Very confused... We made a Saturday night dinner booking recently, only to be told when we got there that there were no meals, and it was bar snacks only. It would have been nice to have this information given upon booking, as the website and Facebook advertise great meals etc. which was disappointing. We ended up going elsewhere.

Had the most amazing chicken schnitzel. It melted in your mouth. Husband steak was cooked just right and we shared a crisp fresh garden salad. Very impressed.

We were driving to the Tavern and ordered dinner ahead as I realised the kitchen would be closing soon, lovely person took my order on the phone and had my meal ready on the table upon arrival! Relaxed old pub vibe, funky tunes playing, good beers and tasty meals with reasonable prices. :)

Food was exceptional and the chips were amazing never had anything better

I wish I had taken photos of our meals . Fantastic price and cooked well. Had a rare rump with red wine jus, chips and seasonal veg . Was spot on . Family had the meat lovers special topped chicken schnitzel .The chips alone were a stand out ! The special seasoning on them was sooo good ! The risotto filled jalapeño poppers were fresh crunchy and delicious 🤤. Highly recommend.
