Went for lunch on a Sunday with four young kids. Found out it was family day so it was packed. Fortunately we had booked. Undercover playground is fantastic. It was definitely big enough to cater to all the children. Food was great. Salt and pepper squid was tender and my husband loved his steak. Reasonably priced as well. On Sundays from 2 pm there have free facepainting and live music

Wonderful pub for a great dinner. Food was very tasty and well portioned. Great cocktail menu as well. Pricing is fairly standard and the atmosphere was great. I love the fact they have a mini blackboard advising the wait time on food orders when you order! Play equipment for the kids is great and a really good list of options on the menu too. Parking is easy. Staff are very friendly.

The food has degenerated badly in the space of 6 months. We waited close to an hour on a school night for our meal, the chips were still frozen and resembled a horror movie, they were still frozen and clumped together
The sauce we pod extra for was running and had very little taste. The standard of the food here has deteriorated so badly. The venue is just after quick easy money these days with very little emphasises or pride placed on the fundamentals that made this venue so great

I'm not a big pub person but I like this place. Clean and modern, with a great atmosphere. Food can be hit or miss. I've had a few average dishes and a few great dishes. I'll keep on coming back!

Great size pub! It's under renovations atm, which will be awesome when it's finished .
It has many areas you can go to and has many areas outside that are covered for larger gatherings and parties with ceiling heaters to keep you warm in winter. One of the outside areas has a decent size play area for the children to run and play while you can sit and enjoy your adult time knowing that you can keep watch at the same time.

The meals are very nice and affordable with a great choice to choose from.

The team there service you with a smile, and nothing was a hassle.

The staff were friendly. We decided to have the Monday night special Steak salad and chips. We asked for our steaks to be well done, it was still pink and very tuff.
Definitely won't be ordering steak again.

Excellent range of Bistro food with lunchtime and dinner special deals. Food servings are relatively large, well presented and well cooked. There is plenty of room to eat either inside or outside, so there is ample room for groups. At the time of this review takeaways were available for menu items, although orders needed to be done at the bistro. We recommend this venue for either a quick meal or a relaxing sit down with friends/family.

Had my daughters 4th bday here in the undercover space near park. Great venue. Staff were so accomodating and flexible so we could have a wonderful event! Highly recommend for kids bday party. Food was great. Kids and parents loved the party and have lots of positive feedback on venue and meals. Very happy!

Well, after one visit I would advise, come for drinks and atmosphere, but definitely not for the food menu. I'm sorry but, in such a gorgeous location, I might have expected too much to just have a decent BBQ chicken pizza. But it had almost no BBQ sauce in the base, and I asked for mushrooms and extra bacon, it was skimpy on everything except cheese. I actually peeled the excessive cheese off. Not stoked AT ALL. Considering I'm visiting from half a world away, and didn't eat out very often, the disappointment was compounded. Sorry guys. Get a new chef, maybe pat him a bit more, I don't know, but it needs fixed.

Come here once a month for lunch. The staff are young and friendly. Food is good. Drink prices ok. Keep an eye out for live bands.

What a epic lunch at a awesome venue ! The hosts Kincumber Hotel went all out with there hospitality and professionalism and we had a brilliant birthday celebration , Thanks to Edward and the team that served us and look after our needs ... would totally recommend this venue !!!

Great venue. First time as we are from Sydney and meeting relatives there. Bar staff quick and the young lady who took our lunch order helpful. Food was yummy. I had seafood platter for 2. Yum.

Told when ordering dinner 30min wait. Ordered garlic bread while we waited for mains and told it would be quicker(38mins). Mains (50mins). When they arrived they finally arrived they were both cold. The bar staff were friendly and polite which is why it's not 1 star.

We had such a good experience here. Such a great place for our children.
It was our first time and we will definitely come back.
The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the food was great and my husband said the pale ale he had was amazing.

This was my first time at the Kincumber hotel and I found the service and food absolutely the best there was one staff member who went above and beyond her duties but sadly I don't know her name but she is definitely a credit to the Kincumber hotel and deserves a pay rise I definitely look forward to coming back a gain

Changing my review from 4 to 5 stars, as the food has improved in recent times and the craft beer selection is back to 'excellent' once again. The space for the kids to run around is superb. A family favourite.

The new menu is fantastic! Also, you can find few special beers on the tap. The kids can play in safe while you are doing the recreational activities. Bonus point: they have a courtesy bus

Steak night, and they were atrocious - small, over cooked on the outside, regardless of request for medium rare or medium well done. Chips were sticking together; other veges were ok. At least the beer was cold.
