Talk about Country hospitality.
Walked 2klms into the Pub at Pilliga today for lunch at midday.
On the way in met Amanda, the Publican, who advised the Pub doesn't open on Sundays until 2pm. We advised we were hoping to have lunch. Amanda said no worries she would go and open the pub now. We were joined by other campers.
Great fish and heaps of chips with lemon and tartare for $10 plus a schooner of lemon, lime and bitters for $3.
