food is fairly priced and actually quite decent!

The steak ? Ordered rare and came out rare! Great flavour! Only wish they had a bigger portion of steak as it was a bit small for my liking.

Lunch - great value and the food was delicious!
Paid $16 for the rump lunch special and it was simply delicious and so tender!
And Karl's bar service was exceptional!

I visited P&P in the afternoon with work colleagues... It wasn't crowded so there was ample space to sit. I ordered their pumpkin salad with chicken which tasted beautiful... It was fresh and flavoursome. I am not sure if this place has to offer more, it's just like any other country pub... It's not a bad place but also not a great place.

It was ok, good for short stays though. Beds were comfy. We had a funeral to attend too when we booked and we needed something affordable in such a short time frame.

The food was spectacular!!! The steak was cooked to perfection. I'm glad we got there early as the line soon grew to bursting at the seams. The service was prompt and polite.
The only downside of the evening was that there were no colouring in pages for the kids in the restaurant. Even though after several requests, they still did not replenish the tray.
Other than that, our experience was enjoyable and I would certainly recommend this place.

Don't be thinking the heritage outside appearance is tired and gloomy inside. The lady that brought this refurb and renovation together, based it on an English Pub. Add lashings of great food, drinks, warm with great staff, service, somehow it retains an intimate feel atmosphere. You'll love it.

Squid and pepper was very tasty, staff are friendly besides one girl that was taking my order. She forgot to give me cutlery and just rude to my friend. People at the bar was just cleaning up and wasn't really serving, unless one walked up and asked if we needed anything..

We had a nice dinner with the family here. We were able to sit right by the play area with a heater to keep us warm. The staff were really helpful and attentive especially making sure we had a gas heater on a cold night. There were heaps of kids running around having fun which really helped keep our kids entertained. The party area was big and well laid out.

Our meals were good with the steak cooked well and seasoned nicely. All of the food came out quicker than expected. The drinks were nice and cold and the kids meal came with a free icypole.

A big shout out to our manager last night. The number on out buzzer was mixed up. The bar and food was very busy so we only started to worry where our meals were after an hour.... they had been sitting on the counter. He not only replaced them with fresh ones. He gave us a voucher and shouted a round of drinks. What a hero. And thanks. We are only visiting. But with family in the area. We will be back. A massive thankyou for such a positive experience.

Great atmosphere, very good choice on menu, plenty of seating. Very popular so can be crowded. Excellent service and friendly staff. Icy cold beer!

A nice family space with plenty of seating both inside and out. Excellent children's play area with age-appropriate play equipment. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful. Could conveniently accommodate both large and small functions.

If you're looking for a family friendly pub in Wagga then look no further. This place is an absolute gem! The kids had a ball thanks to the HUGE playground, colouring in, a pool and a kids meal that includes an iceblock. Meals are very well priced and generous servings. Great selection of beverages, all well priced. Big screens for sports, friendly staff, lovely furniture and decor.We'll definitely be back! Thanks!!

Great food at the bistro but don't expect to be able to sleep at the motel accomodation. Our room is next to the bistro. Music is very loud and definitely no sound proofing in rooms, which are below average at best.

Basic Hotel with value for money Pub Meals more than you can eat. Located on the North side of Wagga. Update : The meals are still value for money. The Tavern had been renovated for outside dining. There is a play ground for kids and a pleasant outdoor area which includes a bar. See photos.

Myself and 3 friends had dinner there tonight, we all enjoyed our meals and thought the service was excellent. Will definitely return especially for the service.

I went with a group of friends for lunch after the movies, i had heard a lot of good reports about the place, we had a lovely meal and didn't have to wait very long for it, they have a very nice outdoor area to sit most of it under cover, I would quite happily go there again for a meal.

Great quality large meals, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very popular and busy. Best to book a table or you may miss out. Dining options include inside, outside, booths or near the kids play area. Family friendly.

Ripping joint, good big pub feeds and a killer kids playground. Worth a visit to the huge beer garden slash outdoor eating area. Fairly basic if you want to sit inside.

My sister, niece and I had beautiful meals here and will be back when next in wagga.
