I've stopped here a few times with my caravan and stayed overnight behind the Hotel ... Great spot for self-contained vehicles only??'?. Dinner at the 'Fredo Pub' (as the locals call the hotel) is scrumptious ... the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. There's a lovely 'country-vibe' to the Pub, which is only a few minutes drive to the town of Kempsey and a few minutes off the Pacific Hwy. Frederickton is well worth a visit??'?

Had dinner here tonight in exchange for a free park spot out the back. It was awesome! friendly staff, and amazing food, chicken schnitty looked small at first but it was sooo thick and juicy and yummy coating. Chippies were crispy and yum and salad was amazing with great dressing! Definitely a great spot, well swing back through again for sure.

Don't let the drab (flood affected) decor of this place put you off. We had the beef burgers and have to say it was one of the best (if not best) burger we have had in years! Their Lemon Lime and Bitters drinks are made old school! Great value and fabulous quality. Enjoy the food!!

Well the decor was nothing,the chairs were uncomfortable,, the kids in the pool room screaming,.... But the FOOD, OMG, and I wasn't even hungry, but that steak and the chips and sauce, I would have sat on a milk crate to eat it, absolutely hands down the best meal in 5 years

Camped overnight in the on site space. Very friendly staff!! Food and drink was great, big portions and tasted great (more vego options would have been appreciated) overall would highly recommend and a great stop on our road trip.

Best country pub with friendly welcoming staff. Great place for a feed, a few drinks and some takeaways from the Bottlemart bottle shop . You can't go wrong..

Good service and nice honest pub meal.

Completely hit and miss now that there's a new chef. Has forgotten our salads for a takeaway meal twice and only gave us one to replace our whole meal. Very disappointed will be going for dinner anywhere else, as there will be better service there.

Wow pool table area lovely and clean. Bar tender was a beautiful lady. Friendly and engaging with patrons, your a credit to the pub. You have great customer service. THE FOOD OMG. Absolutely delicious, well presented, full of flavor, fresh and reasonable price. My hat goes off to the chef and young cook. Appreciate the smile mate. Made my day coming to your establishment. staff dont really care had a steak yesterday meat was off we both only had one bite to know the steak was old and actually smelt never again

Havent been there for awhile as my meals always were aweful. After hearing of new chef and menu thought Id try again as staff are great. So bloody glad I did...my meal was fantastic! Highly recommend the Surf &Turf..meat cooked to my liking. I will definitely be a regular again ?
