The room was super clean and at such a good rate. The best part of the stay though is the staff. They are so kind, helpful with any queries we had and just overall friendly. They definitely made out stay much better and are awesome people!

Regular customer. Most recent visit was last week. The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. I savoured every mouthful. Had to fight hard not to order seconds. Highest compliments to the team. Great food. Great service.

Have heard some community feedback regarding change of management. I guess the new management must be the guy standing in the bar in thongs speaking obnoxiously on his mobile ignoring the customers. Seems fitting that the place was a ghost town in a disappointing change to what used to be the case

Food was terrible. I have eaten here regularly for 3 years. Worst meal I have ever had I wouldn't even feed it to my cat. Waste of $50. Soggy un seasoned chips. Greasy chicken. Won't b back & wouldn't recommend to family. Bring back the old chef.

Absolutely amazing but only downside doesn't have a microwave and can't live on toast and noodles but bed was Amazing and comfortable and shower perfect space size ?

This is one of the best meals all of us have ever eaten! Amazing. We're eating it right now and it's incredible. We live in Melbourne and eat out all the time. Nothing is this good near home!!!!

Standards have dropped. Quality of meals has declined. Steak uncooked. Chips cold. Salad swimming in dressing. We ate there most Saturday nights, but after the last two weeks, we won't be returning.

Great little place to have a nice classic pub meal. Good prices and great food, highly recommend this place if you want to have a nice low-key meal. Parmi is awesome!

Attended last night (Saturday) and the meals were fast, delicious and filling!
On-top of that the woman in the kitchen was so kind, friendly and patient with our grumpy toddler.
Really made out night out much more enjoyable! Thank you!

Great pub for a quiet and friendly atmosphere. Food cheap but very tasty. Beer cold. Staff happy and friendly. I believe they are ready to make bigger and better Reno's to the pub in 2023. Good luck guys keep up the good work.

1 star to the northside for lunch meal was absolutely terrible never going back there again. Steak was way over cooked, sides were disgusting the bistros and barstaff were incredibly rude to me and my family 100% would not recommend. 5 stars to the bottleshop the worker that served us was excellent very helpful and kind and is the one good thing that helped us have a good experience I had with the northside thank you Rhys for turning it around for me only good thing about that place highly recommend the bottleshop.

The lamb cutlets were raw the poor young waiter was doing a great job and it wasn't his fault. The chef should of come out and apologise and didn't. They re cooked and were still half raw. Down to the chef and management for lack of customer service . We were regulars once but I can definatley say we won't be back and I don't highly recommend them. The three cooks kept look at as and smiling. So

Spent afl grand final there. Perfect. Food was awesome, affordable and staff were so friendly. Compared to places in Sydney we went to North side wins hands down. Love it. My first perfect score, I think??

OK for the price but the rooms are on the very basic side. There's quite a lot of noise from people coming and going from the adjoining hotel bar, particularly at closing time when everybody comes out and stands in the car park talking loudly. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

I requested a soft boiled egg, with a runny yolk, it arrived hard boiled and I was informed that it was soft. I requested another egg with a runny yolk to go with my meal, on delivery the waiter relayed the chef's message which was rude and unnecessary. I do not believe I requested anything unrealistic and it was not necessary by the waiter or chef to be rude to a customer. The menu clearly stated it came with a soft boiled egg. We will not be returning to your venue.

The food was delicious but could have been hotter. The cocktails were great. Sadly the ladies toilet roof has really bad mold and smells like broccoli - wasn't a pleasant experience.

Plenty of parking at front and rear. Modern decor inside and welcoming staff. Meals are large, tasty and well priced. Get a free loyalty card and receive 5% off food and drinks. Daily lunch and dinner deals. Meals arrive quickly. I highly recommend them.

Monday nights they offer a great 2 for 1 menu. Drinks are front bar prices so very reasonable. The food is very good pub grub, nice salads and chips on the side.

Absolutely appalling. The room was filthy an freezing cold. The pub looks and smells dated. The food......well I cant even be bothered going there. All I can say is There's a reason why it's so cheap.

Kitchen staff and food was great as always. But the bar staff and contract security (advanced security) would actively discriminate against me, and my client I was caring for. The discrimination was based on our health, and the staff actively tried to exacerbate the symptoms of our medical condtion.

They care not for their patrons privacy, nor their well being. I will be back to support the kitchen staff, and spite the bar staff.

Food is mostly brought in. Guess that's why the prices are so low. Way too many chips. Meals ok. Staff very friendly. Great for a meal on a budget but you get what you pay for.

Great place, Very friendly staff

Food and kitchen staff were great, unfortunately the entire lunch experience was soured by attitude of the staff who were clearing our plates. One of us had just finished eating and our plates were cleared by the covid Marshall who started slamming plates and said "We need the table, you need to go" and motioned around the room. She then threw the cleaning cloth at the table.
