We enjoyed our stay here. There were two pools, which was a great bonus. The infinity pool was also open to the public for a fee and was nice, but I personally preferred the other pool it was honestly one of the biggest pools I've ever seen and was really cool! It did get quite busy at times, so a few more chairs around the pool would have been nice.

The room was lovely and had plenty of space for two people, with a good sized bathroom. Overall, we really enjoyed the room and the location was great, especially being so close to the beach.

Another big bonus was having washing machines and dryers available, which was super handy, especially when travelling.

The only downside was that there was an event happening during our stay, and the music could be heard from our room. Parking can also be a little difficult to find on weekends or when there are events happening, as it can get quite busy.

Don\'t get me wrong. You can\'t go wrong booking this place for a few days. It\'s location and facilities are the best. Hands down best pool. We had a little 3 yrold who loved playing in the lagoon pool. The sand is a special touch and the pool bar is awesome. It\'s tranquil and yes, the weather is amazing. It\'s a quick little stroll to the night market which is bustling and has ample food and variety with live music to boot. Theres is a cute cafe nestled in the botanical garden where you must have breakfast. And if you have little kids, they\'ll love the children park next door to that, which has an artificial stream they can frolic in on Sats and Sundays. Also a short stroll away.
Disappointingly the elegance and beauty of the hotel foyer did not carry through into the room. We were hit with a strong smell of mould which we sadly traced to the bathroom. The room is dated and desperately needed renovating. We tolerated it as we loved the rest of the hotel. The gym is great and the restaurants are world class. We will definitely be back and perhaps maybe not be too shy to ask for another room next time.

We recently stayed in a Lagoon Room at Mindil Beach casino Resort. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a great pool area that made for a relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price of the accommodation. Upon arrival, we needed to contact reception to request a replacement towel, as one of the towels provided in the room had a hole in it. While the reception staff were helpful and prompt in their response, it was frustrating that we needed to ask in the first place.

The biggest disappointment was the service at the swim-up bar. The staff appeared uninterested and lacked the level of customer service you would expect from a resort of this standard. While ordering pina coladas on a Sunday afternoon, we noticed that the cream being used was labelled "Saturday". When that bottle was emptied, staff then brought out another bottle labelled "Friday". This suggested stock was not being rotated correctly, which was concerning from a food safety and quality perspective.

While the location and facilities are fantastic, the attention to detail and service standards need improvement. Given the cost of the rooms, I expected a much higher standard overall.

Good time, a little dated for rooms. Security gave me nasty looks everyday I came down for breakfast/lunch/dinner or was exploring. Elderly security women was very nice though seeing her. Restaurants/food very nice. Services staff otherwise very kind and helpful.

Staying in a suite now, paid over $2000 per night and definitely not worth it. They need a shake up on cleaning and maintaining their rooms. Even today the room was tidied whilst we were away, but they did not take our room service tray from last night. So food still here, out door shower area is gross, duck poo which we already asked to be cleaned when we checked in yesterday, still here. Will not be staying here again :(
Must say though the Steak restaurant food was great with wonderful service.
