Handed my bag over due to the no backpack rules, however when I had finished my beer and smoke, I went to collect my bag to an $80 bottle smashed in my bag. Ruined everything in my bag including precious photos I cannot replace. I tried to speak to the manager to figure out what's the go.
MAKE SURE to tell them about everything in your bag as they do not take responsibility. I wish I knew this before hand . Will not be coming back

Visited pub for lunch a few weeks back. I very rarely review places, but had to compliment the venue and new kitchen team on the big improvement on meals. Had steak sandwich, it was delicious. If you are looking for a great homestyle meal, this venue ticks the box. Well done.

Very happy we chose the Moe hotel for a casual lunch.
We were greeted by Tess, she was so lovely and accommodating, asked us if we'd prefer a table or a booth, we chose a booth, very comfortable.
We both ordered from the special's board , I had beautifully cooked herb crumbed lamb cutlets delicious, my husband ordered porterhouse with sticky ribs, he also said it was perfect.
A great everyday menu.
Great ambient music in the background.
Even though it was very busy it wasn't noisy and we couldn't have asked for better service.
We'll definitely be going back.

Came for a family lunch, staff were friendly, food was great - had a garlic prawns, yum! - beers were well priced and had an area for the kids to play!
Would come back again!

Stopped in for a meal after checking serving times,,,, at 801pm, they turned us away as kitchen had stopped service!! Won't be going here until they remedy this!! Must be profiting alot to be turning customers away on a Saturday night at 8pm!!! so,, off to turfside we went,,, where they were most happy to accommodate us!!

Food was delicious. Coffee and desserts were amazing. Fantastic service and prices were very reasonable. My daughter doesn't like much food when we go out but she was very happy and ate lots! Thank you, we will be back.

My daughter said the meat lovers schnitzel was worth the drive so I had to try it, I was disappointed to find out it wasn't real chicken yet just a chicken patties, the same one you get from Coles for $3,, the meal cost $29 which I wouldn't mind paying for real chicken, to make money you have to spend money and I won't be going back because parmas is all I eat when I go to a pub for a meal, it's a shame as everything else was spot on even my wife's meal was nice she said, too many pubs are changing to these patties and it's only driving away customers, cheers

Took my son here last night with my brother.

My son has some minor sensory issues and to say he was made comfortable is an understatement.

We were served for the night by a lovely girl named Cia, great attitude and attention to detail.
Even going so far as making my sons dessert herself as the kitchen was busy.

The meals were very well sized and absolutely lovely, my credits to the kitchen.

All in all a great meal made all the better by a great server, and great food.

This fab pub is my local while I'm here renovating my place for retirement. All young staff are super cool & cheer me up when I come in covered in paint & stressed to the max 😂. Bistro food is excellent quality & huge portions & very well priced & they let you take home leftovers. I love this pub. Please support them as we need this excellent pub in Moe.

Food and service was great however for a kid friendly pub which included play area and kids meal options there was no change table making it very hard to change a baby whilst out for dinner.

Good that they are open on public holidays and also kitchen is open late afternoon at 3.30. Good customer service.

Nice, cosy place. I was at the bistro on a Saturday afternoon had a cappuccino. Nice atmosphere and good service. Great place to stop by on the way back home.

Stopped here on the way home from holidays for a Thursday lunch. Lovely food, lovely staff, options for smaller portions, comfy booth to sit in and it was nice and quiet. Perhaps a few more options for vegetarians on the menu would have been good. Other than that, a great lunch!

Parma was good. Very limited and unimaginative menu. Beers on tap menu even worse. Staff were good....but won't be in a hurry to return.

we ordered at 7pm, entree of JUST cheesy garlic bread came out at 7:45 and it was disgustingly drenched in oil and then finally our meals came out at 7:50. I ordered garlic prawns with garlic sauce on the side and a gravy. The 'gravy' was full to the brim of the bowl and the garlic sauce was less than 1/2 full. The gravy was disgusting, it looked like old oil that had, had all sorts of things cooked in it and then served. It was NOT gravy in the slightest. Literally disgusting, there only had been 4
customers be ore us that ordered and we sat for an hour after there were no orders. I wish I could show the picture of the gravy to show how appalling it was.
Another person on the table order a 'Double' jack burger and someone else a single and the single came out and looked great and the double came out with no chicken on it and just bread, cheese and onion rings. How do you forget to put the chicken on a chicken burger?

The Burger and the chips were the best I've had in a while, and the staff members were great.

I ordered the Porterhouse steak with vegetables. Meal arrived after about a half hour. Once I started eating , I realised that they had sent out salad instead of vegetables. So do I find a waitress then have to wait for a new meal, whilst my companions are still eating? So I pushed on. The Porterhouse steak was tuff and chewy. I felt like I wasted $32. I told the waitress who took my plate and she said she would pass it on. But no attempt to compensate or address the issue. Could not recommend.

This place is one of my work venues for my 2nd job so call in here fortnightly. Don't patronise it otherwise as I don't live close by. I go into the toilets, do the work, liaise with staff and leave normally but on this occasion was hassled unnecessarily by a patron asking me where my Covid certificate is and the fact that the staff member would like to see it. I just got my report signed and left.

Huge shout out to "Mel" in the bistro! I came in with a gentleman that I work with for his birthday. He was made to feel so special on his birthday, and his disability did not phase her in the slightest. More often than not, the people that I work with get ignored and it is the staff that people turn to. Mel was amazing!
Oh yeah, and so was the food! 2 empty plates spoke volumes!

Love the Bistro Girl she's amazing, always great service and tries to get to you as quickly as possible even when she looks like she's the only one there. Foods amazing as well but the service makes it even better. CHEERS

A great place for a drink and a meal in air-conditioned comfort, and clean toilets, always a big bonus. A nice friendly place to meet.
