Great Pub Food but Even Better than that was the service and Friendly Nature of ALL staff we encountered on the day . I Phoned in advance to ask if they were pet friendly and what time they finished serving Lunch . We arrived right on end of Lunch service in fact they waited for us as I phoned and said we were coming. We sat outside on the veranda with our dog Bella and 1 by 1 all the dog loving staff came out to say hello to her. We felt like we had a celebrity pooch !! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed. We will definitely return as it's a great half way stop from the Blue Mountains to the Southern Highlands

All staff, security and members are amazing, however the Manager is out of touch with assessing patrons with their intoxication of alcohol! Example: your drinking, gambling, eating and still coherent of your surroundings and respecting other patrons and asked to leave because I done a little celebration dance in front of the gaming machine! Shame on the female Manager who is clearly not qualified in the role! You've lost me as a paying customer, Miss Manager. Shame, Shame, Shame. Don't go to Mount Annan hotel if you want to have a good time. ??'??

Best steak sandwich. My husband and I have travelled around Australia and had many steak sandwiches. Compliments to the head chef and his team. Yours is the best.

Compared to other hotels in the area, food is too expensive.
Pizza was burnt and could not be totally eaten.
Service is great from bar staff. Always professional and friendly.
Trivia is OK but better in other venues we regularly visit.

I walked in tonight in a happy mood and was greeted by the worst security guard that i've ever experienced. I walked into the pokies as he asked for my i.d, he made fun of my name whilst acting hard for no reason. I walked out instantly after in a bad mood. Never going here again

Classic pub vibes, tasty food and a range of beer to accompany. If you find yourself there unsure of what to eat be sure to read the specials. The vegetable dish was top tier.

The staff and are security are friendly and easy to aproch. The place is clean tidy and food is full of flavour and definitely worth a visit. Overall nice atmosphere and enjoyable

Schnitzels and chips were delicious and a great size. The chips were hot and fresh and the diane sauce was super tasty. The bar staff are always soo friendly and the place is generally clean and pleasant.

Nice polite staff. Complimentary soft drinks in the pokie areas and well timed appetizers snacks. Nice food and drinks area including an outdoor area. The restaurant food is mmmmm??'????"???'?. reasonable parking area. Close to 2 shopping malls. ??'???'?

Had lunch there with some of my family yesterday. All staff we dealt with were so friendly and very professional. All our food was excellent and presented beautifully. Desserts were yummy. Came up from Wollongong for lunch and was not disappointed.

Who is the dodgy guy selling meat ticket raffle tickets that don't get drawn?? Went on Saturday night, bought $20 of raffle tickets. The guy was selling lots. Then he disappears and sits down to eat dinner with a large group of people. When I enquire as to why raffle hasn't been drawn, the security says it has been, but no announcement was made.
Don't buy tickets from this guy....he's surely dodgy. Probably had a nice BBQ at home and shouted his friends dinner! Disgusted!

I had my 30th/Gender reveal on Saturday night and I was very impressed with the staff and security at Mount Annan Hotel! Great customer service, great food and a great atmosphere all round.

Great staff .cold drinks good food .
But the owners Of the pub need to do renovations!!! Out dated and does not compare to other establishments in the area wich is a shame .

Fellow Kiwi's living I'm Aus if you thought the food in NZ was a complete loss here in Aus, I'm telling you now get to Mt Annan Hotel the fish here reminds me of my childhood OMFGHS!!!! ???

People that know me, know I am a verry picky eater so when I say the fish here is amazing OMG lol GETT INNNN NOW :p

Nice food in the bistro. Have had steak or schnitzel a few times here and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Family friendly. A great local for a feed.

5 stars for Mother's Day Lunch!
The staff were lovely & friendly, the food was great & the extra effort they went to to make the day special, actually did make the day special -
Complimentary champers & oj on arrival, a foil balloon in hessian & a vase of fresh flowers at the table, accoustic music & a box of sweet treats for the Mums was such a nice touch. When Alison called to let me know I'd won the door prize gift basket as well I just had to leave a review ?????

Just moved here so thought we'd try our local pub. The food was amazing and massive portions I had the chicken parmy and my partner had the steak. glad we have a great local pub down the road. Friendly locals just your typical Aussie pub great people, atmosphere and food, even meat raffles. Cant fault it will defs be back. ?

Absolute joke another place in the areathat ban you without telling you why every thing happens for a reason plenty of pubs incompetent one security guard much respect for USO though.remember you can't ban someone without reason especially if they're correct like always. That's all there are many better pubs and this ain't one of them why blessing Sarah later incompetent is all I can say and one more thing actually disrespect.

Fantastic evening meals menu!!we had trusty chicken schnitzels with herbs and parmison cheese,chips and salad.Beautiful.Washed down with a nice cold Corona beer
