Ordered rump steak and scotch fillet for lunch and they are ok. My rump steak is a bit over cooked although I asked for medium rare, so it is a bit dry.
Food comes in reasonable time and portions. Service is speedy and restaurant is clean. Overall It's good for pub food.

Went to christmas day lunch here.
Amazing experience. Staff were incredible. Patrons were respectful of each other.
Food was great and incredible value for money.
I shared this lunch with my elderly mother who has dementia. She thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Cannot fault food, service, value for money or overall experience.

I think Jewels Tavern has gone downhill over the years. The food is over priced, average pub food. Customer service average also, from my experience there.

Delicious food, cold drinks, excellent service at this awesome easy going place. Bel in the Bistro went above and beyond and everyone was nice! Will definitely tell people and come back.

The Neptune Schnitty is so good and the Seniors meals are great value for my 87 year old veteran matey ?

Expensive food over cooked burnt food. we walked out.we couldn't even finish our meals it was that bad. The waitress was nice enough asking is everything okay when she seen us cutting away the burnt patties and offered a replacement but we didn't want to wait for another 50 minutes. We wanted out.
We got an eye roll from the lady at the bar when we requested glasses with our coke. With no please or thank you. We were felt like an inconvenience to her.

First time at this location in years.
Great facility and very spacious.
This place was amazing.
As soon as you walk in thru the back gate, you're welcomed by a bridge and pond and some big bloody fish swimming around, and they are huge . The serenity from the waterfall to just watching in amazement the fish swimming around. Loved the layout.

We had been told by a family member that this place was great, so as you do, you have to try it out for yourself, and honestly, the Jewells Tavern service did not disappoint.
I am very happy to let others know about this experience I had here.
The food was 10/10. the family all loved their absolute bigger portions. Not a crumb was left. Which is very rare with picky teenage boys. They were shocked.

We were served by Bel. She was totally understanding of us not wanting to use the scanner to order my wife's meal (always special due to allergies). She then made sure our meals were hot when leaving the kitchen and had a lovely attitude
You don't have our meals listed to select (schnitzel +chips+salad + lemon pieces) and lamb shanks with potentate and carrots with tartare sauce
The downside was that the place was just so noisy !

We booked a table for 18 and it was in 2 tables which split the group, we booked for 6.30 and ordered close to 7pm, as you can no longer pay with cash for your food and as there was several small tables put together there were lots of numbers. The food took more than 1hour and both entrees and mains came out together.
The food was very average and some cold by the time it got to the table and so many mistakes when it did come out.
The lady that did apologize a few time for the mix ups was very nice the other lady also being meals out wasn't nice at all.
I feel the whole experience was not great and as I work in the community I'll will not be recommending it to anybody.

Food has certainly improved since our last visit which was quite awhile ago. The Beer Garden/kids play area was very clean. So much better than our last visit. As locals we shall return more often. Our grandchildren had a great time..

Nice tavern, good theme and decor. Food was superb! We had 6 adult meals and 3 kids meals, all were excellent. I had the surf and turf steak and it was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The prawns were large and the sauce was fresh and creamy.

Such a great vibe and fabulous waitstaff! A young woman named Bel Webb is my favorite waitress. She always makes me feel welcome and ensures I have a good night. She's so friendly and gives off a great vibe. I will definitely be back!

Thanks JT for a great night, the food was prompt and delicious and the waitress (Lana) was super friendly and very helpful not only to our table but with everyone around us too. Her great service and friendliness was consistent all night even though she was extremely busy. A really great family eatery.

Best pizza I've had for ages. Heaps of toppings very fresh and base was yummy and crispy. Will definitely eat there again well done girls ?

Had a venue set for here with easily over 50 people for a funeral wake, with preset paid entrees bought including chicken wings and satay chicken etc. After a least a plate of the satay chicken came out when they started bringing the second one I got over 8 compliants of the chicken being undercooked and still pink, I myself had one and could tell by the texture that it was indeed undercooked and pink when brought up to the kitchen staff we were dismissed and told we were wrong and only after complaining enough they took photos and asked what we wanted to do when we put in a request of just chips we were ignored and no chips came out when brought up with staff again they offered to bring manager out and head chef but they never came out not wanting to make more of a scene after a loved one passed we left. Very poor attitude by staff and severely disgusted.

Pretty poor timing for meal 50 minutes to get entrees and over hour half to get main meals.i did notice another table get their main meals before their entrees and size meals for price pretty small. A scotch steak was the size off the thickness of a steak sandwich steak and well done not medium rare.

Place really needs a renovation! Meals are disappointing and overpriced. As a local family, sadly we now have to go out of area for a family friendly pub with good meals. Bring back kids eat free, face painting and the jumping castle!

Great food. Great service.

The atmosphere and food were delightful. Simple little menu that will surely fill all your pub feed needs. There is also a nice little area for kids to hangout and play and watch movies. A nice quaint pond and water featured to round out a lovely experience.

All the meals were huge, the schnitzel with King Neptune topper was delicious , but needed dressing for the salad. Quite noisy in the outdoor area so best to sit inside if you don't like listening to kids playing on the play equipment. Only saw one lady serving at the restaurant and handing out the meals so she seemed rushed. Otherwise, great, atmosphere.

Food was amazing although managers calling out staff for standing around probably should not do it when customers are in ear shot and considering how much the hospitality industry has suffered in 2020 it was actually nice to hear the staff laughing and i didn't feel it was impacting any customers. Im sure he is probably stressed with trying to keep the doors open maybe the staff could give him a valentines card and tell him he is doing a great job. But i had a blast all the same so thank you Jewells tavern!

This place is amazing the only thing you guys could work on is the time you deliver the food to the tables because I realised that it takes awhile for it to get to the tables, I suggest you try and hire more staff but overall 5 !

Nice steaks and kids meals.. Booking essential at the moment. Kids movies and bouncy castle are not operating, but will be back once the risks are over. We enjoy the food.
