Good service with lovely meals. Parking can be tight when it's busy although I've always managed.

Speed in for a beer and dinner. Standard bistro menu that was well prepared and with generous portions. Service was friendly and good. We sat outside and it was very nice.

If you know this place, you're lucky. If you stumble across it on a road trip, you are even more lucky as we did. I can not imagine this gem ever disappointing

We had a great 2 night stay in the pub accommodation. Rooms vary in size and share the bathroom facilities. There are two bathrooms off the guest lounge area, each having a shower, toilet and vanity, and good pressure, hot water. Clean towels and bath mats are provided. The bed was made with fresh linen and was comfy. Our room #6 had no heating, so it was pretty cold in May, but they did find an electric blanket and extra blankets for us. It's pretty basic, but good value accommodation.

This pub is how a pub should be , the bartender is perfect, one beautiful lady. All the patrons are happy and friendly because of her. 10 out of 10

Great place to get away for a while. Plenty to drink of course but the food is also great value. The rooms are pretty basic but they're just a place to sleep while you party. You can also camp and swim in the river. The only thing to be aware of is that there's basically nothing else in town. There's a little shop across the road though for any essentials. Give it a try!

Good, cheap ($10 per adult) camping. Great feed, cold drinks and friendly service at the pub.

Been meaning to visit for a little while and finally got there on Saturday night. Great meals - big, tasty and very reasonably priced - friendly service and genuinely COLD beer on tap. Fantastic outside eating area as well, overlooking the beautiful valley. We had a reserved table on the landing. Very relaxing. Will be getting back there regularly. Highly recommended!

Old school bar, great beer garden, fireplace, friendly chats with locals who had great stories to tell and a house cat...
Visited in July so minimal customers but still felt welcomed and a valued customer...

Stayed therefor the week reasonable

Very friendly staff nice place to drop in for a drink or 2 . Like the outdoor seating. Last time I stopped here food was average . I was amazed how they have turned it around because today's meal was one I really enjoyed and will stop for the food mmmmm can't wait for another ride that way

This place has so much potential, and it's sad seeing its demise now from when I was there a couple of years ago.
Service was pretty average and the food left me questioning what I'd done to deserve such punishment. Who would've thought you could destroy a cob of corn simply by warming it up. And the lumpy, starchy white pile of goo that was meant to be mashed potato..? Then the grey sloppy good was unidentifiable. And the piece de resistance - pepper sauce that tastes like a mens urinal cake.

Highly disappointed and when these restrictions lift and people want to road trip again it'll be the end of this place once word gets out how awful it's become.

Great little pub on the Oxley Highway. Good food , cold beers , accommodation and camping area. Perfect base if you want to spend a day or 2 riding the twisties from Long Flat to Gingers ck.

Arrived at the Pub around 4.30 on the New Busa ... met Chris.. the owner .. top bloke ... great mob of locals in the bar ... met Chris's daughters ... Gabby and Victoria April. !! Absolutely gorgeous girls ..! Then met Max .. the pub dog ... he's a ripper Staffordshire bull terrier ... took him him for a walk around the town .... an awesome day ... couldn't recommend this place highly enough !! ???'???'?

Great country pub, with very hospitable and friendly staff, good tucker and comfortable accommodation (recommend a room not close to the pokies though). Plenty of breakfast making facilities and nice lounge room.
