Hi guys I work at this pub and wouldn't want 2 b any where else...where else do u get a great meal, squeeky floor boards and so many stories on the wall? Just a gr8 Aussie pub( few and far between) and free live tunes...dogs even get a smacko:)

Rooms were very basic and outdated. No tv, no wardrobe. Kitchen was very basic. Couldn't boil kettle to have cup of coffee. Bathroom was average. paint peeling on vanity. Hot water was not even hot, more like Luke warm water. I would not stay here again being a shift worker. Balcony was leaning. Food was definitely average. Ordered schnitzels most nights and not enjoyable.

A fair dinkum Aussie pub survives, as so many join the yuppified ranks. I can see why this beaudy of a Pub was my Uncle Diggers local - Vale...lest we forget. Look for his plaque at the bar 😉

Small country pub by the river. Days gone by charm & friendly staff. Limited menu no changes. Motorcycle parking out the front which is a nice change, bot sure if there is off street parking.
