Terrible! I was approached by the manager of the hotel asking me to putting a mask on even though I was playing the pokie machines and I had a drink in my hands! I had already visited numerous pokie hotels during the course of the day and no one had asked me to put a mask on while I was going from machine to machine! I decided to leave and find more friendly circumstances! I'm a Platinum Member at Crown Casino!

Visited while management was trialling new ordering system. It's time for the revolution, where all the boomers are left behind in technological inadequacy.

Like many of the recent reviews I was very disappointed with this latest offering . Food has really gone down hill but the prices haven't. Had a lovely meal 9 months ago but took my wife this time (Nov 19)and she said it was a fail, it's not terrible but mid market at best. Staff were lovely but I prefer table service for a special occasion. Seems a shame as many recent reviews of 1 and two stars have no reply from management. I will try again in a few months but will check the latest reviews first.

went there for fathers day and it was elite. Great service great food. Went there for xmas eve dinner with family tonight and it was dreadful. New owners make you wait in line in two different spots for food and drink. Staff friendly and not their fault but will never return. So disappointing when you pick a spot for a night out and it's changed to become just a basic pub.

This is a great place to eat. The eye fillet was cooked perfectly, and the house wine selection on point with a good dining ambiance. Def recommended.
