Long reef golf club is a one of a kind venue. They were everything and more! The moment my husband and I laid eyes on this space - we immediately connected with it. The open floor plan, recent renovations for increased light and views were spectacular. Moreover, the vibe and staff were a show stopper for us! Shout out to Holly, Jo and team ??'- they made us feel like royalty and kept everything together. We loved it so much and can't recommend it enough. Lots of love, The Ouchies ???

Melanie, Jo and the rest of the LRGC team did such an amazing job during our entire wedding experience! I wouldnt have any other way! Jo (func manager) made sure that I ate during the wedding and has kept our things on time during the night. She even remembered to put aside scratchies (wedding favours) that were left on the table and we ended up winning $140! Mel (wed coordinator) on the other hand, did such an amazing job for the whole 2 years I've planned this wedding. She was consistent since day 1 in responding to my questions which as much detail as possible. She was very patient of me and has responded very timely on everything which is very very important to us. Our guests couldnt stop raving about the food served during the night, the portion, presentation and taste were top notch! Dont get me started with their pricing and packages, they are well put through and very reasonable. We were very lucky with LRGC. Our wedding is perfect because of their team!

We just had our wedding here in November 2023. The venue is so perfect for anyone wanting a perfect beachside wedding. The decor is very minimalistic and modern so it's quite easy to personalise with your florals and decor. Our wedding coordinator, Holly, was so helpful along the way. Very responsive to all our emails and very detailed in everything. It was so worth it though because it made our day run so smoothly. All the staff on the night were wonderful too. Loved this venue and will always be a special place for us.

We chose Long Reef Golf Club as our wedding venue and from the starting steps to the final steps Mel and her team were so amazing and helpful to us and answered any questions we had. On our wedding day it was all setup so beautifully Mel & Jo made the day run smoothly & was the best wedding day we could ask for and such a great location too, amazing food, great atmosphere and all our guests really enjoyed the wedding at the venue ??

We had an absolute blast having our wedding at beautiful long Reef golf club. The most stunning location for ceremony, photos and reception. We felt like we were in Hawaii or somewhere tropical. We honestly cannot fault this venue, it was absolutely perfect.
Long reef offers really good inclusive packages with yummy options for all the food which we loved - we had a tasting a few months out and everything we ate from their kitchen was fab, and a wide range of beers and wines with good package options.
The staff including Melanie and Holly made wedding planning a breeze and really did all the hard work for us, we just showed up to a few meetings and added in the fun stuff. And Jo coordinated everything so well on the day and night not a foot was out of line. She even reminded me to stop taking and go and eat which is always good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for a beach side fun family friendly wedding or event. I want to do it all over again!

Absolutely stunningly beautiful ocean views from the dining balcony. Certainly worth coming at sunset for the views! Dinner was innovative and delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive! They had really gorgeous flower arrangements provided for the event. Only downside is the small parking lot, had to park a few streets away after searching for a while.

We held our wedding at Longreef Golf Club in April 2023 and couldn't have asked for anything better! From the first viewing at LRGC, Melanie was fantastic! No question went unanswered and Mel made planning our wedding a walk in the park. The venue, photo location opportunities, food and staff were all amazing on the night. Excellent! What else can I say, friendly staff, north beach's kinda vibe, great food and views. Grab some buggies and drive the golf course for photos around the course. The local beach and rocks formations make for cool backdrops also!

The team at LRGC are just amazing! We had our wedding at their beautiful venue. From having the ceremony on their lawn, photos on the beach and golf course and reception. Everything and everyone was so very helpful from the planning, dish tasting and on the day. The staff provided amazing service and they were assertive to us and our guest on our special day!! I loved this golf course - a great track along the shores of DY beach (I think). The greens were fast 4/5, the pace of the groups were perfect, and the challenge offered was perfect with a group of mates I would golf with any time. If I lived in Sydney, I would apply to becoming a member of this club. BTW, it rained a lot before our round, but the drainage worked so well that I didn't notice the water on the fairways.

It's a wonderful place for community circles, gathering and enjoying delicious food with beachfront views.

Hospitality & Service are highly professional! appreciated for their staff for there ? class services.

External and internal both sides have enough seating to do gathering! We especially enjoy the outdoor beach side view!! By the way Golf & ? Entertainment both make this place more exciting than any other specials.???????????-??

Had a very enjoyable day playing this links style golf course. The back 9 holes of this course contained a number holes with spectacular ocean views that added to the pleasure of playing this course.

The fairways were overall in good condition and the bunkers were well maintained. The greens were in excellent condition and rolled very true.

The staff in the pro shop were very friendly and professional.

The practice facilities at this course consisted of a putting green, grassed driving range, chipping green and warmup nets.

I look forward to playing this golf course again in the future.

We had the wedding of our dreams in November. The event coordinator was so helpful and supportive in the lead up which made the planning an absolute breeze. I felt zero stress in the lead up as I knew Long Reef had everything covered and there was nothing they couldn't do. The staff on the day & night were so friendly and amazing, our guests only had positive things to say about the whole wedding. We were blessed with beautiful weather on the day, but even if we didn't I was comfortable knowing they had wet weather contingencies in place that I would have still been so happy with. Thank you Long Reef!

The only problem is the food is very normal.
Set menu beef has no flavour, chicken was dry.

We had our wedding at Long Reef Golf Club last Friday and it was honestly the best night ever! I had the most positive experience from when I first contacted the club about having my wedding there to the moment I left the venue after my wedding was finished. Melanie was so helpful during the planning stage and Keighlan was so great at managing our wedding on the night. The staff was great, food was great, location was beautiful - everything was just PERFECT! Thank you guys so much.

Long Reef Golf Club is not only a great venue to play golf at and have lunch but it's an amazing place to have a wedding with the spectacular views.

The team at Long Reef are second to none... our wedding coordinator Melanie is a true asset to the team and was by our side through two postponements due to the pandemic.

I highly recommend LRGC for weddings! We had our wedding there and everything from the food, to the staff and facilities for both the ceremony and reception were terrific. Mel did a wonderful job ensuring the day ran smoothly and was so helpful in helping us plan for our big day. We had lots of compliments from our guests and we could not have asked for a better location for an elegant yet relaxed beachside wedding.

Long reef hosted our wedding ceremony and reception. Long Reef's staff, food and location were second to none. The staff were easy to work with in the lead up and on the night again were extremely friendly with top class service. Couldn't recommend highly enough as a venue for a ceremony and reception. Wet weather alternative came in a treat and was still stunning.

When you order entree and mains you need to tell them you want them separately. All came at once for us and we were told we should have told them. Perhaps decent customer service would have asked the question being as most venues know the difference between entrees and mains. Apart from that is a great place to hangout and take in the view.

Thank you Megan and the whole of Long Reef staff for helping making our wedding day amazing. To all the vendors that help out also it was a perfect day! Perfect view and everything went so well.

I was invited to the monthly CHEERS Luncheon by Marilyn, a friend who has been a long time member of this group. (CHEERS stands for "Cheerful Healthy Eating for Elderly Residents and Seniors")
It was their 16th Anniversary, so we all enjoyed a piece of Birthday Cake after our 2 course meal. We sat in a small function room which looked out over the ocean and south along the beach and Long Reef Golf Course and the Headland. A very pleasant afternoon, meeting with and chatting to several ladies at my table. The food was presented very well and delicious.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! My husband and I were blown away. Megan and the team were a delight to deal with. They made the whole planning process effortless! The location was stunning. Honestly can't thank the team at Long Reef Golf Club enough! Highly recommend Long Reef Golf Club as the perfect wedding venue for future brides and grooms :)

We held our wedding at LRGC. Megan and her team were so helpful and nothing was too hard. The whole evening was seamless. Every small detailed was catered for and we didnt have to worry about a thing on the day!

This course will challenge you in a different kind of way. There isn't a lot of trees or high grass throughout this course. But I've watched balls change direction by 40-50 meters due to wind. So keep your shots low. Also, the brave can walk 18 holes for twilight golf. It's challenging up and down the hills. But great exercise. The course is well maintained and in great shape. Enjoy a twilight round for $30!!

We had a small, intimate wedding at Long Reef Golf Club last week and we couldn't recommend it more! Megan and Alex were amazing and made sure the day went perfectly. Even though we had wet weather, the rooms were set up so beautifully and have amazing ocean views- we didn't feel like we missed out at all. In terms of social distancing, staff made sure that regulations were followed and clearly communicated, which we appreciated as we really wanted to keep our guests safe, particularly as we had elderly and at risk guests. In saying that, we were also able to talk to our guests and the layout of the room was perfect for accommodating this. Everything was beautiful, the food was amazing and we were on cloud 9 all day. We honestly couldn't thank the team at Long Reef enough!

Your ongoing generosity and kindness to the RSL Narrabeen Homes for Heroes programme is now legendary. Especially during this testing times of COVID19 Pandemic.
It has been privilege to play with a few of the lads and the result from being welcomed at LRGC has been a very positive factor in their journey to full recovery.
Their mental wellbeing and self esteem has been strengthened and secured largely because of the weekly golf game at LRGC.
There are returned Vets that are at the RSL Village that owe you a dep't of gratitude at times beyond measure.
It has also been my honour to attend and witness your staff sensitivity and care in relating to these Returned Veterans they are a credit to LRGC.
Again, we can't thank you enough for these past many years going above and beyond.
