Delicious food. I am very impressed that we didn't have to go very far for good quality food and large portions.
The customer service could be improved as we ordered our dishes and weren't prompted to choose our sauce or sides (we had to ask ourselves, then staff realised that those options were available)

There is a new menu and the food was very nice, staff very friendly.

Nice bistro and love the new playground...think it's really good for families now

Pretty good food. Ordered steak and kids fish and chips which was delicious. However, very slow service - waited around 45 mins - 1 hour for our food.

Bistro is shocking , got food poisoning from the pasta. The steak looks like a lamb cutlet, steam veges smell like seafood, for its price. And the lady is rude

Good pub food. Rump steak came out well done instead of medium rare but they replaced the whole meal for me. Poached pear was great but the ice cream had freezer burn.

The food was good, drinks were easy.
Our order was mixed up with another table so we had to wait a little longer than intended but the kitchen was running on skeleton staff and, given the other table was a table of 10, we completely understood the delay.
The steak came out overcooked but replacement was quick and easy and it was delicious the second go around.
The icecream with the desert was freezer burnt but we didn't mind because it was too cold for ice cream, and the poached pear we orderer was wonderful and went well with the whipped cream alternative provided.
Lunch is served from midday to 3 pm and Dinner from 5 to 8 pm.

Dishonest establishment - Grill and Sprout is on the Dine and Discover list, but when my friends and I went there for lunch, they claimed they weren't able to accept the vouchers that day.

The food was good, however due to the dishonesty, we won't be back.

Definitely one of the better pubs around Liverpool. Have a beer garden and decent back area with some booths. Pub food is pretty good and I liked my bangers and mash which was only $13 but most other meals are over $20. They also have lots of pub snacks and specials. Doesn't seem that nice from the front but actually a good pub.

Have been going to the Macquarie hotel for quite a few years now. I am enjoying this hotel more these days . Good selection of beers on tap as well as Canadian Club. The food is great now with the new chef. Lots of choices and specials including rump steak with chips and salad for $15.00 including a free beer or wine. You can't get much better than that. Special is Monday to Fridays lunch and dinner. Very good experience last week went back today

They lost a star cause i did all my money. Apart from that Staff are always friendly, clientele as a rule well behaved, if not always security on hand. Property is one of the best in Liverpool

Fairly good place. Can't say I've tried the food. Putting it on things to do list. And they ahere to covid restrictions.

Me and my wife went there on Thursday night to have some good time . Security staff was doing good job regarding security but his behaviour was rude. We both have valid id . I am international student and I only have my passport for id proof but he told me this will be last time he will let me in with international passport . So anyone with international passport don't bother to go there cause they won't let you in . He even took me to show rules and it's clearly written any other country's passport is valid but he was just acting overdrsmart

The food was fresh and taste was fantastic. The bar staff made a great night so much better. I love a smile.

Modern and clean. Good TAB but was lacking staff on a Wednesday night. Gaming room is nice, tidy and updated. Food options are also good, but did shut a little too early for us. Premium beers on offer in other bar that closed at 20:30 should be on offer at all bars. Would love to enjoy White Rabbit Dark Ale whilst on the punt. Meals looked decent and prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely go back.

The ham and bechamel croquettes and fresh handmade cinnamon doughnuts with chocolate sauce are a must.

The food is handmade from locally sourced produce - This is a fresher style of pub grub with a focus on flavour.

Grab a glass of house red at a reasonable price - when we visited we received a glass of Geoff Merrill Pimpala Shiraz.
