Such a hidden gem. Great service and overall atmosphere. Asked for some surprise cocktails and definitely pleased with their choices! The food was also delicious. Definitely recommend this place highly :)

As GM of Sales for Rawson Homes, we recently held our Sales Awards dinner at this fabulous venue, the experience was wonderful. the Staff were attentive, experienced, customer service focused. food was spectacular and i would recommend this venue highly.

First time going to the new Hampton hotel. Best steak I have had in a long time! Ordered the rump, was cooked exactly how I like it and the cut of meat was perfect. Good prices also.

We held team drinks here last week in The Abbey. Natalia was so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble when booking. The staff on the night were amazing and the space was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend for a work group.

For a one-level bar, the New Hampton's a lovely cosy place for those wanting a place for drinks with less crowds! Thanks to Courtney, Natalia and the team for booking our group into the Vault without hesitation for a Thursday evening. The Vault's perfect for those wanting to watch sports while chilling on the lounge or mingling via standing around the tables. Will definitely be keeping New Hampton in mind for Thursday nights.

Surprisingly cavernous pub bistro which gave me British vibes (in a good way). Unfortunately the Sunday roast which I was looking forward to fell flat - a few stringy vegetables and no roast potatoes, fatty pork with little lean meat and a tiny pre-made Yorkshire pudding. Very poor. My partner's fish and chips were fine, but overall I wouldn't rush back for the food. We also got hustled along to move out of the way as they were moving tables around us and needed to move ours. Didn't have our first choice of wine but the house alternative was passable...

Absolutely amazing food! Very generous with the chicken schnitzel received two large pieces. Went back there the very next day on my holiday. A+++++ highly recommended

I go for dancing on Sundays. The dance area is ad hoc. But i guess it's a relatively new addition to this cute pub. Would be better to put the band and dancers in the side area rather than the main thoroughfare, at the entrance. The staff are friendly. The bands are always fun with jazz/ rock n roll tunes.
Several stairs to climb to enter and I'm not sure if there's any mobility assistance entry. Haven't eaten here but the drinks are standard prices.

Came here to catch up with a friend over a drink and it was very quiet when we arrived (around 2pm on a Saturday). Staff were friendly and drinks came quickly. Looks like the place was undergoing renovations so parts seemed blocked off. Ambience wasn't there as a result but in any case we did still have a good time catching up.

Trendy yet very earthy and cosy. The food and the service were also great. Will definitely go back there.

Had my 30th here recently at the Abbey and it was amazing. Such a nice room and great food and drinks options. The team set up the table in a big square so we could all speak with each other the whole night. They also kindly stayed open for us even when there was almost no one else around because of covid, which is very unfortunate. Great option for your next birthday for sure! Thanks guys.

We had our wedding reception here in April it was amazing. Megan and her staff went above and beyond to make our night wonderful.. The food is excellent. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to be able to host my birthday event at the New Hampton Hotel. The planning and organisation process was smoothly handled by Megan who was very accommodating and tailored everything to fit my needs. The venue feels cozy while large enough to host a crowd, the drinks menu is extensive and the food is delicious. The team was super helpful and attentive throughout the night and made sure the event ran smoothly!

We had a wonderful night there. The staff were very helpful, Megan and Daniel in particular were great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Couldn't recommend this venue more.

The staff will strictly require every visitor to scan the QR Code to protect everyone's health. I think this is very good. The meals are delicious, and the bartender will also recommend some alcoholic beverages to the customers. It is also very suitable for birthday parties.

We loved having our event at The New Hampton. The venue was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. The events manager, Megan, was always prompt, and was so helpful in planning the event to our needs. The New Hampton is one of the most beautiful event venues we have ever had the pleasure of hosting an event at. Best well run pub in the Cross. Best actual bar (atmosphere) in Sydney. Impeccable staff, service and efficiency. Great venue for all occasions. Go there, book there.Enjoy, there. They set a very high standard with in the industry. My favourite bar .

love this place but unfortunately the price of lamb cutlets shot up from $20 to $28 - harsh move during a pandemic. We try to support local business but increased financial pressure from pay cuts to higher prices everywhere makes it hard to contribute to the community - making it more challenging to get through this together. All the best.

Definitely coming for dinner

Had dinner here with my boyfriend and the service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Nothing was a problem and in fact they offered above and beyond. The food was delectable. I had the steak, my boyfriend had the T bone. Both cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting too. Very prompt and attentive at all times which I haven't seen in hospitality for quite sometime. Will definitely be returning.

Interior is very inviting and so are the staff members. Really enjoyed the hospitality. I was here for a group lunch and all of us had really good time. Drinks are reasonably priced. Food is a little pricy but matched its taste and quality. Venue is a stone's throw away from the railway station which it perfect for after event commute.
