Pulled up after a hail storm , power went out but no worries the crew had it sorted. No internet access as the storm had taken it out. Publican let me use the landline.

I recently visited the Drake Pub, and I must say, it was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the lamb cutlets and steak!, which I highly recommend.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Drake Pub and would definitely come back for another visit.

Came here because of the free RV stay (including showers for a fee) in the backyard. In the bathrooms we met the most unfriendly woman we met so far in Australia. After meeting her again at the order desk at the pub kitchen, we did not expect much from our food, which was surprisingly good. In the morning, they tried to kick us out of the showers twice, even tho we paid the shower-fee. Obviously, there is no communication beween the people responsible in the evening and morning.

If you guys have water restrictions, please add this on Wikicamps, so people can think twice about coming to your Pub, spend a lot on food, beers and shower fees and avoid getting yelled at in the shower. Actually first time I had to pay for showers even if you we had food.

Loved the Lunatic including our amusement from the resident nutter, who held audience from the "big chair" with a few of the local brain surgeons. FFS he never drew a breath for an hour...then right on que, just as lunch was served, old mate decided to give the zero turn mower a run...I think as a distraction from the drivel oozing forth from the nutters raucous mouth and old mate at the table next to us, who felt he needed to share his work conflab with us for ½ an hr. Pity there's no volume control on either.
Not sure if the well dressed indigenous lady sitting on the edge of the garden was part of nutters audience but she was polite and wished us a safe drive. Thanks sweetie.
Our burgers were terrific, chips cooked perfect, beer cold with a good head and loved the memorabilia.

Stopped in to order some food along our journey . The burgers are better then the dog n bull in bonalbo that's for sure whoever the publican has there cooking is doing a good job ??'? . Will be back

We camped over night in our own camper. We went for the concert that was playing at the hotel. New owners, friendly, but strict about dogs con
ming onto the premises. We had a meal which was good, the concert was great. Lovely location away from the main stream

Fantastic country pub. Small motel at rear. Publican allow us to camp overnight so we paid for a shower, meal and a couple of drinks. Friendly staff and patrons. 5 star charm.

Cute little pub, actually quite roomy with fantastic handmade wooden furniture. Bistro had friendly staff, food service was fast and meals were delish!

Had an unreal night with the staff and locals on a full moon.
It is very apt being called the Lunatic Hotel, but in a very endearing way.
Tash in the bar was so welcoming and professional.
Phil and Nikki run a fun but tight ship and make everyone feel welcome.
Clean but basic accommodation is perfect for an experience in a small village you will never forget.
Thanks to all the team and especially the incredible laugh a minute locals.

Great burgers. Unfortunately signs everywhere saying no dogs. Lovely outdoor area. Would of stayed longer if we could of had our dog out of the car.

Has been a great little pub while I waited out for borders to open. Very welcoming, nice meals, friendly locals. If governments can finally stop trying to prevent the spread and allow us the freedom of interstate travel without restrictions I'll definitely be back as I love to explore this beautiful nation...

Had a nice night in pub , a few characters who were friendly , loved their footy and pretty hot pool players , a good honest feed and free park was quiet, grassy and level , lots of room for dog to run .. will go there again , even if it's just for another game of pool.
