Great roast pork roll and snitzel roll. All came with chips and fast service. Bar staff friendly and quick off the nark. The on tap lemon lime bitters & vodka is really good.

I had the best gourmet hamburger, chips and salad. The burger was huge.

Same pub as I remember it 30 years ago. Huge pub great location , cold beers. Didn't eat or stay so can't comment on that. Definitely worth a visit if u are coming to Ulladulla

BBQ steak ? was cooked well, good salad and not smothered in chips. Bistro staff friendly and approachable.

The bar area is probably not the best place for families and couples. A fair bit of bad language and a couple of obviously drunk men there when we visited on a Friday night. Not many other people there (maybe 12 max), was pretty quiet. So maybe just stick to the smaller Bistro or eat outside. Bistro area has no windows and is quite small.

Bar staff seem to like 80s music, but not anything by Wham! Quickly skipping any Wham track. That's a riddle in itself.

Great views would be awesome during the day. Will give them another go during the daytime.

Took my wife out for date lunch, I finally got a Friday off work. Omg the food was absolutely amazing, perfect I'm every way. Flatty tails cooked to perfection the dressing on the salad just completed the dish so well. My Jimmy's in a can were beautiful unfortunately my wife couldn't drink neither a apple juice or coke from a glass being 36 weeks pregnant the slightest hint of alcohol makes her stomach turn and even after I tried the both drinks could still taste the beer flavor inside the glass.....

Fabulous food, we had the roast pork dinner, great veggies, lovely meat and apple sauce. Super value and great views from dining room. Highly recommended!!

Checked if we could eat on front verandah with our small dog where we had been drinking all arvo. Staff said no problem. Got our meals and manager kicks us out!Obviously there staff not informed with their rules. She was vey rude and we had us leave our meals and walk without compensation. I think she was having an ego moment. Forget this pub.

We had two nights in Ulladulla. After having dinner at Marlin Friday night there was no question where we were going for dinner Saturday night. The Marlin of course. We loved the amazing fresh and totally different tasty salads that Sid the chef adds to meals. Not just lettuce with a bit of tomato and cucumber. Amazing. His fresh dressings, dips and sauces bring the meals up to another level. We'll be back.

Terrible venue. Dirty and rude staff. Will never support this pub again. Possibly the worst pub on the south coast, the reputation it has says it all. Do yourself a favour and go to Milton pub or mollymook golf club.

We arrived 2 minutes late to an event because the security directed us to the wrong door which then resulted in us not being allowed in all because the security was terrible. Rude customer service

Bar staff with anchor tattoo on her neck was very rude. Advised that a drink was not available and when we pointed out it was in the fridge she called us rude !
We waited 1 hr and 20 min and followed up our meals to be told that they hadn't been started and they needed another hour. They offered a refund but we will NEVER come back here again.

Great food - excellent steaks and sauces, chef is fantastic. Service was very friendly in the bar and with the food. Staff were very helpful. Will be making this a regular lunch place.

The policy here is that you are not permitted to have more than one person in a stall. This is not something our small group of mums who were keen to catch up for a drink we're aware of so we did not realise we were breaking any rules when we decided to jump the queue and use the bigger unisex toilet. The security opened the door while one of us was on the toilet and instead of apologising and moving on they decided to kick us all out. We had just arrived and paid 20 dollars to go to the dance floor area. We were not reimbursed and received no apology. The way they dealt with the situation was very disappointing.

The bistro is a surprise package. The food from there was amazing. I had the Moroccan lamb shanks and the spice and flavour was exquisite. The chef is Moroccan and he is a hidden gem at this pub.

OK, so the decor could use an update and being in the middle of winter there weren't too many people in the pub so the atmosphere was a bit lacking, but we took one of the local's recommendations and had the steaks (t-bone and scotch). So glad we did. They were excellent - beautifully cooked and the sauces were great too. Highly recommend.

Travelling called in for lunch. The Chef is from Morocco.
His Moroccan slow cooked lamb shank with Cous Cous and vegetables was EXCELLENT. The ship New York steak, chips and salad was very good. The lamb shanks were a stand out. Bistro dinning at its BEST. Service was quick and clean. Put this on your bucket list.

Newly renovated dining area has great view's of the harbour. But even better than the view was the food and the friendly staff. We've eaten there twice this weekend and all meals were professionally cooked with fresh hand cut ingredients, generous in size and really well presented. When the word gets out this place will be packed!

I had the t-bone steak, with chips and vegetables, with mushroom gravy. It was fantastic and the mushroom gravy was awesome. Best meal l have had in Ulladulla ??'? Sorry no photos, we smashed all oureals before I had a chance, delicious ?

I'm a Sydney snob... (some would say), but the Marlin does good, honest pub food, with the lamb shank being worth a very happy review. The on-the-tab-red (your only option...) is not too bad. If Covid or the pub itself killed it's indoor atmosphere is hard to tell, but there's birds chirping on the outdoor back deck...

The Marlin is the place ..good food cook for a French chef ..

We love this old pub. It's our local go to for a great feed, especially the tbone with pepper sauce

Nice staff food is delicious the place is a bit dated however would recommend a visit.

Prior to visit I have read reviews on social media recently about this Chef and the food. Our next door friends who has travelled to Morocco has had the same experience with food at Marlin a week ago, so we did out of curiosity and we're glad we did it!! Sumptuous indeed!!Hopefully once the resto will move in their newly renovated space, we will surely go back and have the taste of Morocco in Ulladulla.
Chef Sid's food was really great, not disappointed with the price paid. The Moroccan Lamb shank and Harissa chicken with coscous is '?
Looks like Marlin has a hidden gem by the name of Sid. If you're near the place have a try, its not just a place to pretty sure Chef's had a lot to offer in your palate.

The only club or hotel in Ulladulla/Milton area with Foxtel. Today they got about 50 extra customers to watch the rugby league game. Well done!

The food - anyone who loves Moroccan food has to try this place. I'm not talking plastic food. This is the real deal with a real Moroccan Chef. Top rate, we will be back.!

Food was amazing. Pub could do with some new decor but otherwise no problems at all!
