One of the best local meals we have ever had. This place is our regular go to for either a quick lunch, afternoon coffee, or a date night-special occasion. We always book online to guarantee us a table for dinner otherwise the time we want is booked out. The food is excellent (we've never had to take a meal back), the servings generous and the prices are reasonable. The service is always polite, friendly and helpful.

The potatoes could have been cooked a little more. Otherwise, the food was good

Great selection of pub food with plenty of tables and parking. The inside is air-conditioned and there is a large play area to keep the kids entertained. Our favourite was the Chicken Schnitzel with Gravy sauce. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area. Highly recommended!

Netty. Was. Here. What a lil hot spot this place is.. well packed for lunch time. Clean and well presented tavern offering $14 mid week lunch specials. Filling and very satisfied.

It's great to see a Tavern have a specific vegan menu. All the usual Tavern food choices available, but to have a dedicated vegan section is a huge tick from me. We all enjoyed the very yummy vegan choices. Good customer service too. ??'?

Steak Meals come with healthy option of perfectly cooked vegetables and mash. Steak was done exactly as requested. Outside is sunny and huge TV for sport watching. Inside had strange aroma - overuse of carpet cleaners? Overall good value.

Found this gem travelling up the coast. Perfect for a family pit stop, great pub-style meals and a large fenced off playground for the kids. You can eat your meal in view of the playground either indoors or outside. Staff were really helpful, moving heaters around for us. Probably a nice place for locals to come as well, but I'd recommend this place for travelers, especially families with kids.

Had my staff Xmas dinner there and I could not fault the food, atmosphere, service, and price. Highly recommend it there. ??????????

Not a bad pub in Raymond Terrace.
Service quite good with friendly, attentive staff.
Good range of beers.
Really only 3 1/2 stars rating due to much filthy cigarette smoke permeating through main sports bar area & around entrance- in this day & age far more measures should be taken to reduce this.
Bistro & menu very impressive, appeared reas-priced & enticing to return & try other meals.
Digital menu screen promoted a "Movember Brisket" meal which sounded great, but unfort wasn't available upon request- surely it wouldn't have been hard to change the digital info then?
Meat pizza was ok, though I wouldn't get it again.
Garlic & Cheese bread good, large covered outdoor dining area very good with kids play area etc.
A few more TVs around the place showing other sports channels would be nice, but overall, well worth returning.

Nice location, very spacious. The function room is quite large also with a glass wall of folding doors that open to outdoor area & large playground for the kids.
The food was delicious, well cooked & fresh!
The staff were friendly, professional & catered to any requests.
Over all, the place was very clean & inviting as were the locals!

Absolutely awesome tavern to go to. It has been renovated and wow very impressed. The dining area is huge. Staff very friendly. The meals are huge and great prices. Plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

From the previous reviews I was looking at, it appears this place has been renovated extensively. Unfortunately their marketing hasn't shown this off too well, as this venue is absolutely fantastic! The interior looks gorgeous, bright and with a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area looked really inviting, especially with the large outdoor live sports match playing. The prices are good and the food offerings were fantastic. The schnitzel was really tasty. I would highly recommend this place as I will be coming back. I would highly suggest this business invest in some marketing with a videographer for online adverts. This place needs to be shown off more.

Even in a black out the Chief did a great job. He managed to cook all orders that had been placed before losing power. Lucky he had gas stoves. He made is garlic bread to pass the time and luckily the power came back on so we could order dinner. . Really nice pesto chicken fettuccine... we will definitely be back

Without doubt the best feed in raymond terrace. Hand crumbed snitzels, big steaks, and the best mushroom sauce going.
The waitresses give great service too.

Haven't been to the tavern for years and was told by friends that it was recently refurbed and the food was great ,was not dissapointed food was lovely ,great atmosphere now it's become our Sunday night choice for a meal

They have recently upgraded the dining area and menu, and it is so much brighter and more separated from the pub area. Fantastic food at great prices. The staff are very friendly as well. I have had plenty of good experiences there :)

We have been there a few times lately, although its continuing upgrades are distracting we cant wait to see whats coming.

Our meals have been fantastic, value for money, tasty and we didn't have to wait long. The staff are generally lovely and welcoming. And their poker machine service is 2nd to none.

Love the new set up after their renovations. Food is reasonably priced and not to be faulted. Staff were friendly and advised of a wait on food at time of ordering as they were pretty much a full house. Only let down was the kids play area was closed off, which is one of the reasons why my daughter choose to go their tonight for her birthday dinner, but hopefully will be back open again soon after renovations. Highly recommended.

Wednesday Ribs & Wings night did not disappoint. Tender fall off the bone meat, crisp handcut chips & slaw. Delicious!Generous serving. Friendly staff, nice clean decor & atmosphere. Good Covid safe plan in place. We will be back ! Bookings are essential as it is very popular.
